Service was just okay. Pizza was decent. I think they had 2 people working. The entire place needs a serious bath. The ladies bathroom had no soap and the entire restaurant had tons of flies. read more

Where do I begin... Service was awful. Waitress was obviously not trained. Never checked on us, got our order wrong too. Waited 30+ minutes for pizza. They never bussed tables or checked any of the tables. Watched one couple sit without drinks for 10 minutes. Lucky people don't walk out. The bathroom was disgusting, stuff on the walls and the sink was clogged and filling up. (Ick) They had a million take out orders, they should probably do delivery! Might help with the large line of people trying to pickup and pay. I will give credit to guy running register, may have been a manager. He offered us a 20% discount because of wait time. I could tell he was getting frustrated with waitress. This Pizza Hut needs more workers like him! read more

Ok. So pizza hut has always been a good choice for me. They always have amazing food and they usually get our food pretty fast. Me and my family will go here every so often, but whenever we do go, we usually never have anything bad to say about it. read more

If you want pizza, go to Casey's on first street, or Kum & Go. One thing has improved since my last visit. They have delivery, BUT its a joke. For some silly reason, This LOCALLY OWNED, NOT FRANCHISE Pizza Hut can't figure out how long it takes to deliver a pizza, so they don't give estimates. Perry Iowa is only 2 square miles. You may wait over an hour to receive your food if you live less than a mile away. This place has gone in the toilet. Service is terrible i walked in to see employees sitting in the dining room and one was eating. It took 5 minutes for someone to approach my table to take my order. The order was wrong, portions wrong, and i never received napkins or silverware. I visited the bathroom, but turned right around once i got in there. WOW. Just, Wow. While i was there i seen a customer stand at the counter and wait 15 minutes to pay for his carry out pizza that was already done cooking and boxed up when he arrived, and there was only one person in line in front of him. They also do not recognize any coupons, or accept online orders. Expect to pay over $15 for a single topping large pizza. I will never return, and will never recommend. read more

I have gotten a pizza that was different from what I ordered 3 out of 4 times at the Perry Pizza Hut. Missing toppings twice and once regular tomato sauce instead of Alfredo. The staff isn't very friendly or helpful and it was just all around not a great experience. Sad to say, because I've only had good experiences with Pizza Huts in other cities. read more

On 2/25/18 I can and met my father and son at pizza. There were 3 employees and one none employee standing in a group behind the counter talking. Not one time did anyone come to ask me if I needed anything. At one point a male and female employee went and sat down and got onto their cell phones. What a joke. This isn't the first time we have had horrible service. Corporate should take this over. Since it has gone independent it has gone to crap. read more

well, it was july 1, 2018. called in an order and was told 15-25 minutes to pick up as delivery was not available on sunday. i arrived, wait 10 minutes and said my cina sticks would be right out. 10 minutes later, they realized that they had not even made them. they put then=m in and i told them to forget it, just refund my money for them. they couldn't do that as they didn't know how but would leave a not for the general manager to give me in-store credit. i still have not heard from the general manager. what poor service as ai had given them a good review about 3 weeks ago. i should take that review back. read more

Ahhh. . . Perry Pizza Hut. You closed, were sold, and reopened. I had such high hopes (as I am forced to eat their occasionally as my Wife prefers it over Casey's as she is a heathen apparently) the services had improved. You've been reopened a week and we decided to try it again. I should have know better. Dinner tonight was an epic (and I mean epic) failure. Order was placed at 6:49pm told delivery by 7:30. 7:45 comes upon us and no pizza. First call is placed and we are told it is just coming out of the oven and will be there in 15 mins. 8:10 rolls around and we are hangry (that's even worse than hungry) and you guessed it: NO PIZZA. Second call is placed and we are told one pizza was in the warmer and when they went to leave it look bad so another was made: new eta is 15 mins. 8:31 is here and the phone is in my hand but low and behold PIZZA HAS ARRIVED and now the real fun begins. These are the three sorriest pizzas I have ever seen (not including old buffet pizza) and believe me I have seen a lot of damn pizza in my 43 years, then to top it off one pizza is incorrect (no stuffed crust). I make the THIRD call to the store. (Be proud Iris Coffin; I didn't cuss.) While I am explaining this sorry situation to the manager we look at the sausage pizza (with no stuffed crust) and it HAS BEEN MADE WITH RE-FRIED BEANS AND NOT PIZZA SAUCE. What. The. Hell. I proceed to tell the manager that I am beyond disappointed but flabbergasted (to those in the know; you know how "eloquent" I can be on the phone, it's a gift and a curse). I basically tell him his penance is to listen to an angry customer vent (to his credit he did). I then demand from him to know how he is going to "fix" it. He explains they are out of stuffed crusts. He credits me back the entire cost of the order. He then asks if he can send out anything else at no charge. I agree this is the best solution possible. He says he will have the replacement large sausage out in 15 mins, I give him 20. I tell him that if the pizza makes it in time I will not go to social media with this horrendous experience. Exactly 59 mins later NO REPLACEMENT PIZZA. Fourth call. Manager seems shocked I have no pizza. He says he gave it to the driver for his last run, told him he just had to drop it off, and has now went off duty! He'll have a "talk" with the driver tomorrow! (I of course say he should probably have more than a "talk"!) I basically say he can shove doing anything else for me (still no cussing though Ma!). I mean really! Long wait, terrible (I'm pretty sure the hand tossed crust wasn't made correctly) quality pizza, and a regular single topping pizza made with re-fried beans? In closing: re-modeled store, mostly new employees, new owner; SAME OLD (IF NOT WORSE) CRAPPY LOUSY LOW QUALITY FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Disappointed and sure as hell not going back any time soon, having new owners just seems to mean bigger screw ups. Pretty sure I'll be making contact with the corporate office also. And I think the new owner better be making some changes and get a handle on quality control pretty damn quick because if they are treating even a quarter of their customers like this they are not going to make it. read more

I had 2 orders tonight. My order was read back to me twice. When my daughter got there to pick up the pizzas one was not correct. They redid it after saying it was correct and my daughter said there is mushrooms on it and the guy argued with her saying there was no mushrooms on it. She picked it off and said then what is this? They remade it while our other six pizzas were sitting there, made it on the wrong crust. When they checked it again she said no it's pan crust and she got attitude. They remade it a 3rd time. Now it's home and the crust is not even all the way done. My hubby ordered a pizza with extra sauce and there is like no sauce. What is so hard about doing your job right the first time? I am not very happy. Also one of our other pizzas is burnt. Gross. I took pictures of it if u want it.
