Amazing service! The girl that helped us was so amazing she was sweet and very helpful!

We have eaten at this restaurant multiple times and always before had great service and food. Now yesterday was an extremely severe change!!!! We ordered our pizza by phone. When I arrived the pies were still in the oven as I expected, this way they are hot when I get home. I see my first pizza come out and they set it aside waiting on the other. I wait and see the other come out. They box it up, yet I still wait, now the pies are in the box and sitting on the rack, not under heat lamp. I see several other orders come out, still waiting. Then a pan with hamburger meat comes out. They open my first box and pour the hamburger meat on the pizza. Now they hand the pizzas to me?! They had forgotten one of the toppings and ran it through the oven and just threw it on the pizza. I ask to speak with the manger, and was told she was busy. I said I am a customer and need to speak with her. I then ask well what is the general manager's name, and he told me the manager on duty was the general manager. I then demanded that she come and speak with me, and she still refused. So when they made a mistake in making the pizza, which apparently was the general manager making the pizzas, instead aid remaking the pizza correctly. They just put ingredients through and throw them on. Not only do the flavors get to mix, now they are put on a COLD PIZZA, and I was told I am not important enough to speak with?!?!?! I was told that the managers name was Debby, that is the way the name was spelled when handed to me. Not only was the pizza far below standards for an average pizza, this is 5:30 on a Saturday, they also have no tea made. This general manager isn't even competent enough to be a shift manager, no way even close for general manager!!!!!!!! I requested the name of the owner so I could speak with or leave a message for him, but they refused. Now I am left here to leave this for you on Yelp. If you are going to eat at this location make sure the general manager isn't there!!!!! DEBBY read more

This Pizza Hut location right on the main street is great! The environment is always very clean, the staff is welcoming, and the food comes out fresh and delicious every time. 5 stars read more

3:20 pm on Sunday and they're not accepting customers to eat at restaurants only pickup. What???

Very disappointed in food not what I was expecting from Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut is my go to Pizza. My first time trying it here in Kingsville

This is one of the worst places to eat during lunch if you're trying to get a buffet either everything is old and cold or there's to many people and they cannot keep up with cooking pizza as fast as the costumer is eating Simply pathetic will be writing reviews on the actual site as well. Plus look at this cut cmon now. read more

Pizza Hut - a slice of pizza on a plate - Pizza Near Me - Kingsville, Texas

Food is fine... whenever they decide to get it to you. I stood at the front for a good 15 minute before being helped. I don't mind waiting to some degree. However whenever I was finally acknowledged, I was greeted with a very rude and unhappy employee. Tyler is the name on the ticket so I hope that that's correct. I've genuinely never left a poor review on a restaurant simply because I've worked in them before. I understand things. But being blatantly rude is where I draw the line. I've never felt so unwelcomed simply because I want to eat. No one is forcing anyone to work here so the disrespect is just uncalled for. Customer service is part of your job, just like making food. You can't just pick and choose which you want to do, and quite frankly, it seems like no one here wants to do either. Management needs to get on top of things before this place just gets shut down. read more

Ordered two pizzas for delivery. The thin and crispy pizza was definitely not crispy. Dough seemed undercooked and chewy. Not recommended. read more

Waited 1.5 hours and when the pizza finally came, it was burnt. No apology, no discount. Stay clear of this place.

2 star for service 3 star on taste can't expect much the server was prob in H.S texting her boyfriend, I've been a server and I always knew my tip depended on my service. My salad had no utensils neither did my boneless wings, only pizza is finger food! Did not refill my drink, & when I was ready to order I told her I wanted a salad as an appetizer & she replied "it all comes out together" so I asked her if she could write one ticket and, put the order in separately I basically had to train this girl on ordering an appetizer! And the restaurant was not busy at all she was attending just one other table! read more

Pizza Hut - Salad would be better with croutons & silverware! - Pizza Near Me - Kingsville, Texas

This is one of the only places I have ever left one star. The service was completely unacceptable. I will never come here again. I never got a thanks as I walked out the manager "Eric" didn't even thank me or acknowledge anything at all when he took in the payment. The buffet food was very sparse and they never put out the pasta. My suggestion is to not even get off your car if your seeing this. Pros: none unfortunately. Cons: everything. Not to be on a rant, but I was just disappointed with the service. read more

