I have ordered from here more than once and each time it has been a quick and enjoyable experience. My family and I love to use the app. We order right from the convenience of our phone and the pizza is being made right while we are busy grocery shopping at the ACME in the same plaza. Pizza Hut reminded me of how they always used to be when I was growing up. I ordered a large Hawaii pizza. The pizza was nice and soft. The pizza was shot and fresh and made on time. I'm usually not a crust person but this crust was outstanding! I ate my crust with every slice. read more

I ordered delivery to a hotel, from not too far away. Food arrived quickly and the delivery driver was pretty friendly. Expertly packed for the trip and arrived still hot. My only complaints are that to get the pizzas out fast, they probably cook them at twice the normal temp. This means that when you get it, the cheese is already practically falling\sliding off, by itself. And, the amount of cheese they seem to use is getting thinner and thinner. Hey, whatever to do to cut costs, right? And, I got some round garlic slices of bread that were toasted to a point where they had zero moisture anymore. Don't know if they were sitting under a heat lamp too long or they just burned them. But, they were inedible drink coasters. read more

Are pizza huts still a thing? I used to read books for a personal pan pizzas. I used to scrounge up change and ride my bike a half hour to get an order of breadsticks and play Super Mario Bros on their table arcade machine. Could play for 45 min to an hour for a quarter. Service declined badly, breadsticks were changed and they sucked, all you can eat lunch buffets went away and they closed all of the pizza huts that I know of in Northern Delaware and South Eastern PA. This Pizza Hut location is the worst. I ordered online and I clicked the check mark "Leave at front door" because my daughter is really sick. But, the delivery driver rang the doorbell and waited for me. Second, I did not receive my complete order, which is fine, mistakes happen. However, when I called the "local" number I received a national ordering line. I explained my situation and they continued to try to transfer me to the local shop, with no answer 7 times. Finally, I complained to the national number and they stated they would have their manager reach out to the local shop manager to call me. And surprise, NO CALL. I paid $65 for an order of which i did not receive in its entirety. I could not go to the store because of my sick daughter. This is not the first time I've had this issue with this location. I'd like to say it was the worst pizza I've ever had but I can't say that because it's not pizza. This "pizza" was so under cooked I'm pretty sure it's just dough that that said under a heat lamp. As a result of not being cooked all the ingredients just fell off in the middle. Horrible experience read more

Placed an order for delivery on 4/9/23. Within 5 minutes I get a text from the Hut that says Door Dash is going to make my delivery. I click the link provided and see that they have given Door Dash an INCORRECT address (even though, in my order confirmation email it is correct). There is the phone # for the "Dasher" so I try to call, no answer. I sent a text informing them of the mistake and give them my correct address-no response. I try calling the Hut (local # goes to a call center) multiple times, only to either be put on hold or unsuccessfully transferred. Finally I get a text that my order was delivered (not to me). The husband and I get in the car and go to the Hut, only 1 employee is working who basically acted like we were probably lying about not getting the food (he asked me why I gave DASH the wrong address-PIZZA HUT DID!) and would not issue a refund. Or tell us who we can contact about this. I got an 800# off of their website and reported the incident. "Someone will get back to me within 3 days". They better get in touch today and issue that refund. read more

Horrible. Greasy, undercooked, salty and doughy. Never again will I order from here. I tried to put the pizza in the oven to finish cooking it because the cheese was still in shreds and not even melted. Even after doing that it was inedible. The boneless wings were worse. They were absolutely drenched in the garlic parm sauce and a thick layer of grease. Way too salty and soggy. Plenty of better pizza places in the area to ever bother with this place again. I've ordered from this location before and it's always bad but this time it was really bad. The only reason I tried again was because I wanted delivery and I like the ease of ordering online. Not worth it. For the money I spent I could've gone somewhere way better. Pizza Hut needs to step up their game. read more

Pizza HUT! Great place for Wings. Pizza hut is a nationally (and internationally) known brand of pizza delivery and takeout restaurants. While this Pizza Hut Express doesn't have the seating layout that bigger Huts have, it still packs a punch for food options. Keep in mind, this is a Pizza Hut Express, not an standard, freestanding Pizza Hut. I come for the wings. The boneless, Honey BBQ Chicken Wings. They are the best. I NEVER had chewy wings or burnt wings from this Pizza Hut Express. Every time I've ordered wings from this place, they've been as good as the first time I ever tried them. This Pizza Hut Express has more than just one option for wings. You can choose between flavored wings and naked wings (no sauce), as well as dry rubs. And, you can have your wings slathered in a variety of sauces. The standard of Ranch or Blue Cheese is available. Extra of either the ranch or blue cheese dressings will cost you, but, not for too high of a price. I do feel bad for the people who've ordered pizza from this particular location with unsatisfactory results. While I cannot speak for the pizza from this location, I can say that the wings are delicious. Keep in mind that if you want, you can order online for this location. Takeout and delivery are both available. Delivery has to be within their delivery radius, but you can take out no matter how far away you are. read more

The food I have had before was mediocre, but I am giving them one more chance. Their delivery was going to be slow today because of various things, and they did not answer their main line when I tried to call the store - unless you wanted to place a new order. The only positive is that the employees I finally spoke with were very nice and professional. I was called (and missed it!) by them to let me know my order was going to take an hour because of only one driver and being slammed at lunch time. THEN when I finally got to speak to someone there to tell them some instructions for my order, they said that they had already made my order. *blink* Does that mean it is going to sit for 45 minutes before it gets here?!?!? I will edit later to give you that answer. I miss the days of old in Tennessee when there weren't 500 different options for pizza, and Pizza Hut really cared about quality. read more
