On Friday 02/20/2026 I ordered a Pizza from the Pizza Hunt in Red Oak, Tx. When I received it, it was not sealed. I called (about 6:35pm) and notified the restaurant (Chelesea) and she said, she understood and would have remake it and have it redelivered. An hour later Chelsea called saying she had forgotten I order. She said it will probably be another hour. After 9:10pm I got a text saying my order was being unassigned. I called the restaurant and spoke with Greg to inquire about my order He began to use profane language and said, he would not have a problem eating an unsealed Pizza. It was after 10:00pm when a Pizza finally got to my home and the topping was not what I ordered. Terrible experience. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. read more

I ordered a pizza there today for carry out. It was very busy. I understand that when I asked the lady at the counter whom I believe name was Chelsea or something how long my pizza is gonna be she side heavily and said as long as it takes And sighed heavily and calls me the B word Under her breath like I couldn't hear it the service was terrible although the pizza when it finally came out was really good. I Will never go back here and I will tell all my friends to not go here. read more

I ordered from Pizza Hut in the middle of the week online and it was inedible. The order was a crispy thin crust with two meats, onion, and mushroom. The dough on the bottom was gooey. You couldn't chew or swallow it. The crust on the edges was crispy and thin but light in color. If I didn't know better, I'd say it was frozen and microwaved. I know, if you want an edible pizza don't order from Pizza Hut in the middle of the week. Whoever cooks then isn't paying attention or it's a microwaved pizza. read more

Save yourself time and never order from this place, it's terrible quality and never on time, or they just decide to not make your food. Absolutely pathetic. read more

They sent a pizza with a little cheese and pepperoni in the middle of a medium pizza that was mostly burnt edges. When I called and expressed my disappointment the gut said that he was forwarding my call and hung up. Pizza Hut in Red Oak on Ovilla. If spent a lot of money with them for them to be so rude. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this place. On two occasions, I have I order chicken wings and about half are as tiny as my finger tip. I had not checked before leaving the store only to be shocked when I open it after arriving home. Today I visited the location again and expressed my contempt and how I feel cheated for my money with half of the wings being soo tiny. I Sadie at 2;22 pm, the lady taking my order after I had waited for over 7 minutes, that I was going to order the wings again and to make sure the sizes are even and reasonable. She stated that the wings comes in different sizes, I told her I understand they may not be exact size but for the tiny ones makes me feel cheated. She did not seems to take my complain seriously. So I made my order went to run other errands, and come back to pick up my order. I asked if I could look at it. She said go ahead. I looked and three out of eight were way too small. I told her that two were visibly so tiny. She rolled her eyes and gesture at her colleagues. I said it is ok and left the store. I should have told her to refund my money and cancel my order...but the love of Pizza Inn's Pizza and wings made me not to do so. I am just hoping somebody overseeing this location can do something about it. No wonder the ratings are at 2%. The supreme pizza was also awful. I think I am done with this location. read more

Good and service is always great. I've noticed the last several times I've been in the store it hit as hell. I asked an employee and they said the owner will not fix the issue. For me it's ok I'm just there for a few minutes, but for the employees that's horse shit! If the owner sees this shame on you !! Fix it and take care of those who make you rich ! Can't say how disappointed I am with the Red Oak location today. Placed on order at 6:17 and received notification that it would be ready at 7:00. Show up for drive through service and my pizza was not ready. I was informed that it would not be ready until 7:45. Decided to cancel my order. They were apologetic, how can the actual ready time be so far off. We had to make other plans for dinner. Very disappointed!! read more

The workers look like they rolled out of bed and went straight to work. They don't look clean at all. They touch their personal phones, move hair out their face, and answer phones BEFORE FIXING PIZZA WITH NO GLOVES. Just disgusting. I just can't and will not order another pizza from this place. Do BETTER and get some gloves and hairnets smh read more

Probably the worst experience. I have been ordering to the same address. Using the SAME phone number for over 4 years. I even have an online account. Somehow my last order I was marked as a "new customer" the store policy is to call and confirm "new customers" and they called a number I've never heard of. Never mind that I have a text message CONFIRMATION showing my order. Email. And have receipts from months of orders showing I'm CLEARLY NOT A NEW CUSTOMER. My order was cancelled. And I wasn't told for an hour and a half. Meanwhile. My kids were waiting for dinner.... could not be more annoyed by the managers voice and lack of support. This is all around a horrible location. I will go back to Dominos. read more

Had a "no contact" delivery, but because I didn't answer the door (wasn't home at the time) they took my food back to the store which defeats the purpose of "no contact". I didn't want to wait the estimated 2 hours for re-delivery so I drove to the store and asked to have my delivery fee and tip reimbursed. The manager said she would refund the entire order at the end of the night. It's been over a month and I was never reimbursed for anything. All this after they admitted their driver should have left my food at my door from the beginning it was their error. read more

I have never left a review before on a business because I know how impactful a review can be during this times. I ordered for pick up and when I got there I was ignored by two different individuals. I understand, if there was a line, but I was awkwardly standing in front of them for a few minutes before someone acknowledged me. I was told there pizza would be ready at a certain time, and i got there and still waiting for a long time. The people upfront need to greet or acknowledge clients when they walk in to make the place a little more welcoming. read more