Pro: it's the pizza you expect. Cons: during their buffet hours, the selection is very poor. The few times I've been there for dine-in, the service was very slow. read more

SOOOOOO slow. Good food but ALWAYS give yourself 15mins to wait. If you a planning a pick up plan for there to be 15-30 min delays, especially during lunch hours. Overall the food is good quality but this establishments standard of operation is slow. While the staff is cordial and kind, customer service and speedy service is not going to happen here. I have dined in and picked up orders on several occasions, I have yet to be in and out within 15 mins. I've stood next to several livid patrons, in a hurry and frustrated at the slow pace at which this branch operates. As long as you keep the 15 mins or more rule in mind, it will be a pleasant visit. read more

You've been to one Pizza Hut, you've been to them all. So you get exactly what you expect. However, the customer service here is pathetic. The wait staff is mostly of high school age, and I get that this is just part time / stepping stone type of job for them..but please leave the attitude at the door. The dinning area itself is portly maintained as well as the restroom. read more

Pizza Hut - Sauce some how made its way to the dinning area floor..and stayed there. - Pizza Near Me - Kingsville, Texas

If i could give this place no stars i would. Cant even include marinara sauce with the mozzarella sticks, cant put extra pepperoni when that is the only request, cant even put the garlic butter rub on the crust. Don't expect to get what you order. read more

Well... they've recently renovated, but so far, it's like lipstick on a pig... Place looks nice... Ordered a deepdish pan pizza online, when I went to pick it up, it was a hand tossed crust, I pointed it out and the girl behind the counter insisted it was a pan pizza... It wasn't... but I was in a hurry and didn't want to wait... Things don't seem to have improved despite all the negative reviews... It's unfortunate because I like Pizza Hut, read more

They could definitely be more attentive to letting their customers know when they are out of a product after placing an order online instead of waiting an hour or so till we show up to tell us. read more

Waited for an online delivery order to be delivered and ended up being "cancelled" after having waiting two hours and calling the order line numerous times. What the deal with this place? Got my food, finally, around closing time which was 11pm. I placed my order at 828pm. Lamesauce. read more

They delivery guy was nice but they didn't get my order right and he didn't give me a receipt. I ordered a supreme pizza with thin crust and added jalapenos. They did hand tossed instead of this on that pizza the second pizza was suppose to be a medium hand tossed with Italian crust parmesan sauce chicken black olives and spinach. I got a thin crust chicken pizza with a red sauce and it wasn't even marinara sauce. The only thing they got right was the order of 8 boneless chicken with the Hawaiian sauce. Had called the number of the store 5 times and they did not answer for customer service. So had to drive to the store with the pizza. It will be a long while before I decided to order online. read more

Order carry out, don't eat in. They don't have the buffet most nights at this location. The salad bar was practically non-existent. The wait for our food (pasta) was very long. The pasta I ordered was dried out. read more

I have minimal options when getting food here in Kingsville, I have used this location often. Multiple times I have received my pizza after 2 HOURS. I have had to cancel orders and go get other food because of time restraints. This place is AWFUL. Done with you guys. STEP IT UP. read more

My review was hoping to be totally negative. If your addressed while you entered then probably ur lucky and if it was less than an hour for ur order to arrive then u gotta be luckiest. If u get 2 hours to wait and pay ur bill this is the place read more

If i can put 0 stars i would. In store service is completely terrible. No one offered my table any refills, and brought each item out 10 minutes apart when it should've been together. Place was dirty i had to move tables due to 3 cockroaches on the wall and table. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Just go to dominoes instead read more

I ordered delivery once after being warned about the Pizza Hut service. I waited 2 hours called to cancel the order then 30 minutes later my food showed up. Haven't order from them since read more

We ordered on line and were told it would take 45mins to complete the order. When we got to Pizza Hut at the designated time we waited an additional 40 minutes. When we got home we realized our order was wrong. We called corporate and got no response so we called the local Pizza Hut and they offered to remake the pizzaat at a discount rate. read more

