That's okay, because the piping-hot fried chicken more than made up for it while allowing my two pizzaholic diners to pig out on pizza to their hearts' content. That chicken, though. Succulent, moist. Crackling-crisp skin that's not overwhelmingly salty. My plates started coming back loaded with nothing but bird, and I was completely happy about it. To end the finger-licking meal, I moseyed on over to the bar of dessert pizzas topped with apple, chocolate, blueberry, and plain icing. Every one of them looked quite appetizing. I'm a chocoholic and was alerted to fact that the chocolate pizza was unusual, so I of course went with chocolate. It was crisp, tender, and delectable enough that I considered getting thirds of that alone. I may have followed through on that thought.
