Not sure why their ratings are average but we didnt have any problems. I ordered our pizzas on the app and requested a later pick up time and I had to wait about 10 extra minutes l. The food was hot and tasted great. The service was even better. After it was ready, the Manager came and bought it to me tocmy car and the screen saver music on the tv was very cool!! It was too crowded. One person was in front of me and that went by quick! We ordered two pizza under the $7 deal. Will be back as always. I don't know why they have such bad reviews. We were reluctant to order from here. We ordered online for pickup. The pizza was hot and regular like Pizza Hut pizza. Spicy chicken sausage with stuffed crust. It heated up well for the next few days too . I enjoyed my experience. I didn't do 5 starts because there wasn't anything above and beyond special about the pizza/customer service. It was overall good and much better than expected based on the reviews here. read more

We did takeout, so I can't speak to the environment. The order was ready quick enough, though. We got two large pizzas (pepperoni and supreme) and two orders of cheesy breadsticks for four adults and two kids. It was enough to go around with about half a pizza and half a dozen breadsticks left over. My main complaint is that the pizza was pretty flavorless. I would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone. The employees are unprofessional and unaccountable for their mistakes. They are producing mediocre food, at best. This is the second time my family has had an issue with the service and the quality of the food from this particular store. We order a pizza with extra cheese and receive a pizza with barely any cheese at all. The cheese was inconsistently spread on the pizza and made improperly! The owner and management should be shamed of the food they are putting out! In addition, better training needs to be provided to the employees handling the phones. Worst pizza hut ever. Always difficult on the phone and never gets the order correct. Every time I call in for a personal pan pizza it's a problem. A few times i've called and still had to wait 20 minutes outside. This time I called an hour ahead and they "lost" it. In my opinion someone ate it or they never made it. I had a very bad experience with Dominoes last week. Ordered at 10:45pm and got my pie at 2:30am... I'm not even joking. I'm new to the area so decided to try out Pizza Hut this week. They didn't produce my specified order but... THEY NAILED IT and went beyond. I ordered a large deep dish and cinnamon sticks. This location has hit rock bottom. I've been in this area for 15 years and once you could get a hot fresh pizza from them. This is the 3rd time I've been quoted 25-35 mins which means they are not busy only to get it over an hour later and cold. This Pizza Hut is terrible!! They shouldn't be able to keep the name because never in my life have ever had such a horrifying experience. I place my order at 6:15pm. I'll attach the pictures of screen shots to verify every time I use here. I have reason to exaggerate anything. I get a text at 7:15 that says they are preparing my order. I'm like WHAT? It takes an hour just to start preparing my order from the time I submitted my order o line. So I wait and I get another text that says the order is on the way at 7:46pm. I'm happy thinking okay it's on th way finally. Well not so quickly, I have to wait until 8:45 for my order to be deliver. So I video tape it. The delivery lady gave my food asked me sign and left. No apology or attempt to explain why it took so long to drive 5 minutes. I open the box and my food is cold. Like now, I need to turn on the oven and reheat my just delivered order. So I get on the phone immediately and call the store. I ask for the manager and a young girl says I'm speaking with the manager. So explain that I've spent the last 2.5 hrs waiting my an order that was placed at 6:15pm but not delivered until 8:45pm. She tells me she can offer me $5 off my NEXT order?!?! I'm like NEXT ORDER.. Can you offer a discount on my current order for all the inconvenience? Well she makes things even worse and makes me wait on hold for 1.5hrs. She NEVER came back to the phone to speak with me. They are rude and totally disrespectful. They do not know what customer service is or how to properly talk to customers. I WILL NEVER EVER SPEND ANYMORE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS STORE and Pizza Hut is my favorite but I will not waste any more money. I have ALWAYS had issues with this location but unfortunately they are the only location we can use. My pizzas were BURNT!! I called the manager and was asked if we had ate the pizza, ummmm no, and then he says I remember making those pizzas, they were a little crispy.....and you still sent them. I decided to pick up a personal pan pizza on the way home from work ( as opposed to my original plan of going to the gym..... Oh well ). The establishment was very nice and very clean, the cashier Jade was pleasant and my pizza was ready on time. Order never got here and had to say my number 5 times because the person on the phone couldn't count past 5. I used to be a die hard fan of Pizza Hut as that's the main place we went to as I was growing up besides Little Caesars. I used to have great experiences at Pizza Hut but this location has been letting me down consistently over the past couple years or so. The pizzas we have ordered have become dry and not even hot, which it should be since I only stay like 2-3 minutes from this location. They also have started skimping on the toppings. The cheese has been burnt a few times and barely covers the sauce on the pizzas. I have gotten to a point where I now count the pepperoni and Italian sausage that they put on the pizzas to make sure they put enough on there. We got a pepperoni pizza that had a couple of slices with not one piece of pepperoni on them. I hate to think Pizza Hut would ever give me problems but they have let me down. We do order from the nearby Papa Johns sometimes and we always have a good experience with them. We even ordered a pizza from the nearby Domino's because I don't think I had one of their pizzas since college and I can honestly say that it was one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. The commercials are being honest - they are generous with their toppings and the crust tastes much better. With that being said: Pizza Hut, you better step it up..... Oh yeah - ordering online on a Friday or Saturday can be a gamble because your pizza may not be ready when it says it will. And having it delivered may even double that wait time. read more

Pizza Hut has always been one of my favorite places & even though I dont eat it often when I do I know that it will be hot, fresh & correct.

I constantly order from here because it is within a mile of my home. I however have had constant issues at this location, lastly paying $10 for wings to be delivered only for them to be extra hot instead of mild. Try feeding hot wings to a 10 year old. Good Luck. I've gotten undercooked brownies on more than one occasion that had me sick to my stomach as well as the rest of my family. I even ordered a 24 piece wing 2 weeks ago and the wings came with a mere dripping of sauce and the rest were dry.
