So glad to have Pizza Hut near me. The service is good and in 15 minutes they bring me my pizza cooked to perfection. I will be back soon.

What a wonderful experience! I don't know the last time a restaurant made me feel cared for like…read morefamily. I stopped at this location while in transit as a pick location. Everyone I encountered from the parking lot to the servers inside were wonderful! I'm talking about stopping traffic so I could safely cross the drive thru lanes, to opening doors, to taking my order as I was seated in the to go area. I especially liked seeing a multigenerational workforce. The atmosphere was calm and normal for Chick Fil-A in the morning. When I returned in the afternoon...Baby! It was all kinds of busy. But service didn't suffer for the most part. My food was very good both times. I had the egg white breakfast sandwich and some tea, and later I had a bowl of soup and a fruit cup. Upon leaving, my Metro Lift driver was having a hard time locating me. The attention staff provided in locating and communicating with the driver is unmatched! I felt cared about and supported, as they helped navigate my pickup and were willing to assist getting me to the spot. I don't recall names, as there were so many awesome people. This in my opinion speaks volumes for management and the company's core values. Keep up the amazing service.

Since DD didn't cook the food, I don't understand why the establishment is fine with their customers being served subpar because there is a middle man. The chicken is RAW. Every time I'm in person, this location has kind employees, and decent ambiance but often gets the order wrong. Leading to fast food being slow with long wait times. This blatant disregard by the MOD is not reflective of the operator of this location. But it sure made for a Bad Friday on Good Friday. Raw chicken isn't kosher and it's dangerous.

Hello, I placed my order online using the reward buy a footlong get free nachos! I had difficulty…read moreplacing the order online and I never received an order number. It was stuck at your order is processing. This caused me to think that my order wasn't placed at the store. I tried calling the store but no one answered smh. When I got there it was a full staff so there was no reason for the phone to ring and go to voicemail. Food: the tuna flatbread was ok but the chicken nachos were very delicious. Especially since they were like $7 with extra meat and guacamole. The coupon discounted $5 for regular priced nachos without extra meat and guacamole. Y'all better go try them!

Thursday, October 9, 2025 I just experienced the worst…read morecustomer service here at this location. I placed a pickup order to go. When I picked up the order and arrived home, the order was unsatisfactory. When I called the store back, I reached Ari. When I spoke with Ari, she was acting completely unprofessional, as if she didn't understand the things that I was saying to her. I had to repeat myself multiple times. To be honest, I don't think there was a language barrier. She was being intentionally difficult. She told me that there was nothing she could do and that she would give me the phone number of Edgar, who is in charge. Even when attempting to provide me with Edgar's number, she continued to be extremely difficult and speak over me while I was talking. When it came time to actually give me the number, she hung up on me. I called back and asked her if she had hung up on me, and she said yes, then hung up on me again. I called back several times, but she refused to answer the phone. I finally got through and reached a young lady named Angel. Angel claimed that she had no idea what was going on or what to do, but said Ari could give her the number to Edgar. Angel then gave me a number that wasn't even in service. Immediately after dialing the number that was out of service, I called the store back several times. Neither Angel nor Ari would answer the phone. When I initially spoke with Angel, Angel told me that Ari is the store manager. Imagine a store manager hanging up on paying customers simply because she's ignorant and unprofessional. I don't understand why Ari would tell me that she couldn't help me when, in fact, she could have. When I called back, I clearly explained that she had two options: she could either replace the items that were unsatisfactory, or she could issue a refund. Instead, she claimed that I would need to speak with Edgar in order to get that accomplished. I 100% will never go back to this location and don't recommend anyone else going to this location either. Based on the reviews, this doesn't seem to be an isolated incident -- it appears to be their standard level of customer service toward paying customers, which is unacceptable. You would think a store like Subway would be eager to provide quality customer service, given that few people even eat there anymore, and this economy. This will absolutely be my last time giving my time and money to Subway -- at any location, anywhere in the United States. This is not me being emotional; this is me choosing not to give my money to a company that disrespects me and provides both poor customer service and poor food quality. Ari is deplorable and has awful customer service. When I walked into the store to pick up my order, I had to play a game of charades just to retrieve my order. Ari asked me for my name, and I gave her my full name. I noticed that she was covering the receipt so that I couldn't see the name on the ticket and kept asking me to give my name again and to spell it out. What type of nonsense is this? I could understand this level of scrutiny if Subway were some high-end fine dining restaurant where meals cost $50 a plate, but this is Subway, for crying out loud. Just give me my order! I sure hope Ari got what she desired from hanging up on me, because not only will I be reporting this to Corporate, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and any other outlet necessary, but I will also be getting a full refund for my order and continuing to post reviews about this experience. I truly hope the loss of money and potential customers will be worth her emotional and unprofessional decision to hang up on a customer and refuse to address a legitimate issue.
