WORST PIZZA HUT. They are only place that deliver on base. 8 times out of 10 our order is usually wrong.

Customer service/management is outstanding!!! I ordered through the app and it somehow deleted half my order, I get to the window, explain what happened and the girl at the window calls the manager over and he instantly apologizes and tells me to pull up and he'll make another pizza as fast as he can! During the 630pm dinner rush and they had that pizza out within 10 minutes!! Also the pizza and breadsticks were cooked perfectly and tasted great!! 5 stars!! read more

Woke up this morning and watched Frank Pinello (if you don't know who that is, you don't know anything about pizza) and was craving a delicious pepperoni pan pizza. I was going to order from VIA but decided to give y'all a try. I am forever in debt to y'all. Ordered the box with supreme extra and pepperoni extra. It was the most ridiculously good pizza I've ever had from Pizza Hut. Whoever y'all had making making pizzas between 4pm - 6pm, they deserve an abundance of raise. Keep killing it y'all! I have ordered a lot from this Pizza Hut and most times they are 4 stars or so but today when I picked up my pizza I found that it was under cooked to the point I had to put it in the oven to finish baking it plus I asked for it to be cut in squares but they did't cut it that way. read more

I came here for lunch one day while in town on business... Very tiny place but the pizza and salad bar were pretty good. You really can't beat the Pizza lunch boofay at Pizza Hut. Not impressed. I have had quite a few pizzas from here and while the quality and taste rank a solid four stars, the service is lacking. A few weeks ago, I tried to pick up a carry out and while waiting, I can here one lady yelling at the cooks about my order. Then after waiting ten minutes, they finally tell me they had to remake part of my order. Waiting another 15 minutes, I was finally given my order, 40 minutes total. For this instance, the manager did give me a free pizza coupon. Then tonight while using the coupon, they messed up my order again and I ended up having to wait 40 minutes for another carry out. I don't think I will be having another pizza at this location. read more

The service is good. The food is good. The building is old. The smell of it reminds me of a crazy cat lady's house.

I went there on a Friday for their lunch buffet. I really didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. Deja greeted me and promptly brought my drink. She is an outstanding server! Very friendly. She cleared the table and kept my drink full throughout my time there. The buffet was fresh and hot, overall all food items very tasty. My only problem was that there was ONLY pepperoni pizzas! There should be a variety, not just one type. Also add wings! Maybe by showcasing items like wings and their new cookie, it might entice people to order them at other times! The seating really needs more room and or reconfigured. Way to little dining area. Pretty good lunch experience, please consider my suggestions! read more

I ordered a large. Large according to their website is 14". I got 12" I asked for a new one. They gave me the same size, and then I pretty much didn't want to deal with it anymore, so I'm leaving a bad review. How have they not been sued? read more

Been here twice now , pizza is okay. Nothing like the pictures shown and nothing like what a true Pizza Hut tastes like. Not sure whose making the pizzas but they need lots of practice. Definitely not ordering from here anymore. read more

If it were possible I would give this place zero stars. The pizza is terrible, breadsticks are always either over cooked or stale, and the service is some of the worst I've seen. I ordered a taco pizza and they didn't even put the toppings on... They brought them all separately in little bags. ?? Sadly, there isn't much to choose from in the area. Visiting back in May 2016, my son and I were greeted by a "less than stellar" rating from the health department taped to the entrance window. Upon entering there were boxes and extra furniture stored on the restaurant floor and stacked up in the corner as if they were shutting down, forever. The tables were sticky but the flies loved it. As I waited at the counter to place an order, two employees were in the back handling wings BARE HANDED! Will probably never eat here again. read more

Just like Inspector Gadget Gary K said, I will say the same exact thing. Good service. I come here often. However, if there is a tornado, earthquake or intense thunder storm or something going on I get delivery which is common in this highly overpopulated city. I have a small apartment here in Knob now if anyone wants to come over. Just let me know in advance. Enjoy their on the house classic pastas starting at $12.95. It was not only filling for my stomach. I filled up the toilet the next day. You can't go wrong with this stuff. The amount of calories and grease is on an epic proportion. This specific pizza hut is known to get it's ingredients straight from Italy. They cook their pizza's in a huge brick oven. The chef back there in the kitchen was like bahp ba da boopie, boopa da bepo. He wasa throwina da pizza ina da air. Throwina dough againsta the wall. Website said takes 25-35 minutes to deliver, it took around 75. The pizza was cold and tasted funny. This is a reoccurring event. Not pleased. read more

I like pizza huts food, and usually delivery is fantastic and I tip each time. However if I pay for 8 wings I expect to get 8 and not only 5. Disappointing. read more

Awful! I work at a local business and called in an order. They told me it would be an hour which was rather long but i had no other choice. Over 2 hours later, no food no call nothing. So i called back to cancel and I guess the delivery person couldnt find it. Well they certainly had my number!!!! I got a credit at least but no lunch at all.... read more
