Our family dined in. There was plenty of seating for our family for a pre-mother's day event. I ordered the patty melt meal, and was quite delicious. The little ones had their kids meal with the ice cream and enjoyed every bite. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious and the restaurant was clean and spacious. read more

Came in to order a mixer and a shake. Waited over 15 minutes for the two items. While waiting, friends of an employee came in and ordered a few minutes after I got there. They received their ice cream within 2 minutes with overloaded portions. When I got my ice cream, each was barely 3/4 full. Very disappointed with the service. Will not be coming back and will be telling others to do the same. read more

I came in here on Wednesday and ordered a single butter burger combo meal which was around $12. The burger was kind of sad. Honestly, it just wasn't as good as other locations I've been to. I really love Culver's burgers, but this was just mediocre at best. I got the diet root beer which was delicious and the fries were fine. I had a coupon for a free medium concrete mixer with any purchase of a combo meal. I selected cookie dough mixed with marshmallow cream. The concrete mixer was delicious and I did enjoy it. The restaurant was clean, I went there maybe 30 minutes after opening so they were not very busy. The service was good. Everyone was friendly. read more

I ordered a small onion ring. Stood inside and waited about 10 mins. I left assuming they are fresh out the fryer only to have lukewarm from under the heat lamp. After I got home & reheated my onion rings which were not that great, I called and spoke to Paige who assured me I can get a replacement onion ring next time I come in. I came in with my receipt, spoke to a manager and they pulled out a binder looking for Paige's note. Well Paige did not document my complaint. She did not do her job. The manager actually called her to see if Paige remembered it and she did not. So today's manager couldn't do anything for me. Very disappointed to get lukewarm food, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE from 2 managers. It was suggested that I contact another yet another manager. Really? It takes 3 managers to get a replacement onion ring after I paid for it? Absolutely ridiculous! Moral of the story- turn around in a regardless of weather and time to go back in same day for your replacement food because they DON'T HONOR THEIR WORD OVER THE PHONE OR LATER IN PERSON! read more

Wanted to try the walleye. Hubs isn't a fish fan but he saw the sourdough melt and ordered that. The bill total for a 2 piece walleye dinner and a sourdough basket with onion rings was $28+ ???? Really??? The dinner comes with 2 sides but NO DRINK...and the upcharge soup I got was Luke warm. I sent back and was told the temp was on low. WELL TURN IT UP OR YOU'RE GONNA GET SOMEONE SICK!!! There were less fries than there should be but I didn't finish em in either case only because I did not finish the fish which was good at least. The sourdough melt was greasy but onion rings decent. For the money I would go elsewhere. Bummer because lent is almost over and I loves me a good fishy. read more

I asked if I could ring up another lemon ice cooler after ordering and was told no by a young teenager that thought it was too busy. I just left the drive thru and I'm disappointed with the customer service I ordered ice cream and asked for napkins and wasn't given enough to give everyone one napkin and I said could I please have a few more and the girl at the window rolled her eyes and when she handed them to me I still said thank you and she just rolled her eyes and shut the window pretty sad these teenagers aren't taught manners anymore read more

Food was decent. It would have been better if I didn't have to wipe my burger off. Burger was messy and covered in too much mustard. It was all over my hands and pants after I opened the wrapper. I almost felt like they did it on purpose. The guy taking my order was pushy and impatient. I don't know why he was being pushy, there were like two cars there. Plus I am sorry I don't live at Culver's and have the menu memorized. Then I get to the window and ask for some lemons for my tea instead I got a cup of water read more

A few Sundays ago, my wife & stopped here just to get ice cream for her and lemon ice for me and this place was a disaster. My wife LOVES Culvers, I think its just oay, I've eaten at more of these locations than I'd like to admit. I also think I can make a better burger than them, but that's another issue. Anyway we walk in and though its 60 degrees outside, this place in burning up in there, no A/C or nothing, feels like the kitchen. Only 2-3 teenagers working there and they are overwhelmed, no manager or anyone over 19 years old. We order our ice cream/lemon ice and after a long 5-10 minutes some half melted ice cream and lemon is brought to us. We went to eat outside to get some air because the place is so warm and stuff and the ice cream/lemon ice is now officially a drink without a straw, we deal with it and enjoy what we can and that's it. My wife emailed the company but got the address wrong (thought this was Plainfield not Joliet), and the Plainfield manager wrote back and then my wife recomplained to the Joliet manager, nothing. I think Culver's over expanded and its now starting to show in the inconsistency of their restuarants, but its fast food (though they call it fast casual), but you know what you're getting in these places and most of the time, it ain't good. read more

This culver's is awful. Don't bother looking for any hard pack ice that isn't one of their usual flavors. You won't be able to find it. Every time that I come to this location something is wrong. This must recent time they forget my drink and messed up my side. Honestly, if you want to go to culver's that badly, go to the Romeoville location. The Joliet location isn't bad either. read more

I stopped by this Culver's on the way to a friends house, I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, fries, and pop, The pork was one of the best I've ever had, it was quite a surprise for a fast food place, you got plenty of meat and it was well seasoned, the fries were salty and crisp making them tasty indeed, the pop, Pepsi, yes that is worth a star in itself, everyone seems to have acid coke, having Pepsi made me smile. McDonald's pay attention there's a new kid in town read more

I have been here on many occasions to where the customer service is absolutely horrible. There is one lady there however, her name is Bernie, she is the sweetest lady I have ever met. I will not go there to eat, if she is not there. The other people I have made contact with that work there are just plain rude. Food is okay, the only reason they have one star is for their custard and Bernie's customer service. read more

My kids like to come here because of the shakes. The food is average, but the service is always friendly. Depending on who makes your shakes/ concrete mixers, they might be really good or really watery. I am pretty sure the woman with salt and pepper hair whose voice was so raspy it sounds like she has been smoking since she left the womb can't even spell the words customer service much less deliver it. I wish I could give zero stars! I will NEVER go back to another Culvers after the way I was just treated. I used to go to Culvers four times a week since it is close and convenient to my work place. I use the same credit card every time I go yet this time was different. I was told that if my credit card did not have a chip and if I did not have cash that my business did not matter to them. For on, not every credit card has a chip so I find this very hard to believe that they could not take my card. I asked to speak to a manager who was very unhelpful. I asked for the owner of the Franchise and was told no, so I asked for the number to Corporate and was told they could not help me or give me any information. I then asked how they could treat a customer so poorly and why they are refusing to give me any information. Apparently, this question was too much for the manager to handle that I was told if I did not leave, they were going to call the police. If they are going to DISCRIMINATE against the way people pay for their food, they should have signs so customers on their lunch break do not waste their time on a company like this one! Save yourself the headache hassle and spend your money at a restaurant that one does not discriminate against you and two treats you with the utmost respect! #BoycottCulvers read more
