Not sure why their ratings are average but we didnt have any problems. I ordered our pizzas on the app and requested a later pick up time and I had to wait about 10 extra minutes l. The food was hot and tasted great. The service was even better. After it was ready, the Manager came and bought it to me tocmy car and the screen saver music on the tv was very cool!! It was too crowded. One person was in front of me and that went by quick! We ordered two pizza under the $7 deal. Will be back as always. Oh yeah, was gifted a Chicken Alfredo pasta due to a order mix up better my order. Thanks PIZZA HUT! read more

Pizza Hut - Sooo good! Oven-Baked Chicken Alfredo Pasta $7 - Pizza Near Me - Lithia Springs, Georgia

I don't know why they have such bad reviews. We were reluctant to order from here. We ordered online for pickup. The pizza was hot and regular like Pizza Hut pizza. Spicy chicken sausage with stuffed crust. It heated up well for the next few days too . I enjoyed my experience. I didn't do 5 starts because there wasn't anything above and beyond special about the pizza/customer service. It was overall good and much better than expected based on the reviews here. read more

We did takeout, so I can't speak to the environment. The order was ready quick enough, though. We got two large pizzas (pepperoni and supreme) and two orders of cheesy breadsticks for four adults and two kids. It was enough to go around with about half a pizza and half a dozen breadsticks left over. My main complaint is that the pizza was pretty flavorless. It was filling, but it just didn't taste that great. read more

Under new management. They have been giving me great service for months!!! The store is also very clean .

Please do not order from this location. My husband and I ordered two medium pizzas last night and both made us sick. Pizza has never gone through me that fast. Please consider properly cooking the pizzas first. I'm not sure what it was that was underdone but something had to have been for both of us to have multiple bathroom trips... read more

I would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone. The employees are unprofessional and unaccountable for their mistakes. They are producing mediocre food, at best. This is the second time my family has had an issue with the service and the quality of the food from this particular store. We order a pizza with extra cheese and receive a pizza with barely any cheese at all. The cheese was inconsistently spread on the pizza and made improperly! The owner and management should be shamed of the food they are putting out! In addition, better training needs to be provided to the employees handling the phones. They seem to be incapable of handing customer issues in a professional manner. read more

Pizza Hut - Will never order from here again. The pizza is substandard! Don't waste you money or time patronizing this business! - Pizza Near Me - Lithia Springs, Georgia

Poor service I was on hold for over a hour called back over 3 times was rushed to hold by "Alyssa" she didn't even try to hear anything I was saying . Please find better worker fire Alyssa read more

We ordered 30 large pizzas and bread/cheese sticks for a company function. I worked with the manager, William, in submitting the order and frequent changes/additions to the order. It was a great success! The meal was delivered on time, hot, and perfect! I can not thank William and his crew enough for making this such an easy process! read more

Worst pizza hut ever. Always difficult on the phone and never gets the order correct. Every time I call in for a personal pan pizza it's a problem. A few times i've called and still had to wait 20 minutes outside. This time I called an hour ahead and they "lost" it. In my opinion someone ate it or they never made it. The employees are kind but just clearly very unorganized and unprepared. read more

I had a very bad experience with Dominoes last week. Ordered at 10:45pm and got my pie at 2:30am... I'm not even joking. I'm new to the area so decided to try out Pizza Hut this week. They didn't produce my specified order but... THEY NAILED IT and went beyond. I ordered a large deep dish and cinnamon sticks. Delivery guy walks up to my house with 2 medium pizzas with ALL of my preferred toppings (and the cinnamon sticks with EXTRA icing) "We're out of large deep, sorry, will 2 medium deeps be okay?" Uuuhhhh... YA! Thank you! I am so impressed with my local Pizza Hut. They repaired a rift before it even occurred. Thanks, Pizza Hut. read more

Pizza Hut - three pizzas in boxes on top of a stove - Pizza Near Me - Lithia Springs, Georgia

This location has hit rock bottom. I've been in this area for 15 years and once you could get a hot fresh pizza from them. This is the 3rd time I've been quoted 25-35 mins which means they are not busy only to get it over an hour later and cold. I'm not sure what carry out is like but don't waste your time on delivery. read more

I was hesitant to order after all the bad reviews... but given that most of them were older I decided to give it a try. The staff was super nice, very courteous, and presented a perfectly cooked thin crust pizza. I would definitely order again. read more

Customer service was horrible!!! I order pizza for my students as a reward and was never deliver in time for their lunch or later. They said 10minutes and then that only one driver. Regional manager called apologized after I called corporate and said Friday we would get a pizza for all and cookies, once again never receive it and called corporate again....we will see what is done. The manager at the store is also very rude. Now my students are disappointed read more

Best pizza ever, I've been buying lil c's , but pizza the hut is hands down way better.

