Instead, it arrived with onions, peppers, and mushrooms--ingredients she did not order but ate it to be polite. I realize mistakes happen, and I don't expect perfection. But when spending nearly $100 on two pizzas, I do expect the order to be correct and the pizza to arrive hot and properly prepared. I also noticed another customer mentioned receiving a pizza that was doughy and didn't seem fully cooked. The manager responded that they had made 300 pizzas that day and that this was the only complaint. But having only one complaint doesn't necessarily mean there wasn't a problem. Many customers simply don't want to be confrontational or take the time to complain. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I don't feel this order was worth nearly $100. I hope Giordano's will take these concerns seriously and work on quality control and order accuracy. The one bright spot was the family chopped chicken salad. And twice, it hasn't been delivered after an hour and a half. In fact, neither order was ever delivered -- to me! Both times, I called the store. The first time, the man who answered the phone said the driver delivered it but couldn't find the front porch and put it on the back porch. There was nothing by my front door, and definitely nowhere to put it in my backyard since there is no back porch. This time, he issued a credit refund to my card. The second time occurred today, 9/11/2026, with an order placed at 4:54 PM, and a complaint call to the store an hour and a half later. The man on the phone again said the driver had delivered it, but when he tried to call the driver there was no answer. He agreed to give me a credit, but now I'm not sure if he meant a store credit or another credit refund to my card, which hasn't yet appeared on my statement. Frankly, I'm too pissed off to call the store back yet again or deal with them any further. And a store credit will do me no good because I will certainly never order from here again. But I do hope that someone in the neighborhood enjoyed the free pizzas I never received! So I've actually never even tasted a Jet's Pizza -- not that I haven't tried, twice! The Bruschetta had the toasted garlic rounds and the topping was in a separate bowl so we could make our own pieces fresh so they wouldn't get soggy. So I'm happy to change my review and say that we really enjoyed our dining experience with Malnati's. We also appreciate the effort and care that went into making sure we had a positive experience. Their staff couldn't have been more helpful with their service, all the food was tasty and fresh and it was so nice to have such great customer service, which could be called, "concern for customers".
