I ordered three pizzas to be delivered curbside. Arrived at around 7:40 pm, pizza was estimated to be ready at around 7:42. Used my confirmation email to confirm that I was at the restaurant so that I could receive my order. Over 20 minutes passed, with no word from anyone. I checked my order after about 10 mins waiting in the car, and it said that it was ready, it just hadn't been delivered to the car. I watched four delivery drivers walk out to their cars and have seen workers just standing around inside, obviously not paying attention to curbside orders. I became a HUGE fan of Marco's Pizza when I lived in Colorado and I was so excited to find out our town of Sanford was getting one!!! My favorite pizza is the Pepperoni Magnifico and I waited all day to be able to order it for dinner tonight - I was so excited when it tasted the exact same as Colorado!!! I went to this pizza place while doing some Christmas shopping today, thinking I'll just grab a slice and get back to my day. But instend of a normal pizzeria this is a kinda Dominos Pizza knock off. They only whole pizzas. Disappointed I said I guess I'll just get a meatball sub then. The young lady rang me up and I put my card in the chip reader. I immediately had buys remorse and asked if I could cancel my order. I had not even signed the recipe yet. At that time she told me it was too late, she had already rang me up. I had to wait another 20 minutes for a low quality sub. The marinara sauce was so sweet, I think they were using their pizza sauce and calling it marina. I pre-ordered my family's dinner with Marco's a couple hours earlier than it was needed. Delivery time was supposed to be at 6 pm. The time came and went without a knock at the door. At 6:20 pm I called and they said the pizza was with the delivery driver, that they actually named, and there were 2 orders to be dropped off before mine. They did assure me that my order was on the way though. I called back at 6:50 pm with the concern that the pizza was going to be cold having spent nearly an hour in the driver's car before getting to me. They told me it would still be fresh when it arrives. I asked what they could do to make the situation right since it was approaching an hour past the scheduled delivery time. The reply is that they weren't going to do anything because I haven't waited over an hour. The driver arrived at my house at 6:52 pm. He let me know that he got the pizza from the store at around 6:40 pm and he brought it to the staff's attention. Nothing developed from that interaction though. I let the delivery driver know I was not upset with him because it was out of his control, he was tipped electronically, and I told him that it will be the last time I ordered from this location. I'm done with Marco's. Not just because they were late delivering my pizza and my two young children had to wait for dinner to be served. Oh, no, I'm done because they lied to me and tried to put their tardiness off on their delivery driver. I'm not going to be lied to by a business. read more

Best pizza in town! Fresh Piping hot ingredients with friendly employees that go over your order before you even leave the building to make sure everything is correct and you are satisfied. You get a lot of food for your money and honestly no place else in town can even compare to Marcos. Plenty of sides, subs, customizations to everything you can order that you can think of.
