First course? BREAD. Second Course? BREAD. Third course? BREAD. We've lived in the area for 4 years now, and just lately managed to get to the Pizza Hut. I guess I had forgotten how "doughy" Pizza Hut was, but WOW. We got (without thinking) a family special that included two pizzas, breadsticks, and a cinnamon & glaze treat for dessert. The best part? EVERYTHING was made from the same pizza dough, so we basically ingested three courses of pizza dough with something different sprinkled on the top every time. In Pizza Hut's defense, it was cheap (heck, it was BREAD), the atmosphere was nice, and it was very kid friendly. We'll probably go back again, we just won't order the BREAD special. :) read more

So I reunited with my ex husband. We decided to go here for our second first date. When we got there everything was going well at the start. We were greeted nicely and everyone was very welcoming. Then the waiter decided it would be funny to throw our silverware onto our tables. They didn't even ask if we wanted a beverage and when it came time to order food they gave us the exact opposite of what we wanted. The food was decent nevertheless but the service was (excuse my language) shitty. If it wasn't already bad enough I went to use the restroom and found my waiter in there vaping and hotboxing the place to the point I had to exit and almost (once again excuse my language) piss in my panties. I'm 68 years old and have had 3 kids... when I have to use the restroom I have to use it. I unfortunately won't be coming back here. Nothing against the place itself... When we arrived we had to wait 5 minutes to be seated and it wasn't even busy. When we were seated the waiter left us for 20 minutes after she said she was going to get menus. When she finally comes back she has no menus so we order our drinks then she rudely asks us what we have decided to order and she was annoyed when we asked for some menus first. When she comes back with menus she only gives us two when there was six of us. Then stomps away. After we are done eating, we wait for the bill for another 20 minutes. Ordered pizza well done came raw and cheese was not melted on the supreme pizza otherwise everything was good and fresh

I ordered a large sausage mushroom pepperoni pizza online for curbside pickup, which was fine. When I got there at the time I had put on my order for some reason it was taking some extra minutes, which was still fine. I got home, picked up a slice for my son and all of the mushrooms and sausage fell off. It looks like they made and cooked it as a pepperoni pizza then realized I wanted more toppings so they threw all of the sausage and mushrooms on top. read more

Have the best pizza not super greasy as other pizza places. Their pizzas are ready quick and easy

Out of 10 trips to this location I only got sick 3 times:) I hate, no loathe, the pizza here. But, my friends love it. So, I have been here a lot. The pizza/Salad bar buffet is a good way to go. They are very hit or miss here and it allows you to not eat stuff if its gross. The wings are awful. And I mean nasty. Gross. Horrible. They occasionally have decent pizza on the pizza buffet - but rarely. The Salad bar is the only safe way to go here. Even then you might have to drown it in dressing. I would give them 1 star but would feel hypocritical in having eaten here so many times. read more

I brought my family to enjoy a meal here after my grandsons basketball game, he was very excited. We walked in to Pizza Hut in Potsdam and a young lady named Hannah refuse to serve us. And while other people were eating from the salad bar she said that I was not allowed to eat from the salad bar. Hannah was also not wearing a hairnet. I found her access nail polish paint in my breadstick sauce. another waiter then served us, Hannah would not refill our drinks. She did not serve us with straws. I would not recommend Pizza hut Potsdam because of Hannah we used to enjoy our meals here now we will not be getting our money we will be going to Canton Pizza Hut... read more

Pizza hut, same as any other restaurant in the chain. Went for dinner with a friend, had no problems. Food was great, service was great.

This is a pizza hut just like any other in the chain so the food is a given. However, I feel that this store is set apart from the others because of their fantastic service. The waitstaff is always friendly and willing to help with a smile. Even when they are busy or overwhelmed they somehow manage to take care of everyone and do it happily. I have never had any type of problem there at all. I think Aaron D. might have been reviewing the wrong store because in all my years living here this location has never had a pizza buffet or anything like it. Ordered supreme w/extra cheese. Didn't seem to have much cheese at all. Sausage taste was a little off (for my taste). Too many onions. Granddaughter wanted to give it 2 stars, but I thought 3 was closer to reality. Clean inside, friendly service. read more

Just left Pizza Hut in potsdam ny worst service and food I have ever had their waited 20 minutes for my water waitress seemed right out of it took her at least 15 mins before she made her way over to take our order I had order soup salad and bread sticks I went up after to get salad and their was little salad left up their and what was full was old stuff you could tell very disappointing the soup finally came out and had a film over it where you could tell it had been sitting their for a while before she brought it out bread sticks were good as always it not much to mess up their finally after being their 40 plus minutes we got our pizza and it wasnt even hot! So apparently the waitress was either new or needs to be fired for being so slow she couldn't handle the place on a not busy Tuesday night she shouldn't be their at all wont be back their for a while and they just reopened they closed due to remodeling but you would think they lost money during that time they would want to be extra good to their customers to make that money back but guess not read more
