To eat it, you are supposed to layer some of the sprouts and leaves on top of the pizza and then roll it like a burrito. The crisp and clean flavor of the greens provides a refreshing contrast to the greasiness of the meat and cheese. For dessert, a quarter pint of pistachio ice cream is the bomb. I unashamedly admit that I've tasted several brands that taste better than Yellow Cab's ice cream but I can't resist collecting the cute cans that they come in.
