Nostalgia in taste is what I miss. So far so good this Pizza Hut has not disappointed me one bit. This service is intact and the vibes here are always good. Still liking the one on one personal pan along with my Diet Pepsi. All I can I really do miss the Pizza Hut restaurants they were the best. That is all. Pizza not warm, crust is different from years ago. What happened? This used to be my favorite pizza. It's be a long time since I last had Pizza Hut because the one near me closed during Covid. My favorite was the crust. I had a feeling it might not measure up because it was only $10.00 for a large 3 item hope you bring back original crust. More cheese would be good too. Thank you Ruth Coleman read more

3 delivery orders in a row were incorrect. The amount of times this store incorrectly delivers orders seems logically impossible. I'd love to see the drug screens of these "employees" and I'm sad to even think about how this world will pan out for them when they can't do simple tasks correctly even 25% of the time. please close this store and open literally anything else without these employees or managers. read more

I have been seeing a few commercials with Tom Brady these past few playoff games. One, if you even think Tom Brady eats pizza, let alone from PizzaHut, you'd be a f ool. Two, I do not understand what happened to Pizza Hut, but it is some of the worst pizza ever!!!! Ian the old fool me once kind of person, but thought I would give it a try again. A big no. Never again. If your business name has what the product is, you should make sure you have a good product. But you don't. read more

Service was good, food was not the best. Asked for extra cheese and got opposite. Chicken Alfredo had no chicken and was cold. Wings were on point! read more

Like 3.5/5 so I'll round up to 4 stars. My mom had received an email with free breadsticks for her birthday from Pizza Hut so we ordered that plus the $11.99 three-topping stuffed crust deal. The breadsticks were REALLY good. I used to go to PH for their buffet and I remembered they were good then too. They came with a marinara dipping sauce but weren't really necessary. The pizza was just okay. Probably 3.5/5. I thought the stuffed crust part would be good but was kinda meh. We got mushrooms, banana peppers, and green peppers for our toppings, with a parmesan crust. Definitely a step above Little Caesars but overall just fine. We selected curbside pickup when we ordered online but I think my mom waited five minutes and then got impatient, so she ended up going inside to get it. Overall I'd order from here again if we had a coupon, but I prefer Hungry Howie's or Jet's. read more

I ordered barbecue wings and they had no sauce added. Staff was rude and it took a long time when nobody was in the store. the looks of the food reflected the service. read more

Not as good as it was under infamous Red Roof. App is difficult to use, tried calling in the order and got a lady from who knows where. Salads not available. Take out only read more

My visit here was pre-COVID. I came because of an ad I received that Pizza Hut was getting into the Detroit style deep dish business, and it was a great deal (24 slices for $24.99)! It had a pretty good amount of toppings, and the crust had crispy edges...it was not quite as crispy on the bottom as the pizza I love from Buddy's (the gold standard of Detroit style pizza), but still pretty good and substantial. It wasn't terribly greasy except for the crust on the bottom, but I used napkins to soak up excess and it was good. A little less salt would be great. I had friendly service when I went to pick up my pizza. It was pretty inconvenient that I had to go into the store to order (Detroit deep dish was call or walk-in only for some reason; a calling service in India patched me through but then no one answered...so I had to drive over and order). I'm not sure if they still have this kind of deal anymore or whether they even do the Detroit deep dish, but this rating and review is based on my experience getting it there - very satisfied! read more

To say I am disappointed with my most recent order from this Pizza Hut location is an understatement. I ordered two large pizzas and 12 wings for lunch for my family on Saturday the 18th, 2021. I asked for curbside pickup and paid a 15% gratuity before picking up my order. That was a mistake. After arriving at the store I parked my car and opened the trunk because that is where I wanted my order placed. I got back into my car to wait for my order like I have done many times before. Approximately 5 minutes after arriving, a female employee came out of the store with my order and appeared to visibly scoff. I wasn't sure if she scoffed at me or at something else but it immediately made me feel uneasy. She walked past my drivers door (all of my windows were down) and didn't even look at me (she didn't even give me the side eye). I said hello as she passed in a cheery voice but that wasn't enough to coax a look or reply out of her. She placed my order in the trunk and walked back to the store past my window without a single look or comment. I have ordered from this store many times over the years and have placed a number of orders for curbside pickup and have never been treated this way before. Why did I pay a gratuity for this kind of service? I will never do so again because I refuse to patronize this Pizza Hut location again. On the positive side the wings were well sauced and the pizzas were cooked well. I guess I will just have to order my Pizza Hut favorites at another location. read more

Pizza undercooked. Dough was still raw. Had to contact corporate since they weren't answering their phone--manager or regional manager left me a message a few days later and then when I called of course they weren't available so I left a message a few times, and they never returned my call. Employee said my case was marked as closed/resolved. Lol what a joke. Stay away from this place. read more

They left my food in the floor of a doorway!!! Never order from here cause Mellissa and I doubt that's probably her real name just gave off a nonchalant attitude! And i wish I had the time to go throw this food in their floor and tell them to eat it! PATHETIC!!!!!! NO STAR RESTAURANT read more

Their Pizza used to be good but not anymore. Its more marinara sauce than cheese (even with extra cheese), pizza is over cooked and just does not taste any good. read more

Worst delivery service in Novi. Over two hours to not repeat my get a pizza. I will not do business ever again with this location.

Tried their Detroit Style pizza tonight, not good. Buddy's put them to shame. Their sauce had a funky taste to it which is strange as I have always liked pizza huts regular pizza. I hope people don't think that this is what Detroit style pizza tastes like. read more

Typical Pizza Hut fare of good quality. Employees are polite and professional, frequently opening the door as we carry our pizza out. I wish the store took orders directly more often (it seems there is an answering service which takes the orders and sends them to the store) which has led to three wrong orders. Overall, good location, staff and food. read more

where's the zero stars?? my entire order was old and stale. was cold & very difficult to chew. assuming they made extra pizzas for super bowl, didn't sell all of them because clearly their employees are shitty and don't know how to make anything, and sold stale pizza the next day. even tried calling them after noticing what was wrong and they cut the call. especially during covid, this is unacceptable and does not follow health regulations. disgusting read more
