I've visited this location a couple of times and they have been good experiences. I've ordered the Jalapeno & Cheese Whataburger and the Bacon and Cheese Whataburger. Both burgers were excellent, with a nice amount of topping and condiments. I also ordered the Buffalo Whatawings, which were a bit pricey, but good. The cashiers and servers at this location were very friendly and efficient. Overall, a nice place to grab some fast food. read more

This is the slowest drive thru I've ever been to in my entire life!! Literally over 20 minutes and still waiting.

So on our way to the island, we decided to stop at this Whataburger and I'm so glad I did. They had this really amazing Frosted berry drink. Wow it literally had like little tiny Boba's inside. Do I have to leave a star? They weren't even worthy of a one star review. Took my granddaughters to WhatABurger for a last day of school treat. Big fail on WhatABurger !!! I had ordered ahead of time on my app to win the coveted awards so we wouldn't have to wait in line. It was noon and quite busy. Our food was over twenty minutes late even though we had gone up several times to check on food. When it arrived at our table, not only was the hamburgers cold but so were the fries! Thankfully the shakes were cold and apple pie hot. Can someone please explain how cold hamburger patty and French fries are possible during the lunchtime hour... threw the entire mess away. This restaurant was filthy ....dirty tables, paper products on the floor, full trash receptacles, drink area sticky and no unsweetened ice tea.. Its safe to say that Whataburger restaurant is no longer Texas proud! Being from Wisconsin, I had hope that the Chicago owners would be more hands on like McDonalds. Guess not. The burger I picked up a few weeks ago was good as always. Service was quick, considering we arrived behind many cars in the drive through.

We needed a bathroom break and refreshments during our five hours drive to Harlingen. Bathrooms were semi-clean, 3 Stars. Milkshakes were cold, sweet, and thick, worthy of 5 Stars. Grand total of 4 stars. read more

Whataburger is disgustingly delicious.... The double with double cheese is a heart attack waiting to happen, a delicious heart attack. and then you add fries..... We went on Christmas Eve like five minutes before they decided that they wanted to lock the place up. Now when you say 24 hours you should mean it. I don't think holidays should be an exception. Especially these days where people don't really celebrate Christmas like they used to. People want money and will therefore work on holidays. I know I would. Oh but the service was wonderful. This whataburger usually gives more options when you ask them. Most of the times they allow me to put an egg in my Burger yum yum lol. Their food is always well cooked and as with all whataburgers its always the same quality. I would definitely recommended this place. read more

Fast food is fast food. My meal came out fine but other meal came out cold in the center. At least McDonald's can get the burgers warm all the way through. Seating area was dirty and no napkins to be found in any of the receptacles. Will not return. Expected more. read more

Food is good, but the service is horrible. The biggest problem is the drive-though wait. It often takes ten minutes or more to get your food, and I've even waited 30 minutes trapped in a line. On weekends, however, we avoid it as the drinking crowd shows up there, and the parking lot swarms with cops. Otherwise, a standard whataburger. read more

Been here several times and service is okay, food comes out fairly quickly. My issue is that the last time I was here, one of my friends ordered a Patty Melt and while he was eating it, pulled out a super long hair (kept on pulling it out) while eating. My mother was placed in the hospital there in Kingsville. My sister and brother-in-law and I decided to eat at the Whataburger and it was very close to the hospital. The place was very crowded. The two Whataburgers my sister and brother in law had were cold. I had ordered the 3 piece chicken strip meal with gravy. My chicken strips and gravy too, were cold! That was Friday 6/9/16 just a little after 12 noon. Today, I have diarrhea and feel terrible. Cold food and the Health Department kind of go hand in hand. There are laws you know!! Took 35 minutes for a breakfast on a bun. The cashier named Daniel was very unprofessional and immature. While we were ordering he made a comment about it "sucking that people were there". When I asked about the wait on food he spoke back and said "ya, everyone's been waiting 30+ minutes, I told you it would suck cause of all the people right now" mind you half the restaurant was empty. Instead of being a "Leader"(had a white shirt on) and helping his team to speed up process, he was looking over music for his other job. Will NOT be returning to that whataburger. Very dissapointed at the lack of customer service and rebuttals. Even if you're hungry go to another whataburger. I would give it zero stars, but I have to put one in order to post this. read more
