My son had a calzone and devoured the whole thing before I could get a single bite. It was easy to order over the phone and our pizza was waiting for us when I got there. The salad was very meager and they didn't give me dressing. There were no napkins either. The tiramisu was fine but very small for the price. Given I tipped five dollars on a $25 order I was expecting a little more care such as the napkins and the dressing. Gratuity seems obligatory these days with often no added value for the consumer. Overall, I might go back but only for the pizza.

The tables and chairs were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were also super clean! The pizza was also great, and I can tell it is done with as much care as everything else. I trapped the spider under a dressing container and reported it to the Dion's manager in Los Lunas. He called me a liar because all the bugs are dead cause it's winter. I told him I wanted a refund and I will take the sandwich back with the spider to show proof. He refused to make it right so I insisted I get a refund best he could do for me with the inconvenience of driving back to the restaurant was $11.50. The manager seems naive, his response was I'll give you $11.50 to get out of here.

We ordered a meat lover's thin crust pizza, BBQ chicken wings, and cinnamon sticks. Everything…read moretasted as if it had just been taken out of a freezer and put in a microwave. The chicken wings were buffalo with some barbecue sauce thrown on top. The customer service was poor with one woman sitting on her phone and another looking down at her cash register so we were unsure who to speak to about picking up our order. Neither one of them had any time for us apparently. The store itself was dirty and rundown which makes me think the pizza and wings were prepared in a dirty environment which would explain why we felt sick after sampling our order. I hate to write a bad review but honestly just step your game up. Or do the world a favor and get out the game. If I took the time to write this long ass review then you know it has to be bad.
