The 3rd time in a row, I order my pizza online for pickup so I can make sure the order is correct. LIGHT SAUCE is the only requirement. Other than that, normal pizza. I wish that so could give them a zero because that's what they deserve. I ordered a simple delivery and they can't even do that right. I ordered it at 11:21pm and yet here I am still flipping waiting at 12:32am. Their excuse is the driver has other deliveries. It's not that hard to deliver food. I get my order and it's still jacked all up and on the P'zone there was barely dipping sauce, the pasta was WAAAAAY too saucy, and my pizza came out wrong. How hard is it to make a sausage, mushroom, and black olive pizza. This is why you need a dang tracker on the drivers like Dominos does. Then your delivery driver wants to lie and say he delivered is BS because been standing by the door since 12:10am. The guy needs to be fired plain and simple. read more

I like to visit this location when I go to have lunch with my son at his nearby elementary school. The location is super convenient to do just that. It's part of a strip center and so there are plenty of spaces to park. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly here. You are greeted right as you walk in the door and are always appreciated for your business. Ordering is always quick and painless. I like taking advantage of their deal where if you order two or more items, they are five bucks each. I usually come out with a medium one topping pizza and a cookie pizza dessert. I find both to be consistently delicious. No surprises here. Orders are always freshly prepared with very minimum wait time. What can I say? My son has excellent taste. Make sure you sign up for their rewards program to earn points with every purchase. After all, no one out pizzas the hut! read more

I ordered my food at 7:30 and I called at 8:45 and my pizza had not even left the restaurant, I spoke to who I assume was the manager and she told me that I don't leave a call back number. I said that's one of the first things they ask you then she said I didn't leave my lot number and that was also one of the they ask. Never again!!! read more

At 4:15 I called and they said they were short on drivers and my food was still at their store but it will only take 15-20 minutes. 30 minutes later my food finally arrives an hour and a half after I order it. Bucks Pizza in Mont Belvieu is 10 times better! read more

Unfortunately the ability to order online does not always work properly. However a call to the store quickly solves these issues. The staff is friendly and the pizza is always hot and fresh. Delivery is also an option with courteous drivers. read more

Ordered online which is great. Went to pick up and they were SUPER busy. Pizzas flying everywhere. When I got home noticed that half the toppings were missing from one side, the garlic topping on the crust must have spilled on the pizza. Obvious it was made in a rush. So no more from there. They should be able to handle rushes like that with ease. read more
