In the last three/four years, they never have the 12-14 ounce bison ribeye cut in stock. This is very frustrating because I would have to buy two 6-7 ounce cuts, instead. This would increase my overall cost. Ordering meat online has evolved a lot over the last four years, so my options are no longer limited like before. I've been researching other online sites for my bison meat and their prices are at least 10% lower than Northstar Bison. They also tend to have the sized cuts I want in stock.