I decided to pick up a personal pan pizza on the way home from work ( as opposed to my original plan of going to the gym..... Oh well ). The establishment was very nice and very clean, the cashier Jade was pleasant and my pizza was ready on time. I've been to places where the workers are loud and having personal conversations, so it was nice to see these employees diligently working and getting things done. By the way, I fortunately didn't encounter the posse of kids the previous Yelper spoke about that frequently chill outside. Lucky me. #Yelp100 read more

This Pizza Hut is terrible!! They shouldn't be able to keep the name because never in my life have ever had such a horrifying experience. I place my order at 6:15pm. I'll attach the pictures of screen shots to verify every time I use here. I have reason to exaggerate anything. I get a text at 7:15 that says they are preparing my order. I'm like WHAT? It takes an hour just to start preparing my order from the time I submitted my order o line. So I wait and I get another text that says the order is on the way at 7:46pm. I'm happy thinking okay it's on th way finally. Well not so quickly, I have to wait until 8:45 for my order to be deliver. So I video tape it. The delivery lady gave my food asked me sign and left. No apology or attempt to explain why it took so long to drive 5 minutes. I open the box and my food is cold. Like now, I need to turn on the oven and reheat my just delivered order. So I get on the phone immediately and call the store. I ask for the manager and a young girl says I'm speaking with the manager. So explain that I've spent the last 2.5 hrs waiting my an order that was placed at 6:15pm but not delivered until 8:45pm. She tells me she can offer me $5 off my NEXT order?!?! I'm like NEXT ORDER.. Can you offer a discount on my current order for all the inconvenience? Well she makes things even worse and makes me wait on hold for 1.5hrs. She NEVER came back to the phone to speak with me. They are rude and totally disrespectful. They do not know what customer service is or how to properly talk to customers. I WILL NEVER EVER SPEND ANYMORE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS STORE and Pizza Hut is my favorite but I will not waste any more money. I hope corporate will make this right, but don't waste your time. read more

I used to be a die hard fan of Pizza Hut as that's the main place we went to as I was growing up besides Little Caesars. I used to have great experiences at Pizza Hut but this location has been letting me down consistently over the past couple years or so. The pizzas we have ordered have become dry and not even hot, which it should be since I only stay like 2-3 minutes from this location. They also have started skimping on the toppings. The cheese has been burnt a few times and barely covers the sauce on the pizzas. I have gotten to a point where I now count the pepperoni and Italian sausage that they put on the pizzas to make sure they put enough on there. We got a pepperoni pizza that had a couple of slices with not one piece of pepperoni on them. I hate to think Pizza Hut would ever give me problems but they have let me down. We do order from the nearby Papa Johns sometimes and we always have a good experience with them. We even ordered a pizza from the nearby Domino's because I don't think I had one of their pizzas since college and I can honestly say that it was one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. The commercials are being honest - they are generous with their toppings and the crust tastes much better. With that being said: Pizza Hut, you better step it up..... Oh yeah - ordering online on a Friday or Saturday can be a gamble because your pizza may not be ready when it says it will. And having it delivered may even double that wait time. read more

I have ALWAYS had issues with this location but unfortunately they are the only location we can use. My pizzas were BURNT!! I called the manager and was asked if we had ate the pizza, ummmm no, and then he says I remember making those pizzas, they were a little crispy.....and you still sent them. He said that can you bring it back and I can remake them, if we deliver it will take a while..... so I bring the pizzas back, and was compensated with a 2 liter Pepsi..... not a happy camper. read more

Ordered a pizza through the app and they delivered the wrong pizza called and asked for them to fix it and a lady argued that I ordered the wrong pizza!! I asked for the managers name and she was very nasty to me!!! I disputed the charge with my bank got my money back and will never after from them again! Horrible Customer Service!!! read more

Now this is the funniest Pizza Hut I ever ordered from. They act like they all just got off the short bus and can't remember talking to someone from 5 min ago. Order never got here and had to say my number 5 times because the person on the phone couldn't count past 5. Had to place a fraud charge on my credit card because she was writing down the number instead of putting it in the system. Ignorant people answering the phone and poor management results equals horrible service. Pray for these people! read more

