I went through the drive-thru, and the attendant took her time and patiently took my order. There was a long line, which made it a long wait time. She was friendly despite some unnecssary attitudes from other customers she received. I learned she'd been working there for many years. I ordered the Whataburger fish sandwich, chicken tenders, and two large fries. Everything was very dry. My mouth needed water to wash the food down after every bite. And halfway through my fish sandwich, I found a hair strand on my lettuce. I was done after that. I wanted to visit a Whataburger since hearing about it a while ago, and I'm disappointed this was my first experience. Thankfully, there are other locations, so I'm willing to give them another try.

So we pull into the slot and my husband tastes his tea. Both sweet teas. So I offered to go inside and get them swapped out. I asked about my latte and it was ready. It looked odd with white foam on top but I tried it and it was horrible. The second latte still didn't taste like normal but better or my mouth was numb to taste after the first so I bring the teas and my latte out. My husband tastes his tea and... still sweet tea. They originally tried to argue with him that it wasn't sweet. Apparently someone put sweet tea into both unsweetened teas containers.