Don't even waste your time. I ordered at this location once around 9 on a tuesday and didn't hear anything back from them for over two hours. When i called to cancel no one would answer and then at the 3 hour mark a guy finally shows up when im out getting pther food. Worst pizza service and professionlism in town. And i love pizza hut at many other locations. Very disappointing. read more

First it took forever for someone to even acknowledge I was there. Secondly, I had to clean off my own table because it was still disgusting from whoever ate there before. Btw this place as NOT busy so there is no excuse. I got a glass of tea to drink and it was FOUL! I watched two other people take their tea back up to the counter because they couldn't drink it either. I killed 7 flies AT my table!!!!!!!!!!! What the heck. Sadly it's just standard for Kingsville. Gross, lazy and subpar. read more

Kingsville Pizza Hut, why do you hate us? We have tried to order from you several times and maybe once did our order come on time and with the correct food. The majority of the time our order is delivered outstandingly late (2-3 hours!!!) or it is incorrect. Every single time we order we have to call and check to find out where the heck our food is. Once it gets to our house we are happy and it is delicious, however, putting up with this mistreatment is wearing thin on our patience. Your customer service is awful and it makes us sad. We can't put up with this anymore. There have been instances where we completely cancelled our order because something went wrong or we were starving and had to find something else. We normally LOVE Pizza Hut. But to everyone reading this, beware when ordering from this location. It's possible that you will never receive your order. read more

I called Pizza Hut to order a pizza, yes I know, wrong site, my nephew (8 yrs. old) had lost his football game so I wanted to cheer him up. I suggested I buy (prepay) a pepperoni pizza for him and his mom could swing by and pick it up on their way back home. I called Pizza Hut, spoke to someone she said that they normally don't do that, I couldn't prepay unless I was asking to have it delivered. I told her I was the aunt in Dallas and they were in Kingsville headed back home to Premont. I asked if I could speak to a manager, she said she would put me on hold, 20 minutes later I hung and called back. Someone else answered, He said that I would have to order the pizza then he could note for a manager to call me back for payment, to see if they would approve me to prepay the pizza. It is now 3:12pm, I placed this order 1:20pm. I am still waiting for the manager to tell me whether or not I can pay for that pizza sitting there. I called Domino's at 2:05pm, and my nephew had a slice of pizza in his hand by 2:30pm. Erica was great!!! She understood my plea and I placed my order. This is the type of customer service that is lacking in the industry today. I don't know the reasons why Pizza Hut wouldn't do it other than policy, but if that was the case they wouldn't of done it before about a year ago when someone did let me prepay for one. Pizza Hut has lost a customer. I am a Domino's customer from now on!! Thank you ERICA :). read more

I'm not even from there and I know they are bad. I wanted to surprise my fiancé who lives in Texas and I live in Oregon. I ordered online hours in advance and specifically asked to be delivered at 9pm. 40 minutes later I finally had to tell my man the surprise cause he was about to go to bed and it was ruined. I then cancelled my order, then they had the nerve to actually call me saying they were in front of his house and asking if the address was correct. I was pissed!!! This store has no organization, no communication skills....this store needs to be shut down. If I was ceo of Pizza Hut I would be embarrassed by this franchise. P.s. I gave it 1 star because It wouldn't let me give it 0. read more

Not good the restaurant was empty and after I ordered no one ever checked on me or refilled my drink and it took a little over an hour for them to bring out the 1 pizza I ordered. read more

Dining in is usually a good experience, but I've recently started frequenting carry out instead. And they have not gotten a single one of my carry out orders right at all. The first time they forgot to put spinach on the pizza. The next time they forgot to make it a red fiery pepper crust. The most recent time they forgot to put the spinach on the pizza, did not make it with extra sauce, and they gave us regular crust instead of the pepper crust. So if you're dining in, then you will enjoy yourself for the most part, but I do not recommend ordering carry out. read more

Live in texas, been to Vagina, Hawaii, Oklahoma, and Iraq. I am pro women's rights, equal job opportunities, etc. When a certain manager started taking over the quality of service dropped and a few of my friends quite due to being over worked and staying late cleaning only to have their hours "altered" as not to be properly paid for said hours. Pizza in Iraq was better than this one in Kingsville. Service too. read more
