This chili cheese burrito was $3.39, used to be $.89 back in the day. I also bought 2 burritos that were $2.19 each, sadly didn't take a pic of those but this chili cheese burrito is the size of a Hot Pocket as best. The other 2 burritos were twice the size and a 1/3 of the price. Now how does that work!? The chili cheese burrito NEVER left MANY Taco Bell locations in Ohio so NOT that they're "back" they just try screwing us!? NO! Or how about this... I ordered my food on the mobile app for instore pickup, once it was done was set on a cart. I heard the person say "Jarrod, front counter." I had ordered an iced latte, which is only milk and ice, but requested some extra cream added. I order this because I can't have all of that sugar. What I received had sugar in it. That's ok, it happens a lot actually, I just request a new one without the sugar when that happens. I was on limited time to get to work, but I was patient. What I received was simply a cup full of creamer and ice. The lady who made it was clearly being passive aggressive and the woman who was tending to customers gave a nervous look at me which indicated that she was aware of what her coworker had done. I just walked to the trash and threw both away and walked out. The situation started with a mistake that I was understanding of but ended with hostility toward me for politely attempting to get my drink corrected. I assure you, my demeanor was calm and my attitude civil. Despite being conveniently located near where I work, I will likely not return.

I ate the meal anyway but I called this store to talk about it and the "manager" told me that it wasn't a big deal, that people make mistakes and if I didn't stop giving her an attitude she was going to hand up. The only attitude given was from her to me. I get that people make mistakes but she didn't even want to hear me out. I wasn't going to ask for a refund, I did eat it after all, but she could have apologized and said she's document it. I wrote a complaint to KFC corporate and received a reply telling me to contact door dash. It wasn't the delivery person's mistake. He gave me the order with my name on it. The error was on the store's side. I don't order, either in person or delivery, from KFC but I can tell you this will be my last time doing it.
