We ordered a meat lover's thin crust pizza, BBQ chicken wings, and cinnamon sticks. Everything tasted as if it had just been taken out of a freezer and put in a microwave. The chicken wings were buffalo with some barbecue sauce thrown on top. The customer service was poor with one woman sitting on her phone and another looking down at her cash register so we were unsure who to speak to about picking up our order. Neither one of them had any time for us apparently. The store itself was dirty and rundown which makes me think the pizza and wings were prepared in a dirty environment which would explain why we felt sick after sampling our order. I hate to write a bad review but honestly just step your game up. Or do the world a favor and get out the game. Rose was such a nice person to us, she made sure we got what we wanted. And helped us when needed, I would recommend coming.

I guess this Pizza Hut is only delivery or carry out. We went in to have dinner and no one came to the table to take our order. We went up to the front counter and still no one talked to us. The manager look at us and kept walking by not even saying welcome or hi. We waited 15 mins a nothing. I guess if you want to dine in at this Pizza Hut you have to call for carry out and just pick it up and eat it in the dining room. read more

Ordered from Pizza Hut tonight. For $47 to get a large pizza and breadsticks I at least expected someone to care. The only person that seemed to was the delivery driver. The food arrived hot, but that was its only saving grace. Dry, tasteless, and frankly just not enjoyable. I would 100% not recommend ordering from them ever. This is the second time in 6months and I won't be revisiting the experience. Just don't do it. Instead, order a box throw a minimal amount of cheese on it, cook it to a crisp, and eat that! It will be 10x better than any food you could get from them. read more

Just ordered cheeses steak pizza. There were 7 steak squares the size of a quarter on the entire pizza, 6 pieces of green pepper. They forgot the cheese on a third of the pizza. Whoever put my pizza together did it blindfolded and must've misplaced the toppings. It's in the garbage now. I'm probably going to avoid this store in the future. Disgusted. read more

Ordered curbside. Never came out. Called the 1-800 number 3 times and was told the store was alerted to my arrival and food would be out shortly. Watched two employees inside cleaning up and talking. Not another car in the parking lot. Called the 1-800 number a fourth time after waiting 45 minutes to cancel my order and get a refund. Transferred to a supervisor who left me on hold for 23 minutes before hanging up on me. Never called back even though she confirmed my phone number before placing me on hold. I never raised my voice or got nasty ... I just wanted them to know I was there so they could bring out my pizza. HORRIBLE customer service. Can't rate the food since I never got to taste it. Taco Bell across the street was open and saved the day. If I could give less than one star, I would. read more

This pizza is usually pretty Good and has great fresh food. Upper management really cares about the customer service and will get back to you promptly if there is a problem.Delivery has never been a problem and now their pizza seems to be a lot hotter than it used to be when it arrives at your home. read more

I've been an employee and customer of this pizza hut. All I can say is Dora the general manager is awesome, easily one of the best managers I've ever worked for. She actually cares about the customers and the employees. She does a great job training all the cooks so the pizzas come out great. The food has always been excellent eating at this Pizza Hut, I can't say the same for all Pizza hut's eaten at. So that's why this one gets a five-star rating from me. read more

I ordered for delivery and called after over an hour when they estimated 30-40 min and they said it hasn't even left yet. Manager didn't seem to care or try to make it right just asked if I wanna cancel. I will never order here again. Dominoes and dions are way better. read more

I will start my review by saying I had not visited this store in over 10 years. In the past few months I have visited 3 times. I am impressed. It is never too busy and I have not waited for seating once. It is quiet and comfy inside. Went with work friends for lunch one day. Pizza that was sitting out was not that great, but once they noticed it was busy new, fresh pizza was brought out. The salad bar was great too. The best was the dessert bread sticks. This restaurant is old. It was the first place I ate when I moved here 30 years ago. Store was clean and the employees were efficient and friendly. Take out is also efficient and our order was correct. This store has free wifi and is quiet. Perfect place to work! Give it a try if you haven't been in a while. read more

Ordered at 7 didn't get pizza till after 9 and pizza was cold not even a little warm. Very disappointed

Order pizza at 7:00pm and went to pick it up at 7:45. They messed up or gave my order to someone else. Almost 8pm and still waiting for my order. Had to ask for the manager to explain what happen and he just kept making excuses instead just telling me about the mix up. They didn't offer a discount or anything. read more

I will not go to this store!!! I ordered a pizza from this restaurant and when I got it I ate a few slices and then realized ...THERE WAS A USED BANDAID IN IT!!!!!! I talked to the general manager and the store manager and they were only willing to refund me half my purchase. The said thing is this is the best way to get the word out. We came here thinking it would be a quick alternative to Dions which was packed. We entered the establishment at 6:30 and now at 7:21 we have yet to receive our order. It would be okay if it was a fancy place but thanks to the open lay out of the kitchen we can see and here how I orderly the staff is. I'm pretty sure they lost our order. Horrible service! Ordered a pizza delivery. Waited 1.5 hours. Called twice and got excuses. Pizza arrived and was cold and soggy. Sent the pizza back and demanded a refund. Very dirty, as you walk in you notice the filthy floors and the dirty tables, phone rings forever it must be the people trying to order for delivery or pick up. We were greeted by Dominic very enthusiastic guy he should work somewhere else though he's the only one worth mentioning here, anyway food took almost an hour to get. All the employees look hopped up on caffeine and trying to get through the day. Seems like management lacks on planning side and she needs to be sent to some developing classes. the bathrooms are filthy . So come here at your own risk. Pizza Hut set the standard years ago for the best products and service, but has evolved into a poorly run fast food operation, lacking in quality. We ordered a carryout pizza and salad yesterday only to discover after arriving home that it was dry, over-cooked and tasteless. The crust shattered into numerous pieces and was badly burned on the edges. It is small wonder that other franchises have proliferated over the years and have flourished into better-quality operations as a result of the decline in Pizza Hut's deterioration. We were very disappointed in the quality of the menu items, even though the service was acceptable. read more
