The costumers service was amazing and the pizza was delicious my kids and I are glad and happy that we were able to eat well

the buffet was the best buffet I have ever tasted the food was so fresh and amazing I wil be coming back soon

Came here on Halloween night. There was minimal customers and plenty of tables open at the time. We sat with our family and ordered drinks. The table was dirty and sticky. Waitress said the table was like that due to cleaning supplies they use. Additionally, drinks took a long time to arrive. Waitress seemed annoyed and as she did not want to be there. Ordered food, our party did not receive their full order. Ordered a beer. Beer never came. Never were we asked if we were fine or needed anything else. Restaurant started getting more packed as the night went on. Maybe next time, when it's expected to have a large crowd have more than 3 people working for the whole restaurant. This is the usual at this establishment and why the reviews don't go up! The only thing that was good, surprisingly was the food. read more

Called and was told sorry only deliver 2 miles out and I am in the same zip a 8 minute drive. Joke !!!

This Pizza Hut has to be one of the worse locations ever. Time after time, I have ordered online and will order up to 30 minutes before I am actually going to pick it up (since I know they are always running behind) and yet it is still never ready when I show up. Honestly if there were more options for pizza in Nogales with better customer service, I'd never step foot in here but sadly, there isn't. I lost count how many times I have walked in to pick up an order, none of the employees acknowledge me, there's servers sitting at a booth doing their makeup which is absolutely disgusting. The customer service is just ridiculous. One time I had to walk toward their kitchen behind the register to make it known that they had a customer waiting for over 10 minutes without anyone walking by, greeting or even acknowledging that I was there. It's been years that I have actually gone here for a sit-down meal because even that is slow. I don't recommend this place if you're expecting descent customer service and meal that comes out in a descent time-frame because you won't find it here. read more

I had come from phoenix to work there in Nogales and decided to stop at this place for lunch. Worst idea. The rude waitress took 20min to come to our table given the fact there was only 3 people in the entire restaurant. When she did get here, she was not the friendliest. Any one outside this town, do NOT eat here!!! Meseras groceras, no puedo creer que Pizza Hut tenga emplados asi! :( read more

Was crowded when we got there. Had to take a take away anyway though. The wait time was minimal as we had ordered online ahead of time. The staff was courteous and there was ample place to sit and wait. The pizza itself was good and the toppings tasted fresh. Visually appealing as well! But nothing that would remind you about this place and force you to visit it again. read more

Pizza Hut - Pizza with cherry tomatoes, spinach and olives - Pizza Near Me - Nogales, Arizona

Don't even deserve 1 star! I'm a truck driver that's been stuck waiting on a load three miles from your location, for 11 hours waiting on a load. And y'all tell me you don't deliver to truckers?? How do you get your supplies? Flown in?? Air drops?? Pretty sure us truck drivers get it to you! And you treat us like that? Show some respect! Your establishment is disgraceful! read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. This place is dirty and gross. We waited over an hour for disgusting pizza and our server was on her phone more than doing her job. Do not eat here. read more

Couldn't even finish my pizza it was so nasty. It's just so greasy. I'm pretty butthurt that I would have to cross the border to get Papa John's if I wanted good pizza because let's be honest little ceasars isn't an option. Although, I probably would have rather eaten a hot n ready compared to this trash. read more

Order placed and told delivery in 35 minutes. One hour later I call to follow up. Told to expect in another 25 minutes. No apology. After another 45 minutes I call to follow up again and am informed it still is not ready to deliver. Cancelled order and person on phone apologized. In summary - One hour and 45 minutes after order, no delivery. read more

Second time here. First time took 11 minutes to get acknowledged. This time took 7 minutes to get acknowledged. Getting better but the pizza is just terrible for a Pizza Hut. I'm going to have to agree with the other bad reviewers. I was told 20 minutes for my order. Got it 34 minutes with 3 tables occupied when I arrived. read more

Called at 8:40 on Sunday July 2nd to order a carry out. They picked up the phone and when I told them that I wanted to order the lady on the phone hung up on me. I called between three or four more times but they would just pick up the phone and set it on mute. Really bad service when the hours specifically say that the restaurant is closed until 9PM read more

I've eaten here twice. Both times were great! It was the same great service and food that I receive at any Pizza Hut, so I'm glad I went in. The food was delicious and the service was just fine. I seated myself both times, after receiving a welcome to do so from the waitress. I got to place my order quick enough. Plus, they have free wi-fi. read more

The most pathetic customer service EVER. I've tried calling for a take-out. No one answers, then if they do, they hang up on you. CLOSE this place down. read more

this chain is okey pizza is good wings are good and bathrooms are good also they have some thicc workers

Currently sitting in the restaurant. Took 15 minutes to get acknowledged after sitting down. Took another 35 minutes to get our appetizer and we are still waiting for our pizza. The new decor looks ok but is already starting to get dirty and show wear. Bathrooms were disgusting and the table next to us has had dirty dishes and napkins on it since we arrived. read more

We had great food and great service from "Ana" and others. The manager (Ruben) was very rude to the employees and made comments in Spanish about them that he thought that we "gringos" would not understand. No one should be told the things he said in any working environment. They need to dump this guy quickly and get someone else that works as hard as the employees do and treats his fellow workers as a team and not as slaves that can be verbally abused. I have never seen anything like this before and will not return. read more
