Wings Etc was across the parking lot, and more importantly, it was open. I popped over on a frosty monday night and the place was pretty empty, as expected. Grabbed a seat at the bar and the high energy bartender got me going with a beer and a menu - off to a good start. While I was browsing the menu, the bartender was telling one of the patrons a funny story and somehow I ended up in the conversation haha - and it was a fun time for all. Went with wings because I wanted to keep it simple and some fried mushrooms to try them out. I'm pretty much a standard buffalo wing kind of guy- all the fancy / gimmicky flavors don't do it for me- give me some traditional wings with some heat, and I'm a happy camper. The wings totally delivered- crispy, good sized and flavorful. Sauce was on point and that cold beer was perfect. I want to say that they had a low price special - like 20 cents a wing or something - which made it even better. The friend mushrooms on the other hand were just meh - nothing at all to talk about - a bit better when coated in ranch dressing but I pretty much pushed them to the side.
