Been trying yo call PH LB to ask about the buffet days and times and they don't answer. I have called three days in a row and no answer. Finally I got a service that takes their calls they transferred me to the manager who picked up the phone and set it down and never got on the phone at all. Shameful of them. I was so excited to take my grandchildren to the buffet but now I am going to write a bad review and not go there ever again. I made a phone order for a basic pepperoni pizza while visiting my family. The girl on the phone was the meanest, miserable sounding person I have ever heard. She gave me attitude and was very quick to cut me off when I had wanted to ask what the estimated time would be. She didn't even say "would you like anything else?" Or say Thank you have a good day. Just ok and click. Now I remember why I left PA, the customer service stinks!! When I got the knock on the door, he hands the pizza over so my hands were full from the pizza box, and the delivery guy just shoves me the receipt to sign and the large bottle drink. So what happens?? I end up dropping stuff obviously. Are you stupid? You didn't even say sorry or try to help lol. Give me like two seconds to put the box down GEEZ. Never ever ordering here again. Was surprised by the negative reviews and, to be honest, we got a pizza from this location about a year ago and was very disappointed. Thought we would give them another try. We ordered online and selected contactless carry out, beeped the horn once upon arrival, confirmed the order and the pizza was delivered to the car with no wait. The pizza was hot, good, the crust was crunchy and we were pleased. Will definitely order from them again. If you haven't tried this location recently, give them another chance. The coupons and specials make this an economical option for dinner. read more

This place used to be decent. Thought I'd give it a try since it's been awhile. Pizza was horrible. Under cooked. Hardly any cheese on the pizza and the edge of the crust was covered in sauce you couldn't even pick a piece of it up with out your hand being covered in sauce. Poor customer service rude and ignorant employees. I'll never return to this Pizza Hut again. read more

Entered restraint.no menu noted Sat down and was asked for order.requested small pepperoni pizza. Told there was no small pepperoni pizzas. Ordered med to go. After about ten minutes I was told I owed 17.00. gave him 20.00 and went up to counter.was given a very all looking meal in a plastic bag. Seems it was another's order and not even a pizza.then told my pizza was being put in the oven and would be ready in ten min .....recharged 13.51. pizza was so small and crust was so thin it almost didn't exist. Was over bakedso it was like chewing on chips it was so hard and crunchy Would not ever return to pizza hut nor would I ever recommend them. Placed my order by phone- told them twice what time I would be picking it up. When I arrived, they had trouble find my order. Turns out they entered the wrong pickup time- a half hour later than what I said. They offered to put the order in immediately with a ten minute wait. (No apology.) I waited, and received it in ten minutes. Brought it home (a two minute drive), and discovered that the breadsticks were overdone and cold- could have used them for a chisel. Wrong sauce. And the only sauce on this pizza was a dab by the crust! It was like eating cheese on pizza crust. Yuck! Even my husband,who loves pizza, thought it was awful. This location is HORRIBLE. My husband and I moved into the area about a year and a half ago and have maybe ordered 3 times. Every time they screw something up. Last time it was soooo bad and I ended up getting a $7 credit. Needless to say I was going to use that credit. I had to call and place the order, which I hate because I want a poet record of what I KNOW I ordered. Anyhow today's order was just as awful as the last time. I ordered extra sauce and hut crust on my pizza and did not receive either. The pizza was barely warm like it has been sitting there. My order was supposed to come with two marinara sauces and I PAID for two extras and they shorted me one. The driver also forgot my pop. At least he went to get it but he was so slow. All in all I didn't even bother calling because there's nothing they can do to make me want to come back. We tried and are now done. Thank god for all the other many options around us. read more

I ordered a pepperoni pizza. They must have mixed up my order. Instead I got raisins on my pizza. I never new they created a raisen pizza. It was odd tasting. Then I called pizza hut and they told me that they don't sell raisins. So I must have gotten a shit pizza. Not ordering from them again. EAT IN REVIEW, no delivery experience. Ah, Pizza Hut in the middle of so many ma and pop pizza joints, is quite the double edge sword. Though I really haven't experienced any issues with service, at least at the minimal times I've gone, call it luck maybe, the issue is with the food itself, frankly, it's terrible. Pizza Hut is literally the worst pizza option in the area. The only reason to order from this place is because you don't know of any other places around, for one reason or another. But if you want a place to sit down and enjoy pizza in air conditioning and not cramped "we only have enough seating so we can officially call ourselves a restaurant" seating then Pizza Hut sadly, is nearly your only option. Weigh comfort and quality and the food quality is the killer for me. Choosing quality, I'd much rather sit in a slightly uncomfortable Perri Da Pizzaman, watching Jeopardy on a tv that half of the RCA over the air antennae is hanging out of the door, than go to a comfortable Pizza Hut with lousy food. So with that being said, if you are out and about, with a bus full of family and/or friends, work meeting, etc, and you absolutely have to have some pizza, Pizza Hut is probably your only option in this area, otherwise, order from somewhere else. I have yet to have pizza from any place within 10 miles of this location that was worse than Pizza Hut, even Little Ceasars is better. read more

The pizza and service inside is awesome however, ordering online is a nightmare. On line site has consistently lost my info making ordering difficult or impossible. Also, lost all credits for free pizza offer. My biggest complaint is with the Pizza Hut delivery people. I have yet to have one thank me for a tip, for my business, utter a have a nice day or anything else remotely friendly. My last experience was so outrageously rude that I am now a customer of another Pizza chain w/ the nicest delivery people ever .........and they get tipped accordingly! A $12 order of food and a $5 tip.... warrants a thank you. No more Pizza Hut for me... read more