Pizza was topped to about 60% of edge of crust. Pan crust was either not proofed or was yesterdays. Ordered four pizza's. Crust on all four was chewy and not fresh. An hour for carry out. Bleh. Pizza Hut - a pepperoni, olives, and cheese pizza - Pizza Near Me - Red Oak, Texas

Absolute disgrace! I ordered my pizza at 6:03pm, said it was out for delivery at 6:15pm. I called the store at 7:21pm asking where my food was and they said it would be delivered by 8:32pm. It is now 8:40pm and I received a text message it was being delivered by DOORDASH, oh and still NO PIZZA. Like seriously, the lady could have told me it was going to take forever and I would have came and picked it up. This is absolutely ridiculous, be more upfront with your customers and honest. If you don't have a driver, SAY SO!!! This store needs to be more transparent and I expect a FULL refund, waiting until almost 9pm for a pizza I ordered at 6pm is absurd. read more

I would leave zero stars if an option. I ordered 2 pizzas online last night around 9:30 for carry out that was supposed to be ready in 15-25 mins. I placed carry out because the reviews were so bad. We go to pick the pizza up at TEN o'clock and it's still not ready. We leave Pizza Hut finally at 10:24. 24 minutes waiting for pizza that should've been done. When I get home I see they gave me the wrong pizza. I orders the New Yorker pizza pepperoni w half pineapple but they gave me half of a cheese pizza. I called to advise they gave me the wrong pizza and revived no resolve. Ordering the pizza for pick up doesn't protect you at all. Just don't order from here at all. read more

Worst Pizza Hut ever! I eat pizza on the regular and they've messed up my order the last 3 times. They gave me store credit twice but one time someone reduced it and the next time she "couldn't find it". Also, Ashley has been very rude every time I've spoke with her read more

Would give this zero stars if I could this pizza was a terrible mess. They didn't get my toppings correct and the ingredients tasted very low quality. Great people. Great service. 10 out of 10 would order again. Somethings changed over the years.. Maybe the Management ;)

I just wonder why my pizza cannot be delivered because they say there's a tornado watch when there is not. "my driver is not comfortable driving in a tornado watch." There is a thunderstorm warning only and it's raining. I didn't know they didn't deliver in the rain. This is my second encounter with them being unprofessional and rude, especially this female manager. The male manager is nice and always very polite. I thought I would give them a second chance but we just ordered from dominoes, and they are able to deliver... In the rain, unlike this red oak tx pizza hut. Ridiculous. read more

Ordered two pizzas from this location and they were a disappointment. I ordered two primo pizzas. They looked nothing like the picture. My pizzas were missing the main component that makes a pizza, a pizza... CHEESE!!! Okay, so, there were some specks of cheese, but that's unacceptable. If the pizza were free it would be, but it's absolutely not when I'm paying with my hard earned money. I called and requested a manager and explain to her that there was very little to no cheese on my pizzas. The manager asked for the number I ordered the pizzas under to look up my order and to my surprise she said that she had sliced my pizza and seen that there was a lot of cheese on the pizzas. Where? I was shocked she allowed those pizzas to be sent out looking so poorly made. I said no ma'am I would gladly send a picture to you. To make a long story short she credited my number $10 which was pretty unfair being that that doesn't account for the second poorly made pizza or my gas. I will not be ordering from this Pizza hut anymore. read more

I ordered two pizzas online. There was a coupon 2 large for 7.99 each. My husband, son and I went to pick them up only to be told that they only received one pizza on the order. Keep in mind Im in the car with my baby in my PJs because I wasn't planning on getting out. Having to get my son out in the cold as little as possible. I know this isn't their fault totally. I screenshot the confirmation after I ordered it. My husband came out to the car and told me they couldn't do anything with a confirmation number!? She didn't even attempt to check.I had to get out, get my baby out, in a crowded store, stylin and profilin in my PJs to deal with them. They ended up making us another pizza only because they were busy and she didn't want to deal with us anymore. She told me " We're giving you a free pizza". No! No you didn't because I already paid for it! DUH! My husband asked to speak to a manager but she never went to get one. So we ended up driving around waiting for another 15 minutes because I wasn't about to stay there and wait. read more

This past summer we ordered a few pizzas for the family and the order was wrong. I wasnt too upset by that since people do make mistakes. It's about how you fix them. After a lackluster conversation on the phone, i went to the store. Almost immediately i was threatened with violence and asked to leave by one of the workers. I asked what his problem was and he told me I looked like i was going to jump him. I had 4 large pizzas and a receipt in my hand. There is a counter that is over 3 feet high and 3 feet across. He thought I was going to what? Before I even said anything? I immediately turned my camera on and asked if i could go ahead and conduct commerce and no longer be threatened. Come to find out he was a drive throuvh person that shouldnt have even been at the front. The manager fixed my pizza problem but wouldnt even address the terrible actions of the worker. If he thinks customers are superhuman and prone to violence just for walking in, he might have been under the influence of something. I dont know and dont care.
