I was really looking forward to trying the new Cheesy bites pizza but as you can see the pizza is very dry and the crust is missing the butter crust as advertised. Do not use the rewards points from the app to order your food. They'll just purposely give you the wrong pizza. I've ordered pizza using rewards points back to back 2 separate times. In those two times they have given me the wrong toppings on the first one. The second time they just gave me a plain cheese pizza. Even when ordering another pizza along side those orders without using the rewards points they still somehow mess up my pizza specifically that has used the points. I ordered four large pizzas and Pepsi to drink (2) and this was around 5 something. I can't remember if I did a call in or an online order. It said that my order would arrive by 6:02. I called Pizza Hut at about 6:25 and I was told the pizza had just been picked up and, on its way, called again and I was told that the Door Dash driver took off with my food. I had to reorder my food, and it was going to take another 35 to 45 minutes. I just decided to go pick it up when I got there my order was ready and all I received for this mishap was cinnamon bread. When asked to speak to the manager she explained that a Door Dash driver took off with my order and not soon after he left my real Door Dash driver arrived to get my food. The manager said that I could not get a refund because my order was remade. The pizza was not good, but I had to feed a house full of kids because family was over for the holidays. I did not get her name because I was so mad that there was no consideration for my order or what happened. When I called and spoke with the so called Manager Tara and told her my situation she said I would have to go pick them up. On a recent sick day I hopped online & found that for some reason they no longer deliver to our area. WTH? Really?! They're losing untold amounts of business by blocking specific streets within a currently serviced neighborhood. Manor isn't exactly a hotbed for existing delivery. Pizza Hut, and the other food purveyors in our little town, are dropping the ball by opting out of delivering to the newer half of Presidential Meadows (& who knows what other neighborhoods)! Pizza Hut *could* be absolutely crushing it by delivering here & picking up (once again) all those customers whom everyone else in town is *also* overlooking. I mean, really... what's a couple more blocks, so you service the whole neighborhood? Ordered a pizza delivery and waited an hour. I live 5 min drive from the store. I was sitting at home anticipating the delivery. After an hour, I called to check back and they claimed they had come out to my house and called me. With no answer they canceled the order. This is a LIE. I was in my home within 6 feet of my doorbell and no one ever showed. There was never a ring of the doorbell or knock at the door. No sense of urgency or concern shes also silent. She finally states she doesn't know who or why someone would sign her name in the box and started asking questions about when the order was placed. I asked her did she want me to bring the box so she could figure out which one of her staffs hand writing it belong to at that time she put the phone down and I could hear her talking to someone in the background. Once she got back on the phone, she says her cook thought the order was for her and was playing around. I asked her is this how you allow your staff to play around with you?? She says no. I asked her how we were going to fix this situation because my 9 yr old child who reads on a 7th grade level opened this box!! She offered to give us a credit at the store,which I declined and told her I just moved to the area and no longer trusted this store. Pizza never arrived, we got a phone call two hours later form the delivery person "Alex" saying he eat the pizza and it was so good, and he was stalking us outside our house until we left he was watching us from outside while eating our pizza. We filed a harassment complain with corporate office, and corporate office send our complain to the Manor location and the manager shared our complain with the employee, and now the employee is harassing us at our business page. Pizza hut has violated our privacy rights. Do not file a complain with the corporate office because they will forward your complain to the Manor location and the manager at the Manor location will show ALL the report and ALL your personal information to the employee you will be filing the complain. i ordered online and within a few minutes they called me with a question -the delivery time i had selected was *after* their delivery person would be off, and would i be willing to pick it up instead? a little inconvenient, but honestly not a huge deal. i told her the time i could be there and she said it would be ready. i walked in and there were a lot of people waiting, i was afraid i was going to have to wait- but it was ready! sonia at the front counter was kind, courteous, and checked the order over for me to make sure it was correct. and it was! it was all i could stand to not bust it out in the car on the drive home. this is a new location, i saw the sign out front for hiring delivery drivers, so i understood why they weren't able to deliver, and that's ok. i've worked in retail and in food service before and so i understand what it's like to be a little short staffed on a busy night. i appreciated the call instead of just canceling my order. glad to have them close by, and the pizza is delicious! read more

The correct order was placed online through the app. Somewhere through the internet, the order was changed. When I arrived at the store and saw that the order was incorrect, I asked to exchange the incorrect item for what was ordered. The manager, Felicia, refused to exchange my order and told me not only would I have to pay for the correct item, but I would also have to pay full price for it. I could not get my money back for the order, and I could not get the food I placed an order for because it was "not her fault". My co-worker called and asked if we could show her a screenshot of the order on our end where it shows the correct order was placed. Felicia let it be known, that because it still showed up on their side incorrectly, they will not correct the order. We both let it be known that we have the correct order showing on the app, but because it didn't show up correctly on her side. ** WARNING - Ive ordered twice here, both times have resulted in missing items in my order. The first time the driver went back to get my items, the second time they did not. This resulted in them "comping" me $10 for a future order, this was complete bull since there's nothing on my account that shows this credit. This is in response to the missing food on delivery and no credit for it. Avoid this Pizza Hut if you want what you ordered and don't want to deal with inept service and lost cash. ** Pizza cook and prep was fast, took them about 30 minutes. The delivery person was confused where the pizza should be delivered. I double checked the address on the receipt to make sure it was correct, this was indeed correct so the delivery people can be a bit "lost" when trying to find your address. Two items in my delivery were missing so I called the store. Young girl answered the phone, was polite and said she would get the manager. Puts me on hold. Young girl picks the phone back up, meanwhile the manager is in the background (I can hear him) double checking the receipt. He proceeds to say there's nothing on the receipt for the two items that weren't delivered. Polite girl leaves the phone, frustrated manager gets on the phone. I had to walk him through my phone number twice, because apparently any zip code other than Austin area is majestic. Finally he sees the two additional items that weren't delivered and says he will "comp" me for the missing food. All of this done while sounding like a complete &#$. Worst service I have ever experienced, every time we order it takes at least an hour a half to get delivered, no one ever answers the phone either. Ordered for the last time tonight, said it was going to take over 2 Hours to get delivered. It's Saturday night so I assume they're busy. Try and call 3 different times to change to carry out, no one answers I just sat on hold for 10 minutes then it hung up on me. So I decide I'm just going to cancel the order. Order dominos for carry out, drive to Pizza Hut to cancel it in person. The lady there was extremely rude, tried telling me they didn't have an order for me, and then when I showed her my email she took forever to cancel it. My dominos was ready before this was even cancelled. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN FOREVER GOING TO DOMINOS. I can understand long waits because they're busy but ANSWER THE PHONE. (Also while I was there the phone rang multiple times and no one attempted to answer, and they definitely heard the ring because it was extremely loud).