Just ordered a two pizza from this place and paid with MasterCard over the phone. WAS CHARGED! Pizza delivery guy had no record of pizza being paid and left with our pizza! THATS NOT THE END. Had to spend a lot of time on phone ALOT and then the manager of this pizza place Torrie would not make this right. Offered to send two new pizzas but recharge us! WHAT A MESSED UP BUSINESS TO CAUSE CUSTOMERS TO GO THROUGH THIS...She should have just corrected it and dealt with it. NEVER WILL ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN. Yeah I don't like being charged and then them take the food away....pizza delivery guy said they would charge him at pizza hut for it without bringing pizza back.....Sad company to train employees this way! read more

Ordered delivery. Order was missing an item, trying to call them is pretty much useless as apparently only a manager can actually do anything about there screw up...and they never answer the phone so you have to drive out there and get the bill corrected. Completely defeats the purpose of delivery. read more

aint the same sauce im use to its mostly bread now Doesn't uphold that classic pizza hut memory of the past

This location looks dirty. I have been going here for years and the service is getting worst. I order two pizzas for carry out and the pizza looked very mediocre. I would not recommend this particular location. read more

Used to order here frequently, but last 2 times the food has been delivered 30 mins to an hour late and cold, missing items and delivery drivers who go to the wrong house then give me attitude about why I'm not there! Needless to say I won't be ordering from here again. read more

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS ! The worst customer service imaginable!! I waited 2 hours for pizza for 3 hungry children, it never showed! I called to speak with management he was belittling, condescending, and hung up on me when I explained my frustrations! My card was charged for food that never came. read more

I am a pizza lover specially from Pizza Hut and I will have to give this the worst pizza experience I ever had. Pizza looked old dry and cold. Breadsticks where the same exact way. I also ordered 4 orders of wings and fries which where all old and dry. Chicken taste over cooked. I think Pizza Hut should look into this store cause it sure is giving Pizza Hut a bad name. Won't recommend this place to anybody. The worst $60 I've ever spent. Almost forgot the delivery took forever approximately 1 1/2 hours and there only 9 minutes away from my location. But I still manage to give the driver a $5 tip cause he sure looked like he needed it. read more

Decided to be lazy and order online. But this is the worst and the only terrible experience I've had ordering with any pizza company online. After waiting 30 minutes after the 'delivery' time, I called and asked and was told that the delivery person had already tried to delivery my pizza and no one answered the door. The person either must have gotten lost or didn't even try because the doorbell can be heard throughout the entire house and there had been 3 people in the living room. They told me they'll redeliver but I'm certain it'll be cold and subpar just like their service. Never again. read more

That little building on the corner can not possibly be that busy. They keep you on hold for forever. I just went to another restaurant. I was not up for dealing with bad service. I can't rate the pizza because I've never gotten a chance to buy it. read more

I ordered a delivery online. I waited patiently for 1hour. Then i decided to call and ask where is my food. I was pissed when they told me the delivery for online order is 1.5 hours. They took my special order with no problem cashier was helpful and the guy who made the pizzas was cool with my order because i don't eat any pork and he handled everything in a clean manner gloves and all why the 4 Stars delivery takes an awful long time 1 1/2 at least the pizza is hot can't complain read more

I was a bit skeptical about ordering pizza from here because of the reviews. I've seen people saying that their food arrived cold or the delivery took much longer than expected. However, that was not the case when I ordered this past Sunday. My pizza arrived within the delivery window and it was piping hot. Never have I ever ordered a pizza through delivery that it was still hot after going back for second or third slices but this pizza was! Kudos to you Pizza Hut! read more

Ordered pizza online, arrived at Pizza Hut five mins early according to the 20 mins wait given. I paid for my order and requested packets of grated cheese blend and crushed red pepper. I was told I would have to pay extra for little plastic cups. I was so disappointed. Then to add further disappointment, the pizza was cold once I got home to eat it. Will not go back again. read more

I am not happy with the service. I have been waiting for 2hrs for my pizza. My children are hungry. I will never order from here ever again. I already paid with my credit card. I will be ordering from Papa John's for now on. Lithia Springs, Pizza Hut, ur service is aweful. The delivery driver had a bunch of people in her car and she forgot my drink. They need to close this location and fire the whole staff or get a whole new staff. So sad. read more

Pizza Hut has always been one of my favorite places & even though I dont eat it often when I do I know that it will be hot, fresh & correct.

I witnessed one of the employees making pizza with her BARE hands. I think the health inspector needs to make a visit to this store.
