Two weeks ago I was there and everything was great. So I went back a week ago because I loved the pizza I ordered earlier. This time it was very different. As I approached what looked like the place you might pay ones bill. There was an employee standing there staring at a computer screen. This employee soon after asked me what I wanted never really looking up from her screen. She tells me what I owed, took my credit card and returned it without ever looking up or saying anything else to me. Then someone comes by to drop of a pizza near the counter without any acknowledgement that it was my pizza. As I was waiting 3 or 4 employees converged around my area to carry on a conversation about something. After a minute or two the employee I paid pushes the pizza box's towards me and tells me it's mine. As I picked up the box I said thank you with no reaction from any of the employees. I got home to only realize after eating a number of slices it did not seem to taste as good as the one I got two weeks earlier. Ordered thru Doordash a meat lover's pizza. I ended up receiving a cheese pizza, no sauce.....they live up to their current 2 star status. When I re ordered thru doordash, they delivered same WRONG pizza for $31. After speaking with the manager and realizing that Doordash causes the misorder, they really did not care at all there was a problem. I did get a refund but still no interest in correcting problem with Doordash and very rude when I picked up my refund. Order from this location at your own risk. read more

Food was the worst I have had in years. The Buffalo chicken wrap was basically old, dry pizza crust covered in onions. With 2 or 3 pieces of bland chicken, not a drop of Buffalo sauce. Meh, there is nothing great about this place. I can go to Dominos, Little Caesars, Papa Murphy's, and really even Papa Johns and get better tasting, cheaper pizza. Their large is like a personal pan, it's about 10-12 inches. A pepperoni pizza is about $14, when I can get one at Papa Murhies for $10 and little Caesars for $5.55. it's food. I'm an outside sales representative and buy around 50 pizzas every week for my customers. I decided to try out this pizza hut branch instead of Domino's which I've been using previously. I stood at the counter for at least three minutes before anyone came and helped me. Robert, the store manager, told me the special today was a large-3 topping pizza for $12.99. I told him I wanted those: 4 on one order, and 2 on another. He then charged me full price for all four pizzas: $17.57 instead of $12.99 as discussed. I requested him to either give me a refund of the difference back onto the card, or take it off my other order. He said it was not possible, unless he gave me back cash. I told him I can't take cash back (I use a corporate card, it would not be okay to take cash back). He had the audacity to ask why. He then agreed to take off the extra amount charged from my next order of 2 pizzas which he took of $15.16 from my next order-- this is still less than what I should have been credited. Again, he did not honor the special price. When I asked about the pizza hut rewards, he said I could not get points on in-store pizza orders. He insisted three times that I could not get pizza hut rewards. He finally gave-in and typed in my number and it went through, he was surprised. He is the manager? We ordered over the internet during phase 2 covid. The message on the computer said it would be ready in 10-20 minutes. I arrived at the pick up window and a car was in front me waiting for their order. I assume that they ordered at the window cause I sat behind them for about 10 minutes. My suggestion is if people order at the window then make them pull around tell you text them their order is ready. A line of about 3 to 4 cars had formed behind me. I got my pizza and wings which were in the warming cabinet. This is the problem I found. I ordered a supreme pizza with a hand tossed garlic butter crust and some buffalo wings. The pizza and wings were both hot which may have also lead to there downfall. The pizza crust was horrible it was as dry as the sand dunes in Moses Lake and the toppings just not enough. You can get a better pizza from the frozen food section then you can here. The wings were not crisp the heat from the warming cabinet probably destroyed any crisp these wings might have had. We don't get pizza much but I guess our expectations were to high. From now on we will go to our locally owned pizza shops who can do the job a lot better!!! read more

Every time I order, I even call after placing my order to make sure the cheese goes on top of the my toppings. They can never seem to get the point that I don't want my toppings dried out. So I've only ordered pastas along side with my favored wings from Pizza Hut. But my last pasta had no sauce around the edges, leaving about a third of my pasta dried out. I am once again very disappointed with my pizza. I ordered a large supreme, but asked for them to leave the mushrooms and pepperoni off of half of it. When I arrived home (20 minutes away), I discovered half of the pizza had cheese only, and the other half was supreme minus mushrooms and pepperoni. How does this happen? In the past we have had other screw ups as well. Sometimes leaving oy mushrooms off, or leaving only pepperoni off, or leaving both off of all the pizza. This is the fourth screw up in five tries. Ok... this was the strangest experience ever, pretty sure my friend and I were in the twilight zone. Starting off with the inappropriate tv show on and the interesting medical podcast going on in the bathroom (I now know way too much about membranes). Then, the cashier could not figure out the difference between "cheese sticks" and "fried mozzarella sticks" and some how we ended up with both sides and no dipping sauce????? The food was REEAALLY good. Better than expected. But our waitress was not very focused. My mother asked for sugar for her tea and the girl looked at her like deer in headlights and asked her to repeat it 5 times because she didn't understand what was being asked. Customer experience can make or break your business. Here the pizza is good, but the experience you feel from the employees working throws you off. First, I'm not sure who came up with the idea of where to pick up an menu and order but having a pre counter area before the counter where you pay is confusing. Next, watching the young adults make your pizza gave me second thoughts that I might not get a good pizza. There was lots of personal drama being discussed, cell phone texting, and a dismissive attitude towards your dining experience. So, to begin I have been going to this beautiful dine in Pizza Hut since it opened , I've had some good experiences and service. With that said , over the course of the last couple months I have noticed a big change, in the way management treats the staff and the customers. Personally today in my experience myself along with two others went in to dine in and from the moment we walked in the door , we were never greeted like before, we were just asked are you eating here, and that's it. When we ordered we got a large pizza some drinks and some cinnamon sticks. When our food arrived we didn't get our cinnamon sticks. When we told a server about it they said they were in the oven and would just be a couple minutes, this proceeded for the 2nd 3rd and 4th time we asked at which point it had been an hour. We finished our dinner and we're ready to go so we just got tired of waiting. Then after all this we were asked "are you the people with the cinnamon sticks? Did you pay for them?" Which ironically she was the one who took our order and we showed her our receipt. They then said they couldn't do anything anymore but give us our money back, no offer to take them in a Togo box or anything. And an apology in a rude matter as if it was our fault. I normally do not like to leave bad reviews but a restaurant like this which we have loved , that is not being taken care of, servers are rude, and management isn't trying , we need to let someone know. read more
