This location as you can see, they perfect there cheese. It was my first time here. Had a carryout order, and only waited 15 minutes. I really pay attention to staffs at these places working. If no gloves, I'm ensure hands are washed and cleaned. Why because, cleanliness is safety for all. Didn't record a video at the time, but if you are a worker on the register, or pizza maker, these areas are critical to customers food eating. The guy cutting my pizza, went from the register to cutting pizza, no gloves no hands washed. He didn't touch the pizza, but is that sanitary??? The what if'sssss, you questioned. I keep close watch everywhere and everything. I guess cause the female work went to the restroom and they had to continue progress. Well my pizza was made good, I can say that. But it's that one time, people don't think to remember you, customers deserve quality. Most times they are in a hurry and not concerned or think it's the best way. Wish I had recorded this action. But I'll let management instruct those staffs of this report after reading my review. But pizza was good again. But a 3 stars for the things that are necessary from ordering to completion of order.

Was excited that they have mozzarella sticks so got an order of those and they were pretty good. I think this restaurant will be successful once the kinks are worked out and I applaud them for selling out on their highly anticipated debut (delayed opening date). It's a cute clean shop (no inside seating) but friendly staff and manager. They have amazing fizzy lemonade in a cute bottle branded for them, like a keepsake. The pizza has inconsistencies. The hand tossed New Yorker all pepperoni was good, although mine had the wrong sauce (marinara vs pizza sauce) and a lot of extra crust, no flavor options. This version of their crust is hand stretched and fresh. So I went with this one. No solution was offered for the mistake, just an excuse. In good faith, i ordered again a few days later, this time thin crust, which I did not enjoy due to the sauce/crust ratio. So far, Pepperoni's does not have the depth or the old world pepperonis to replace my go-to pizza chain--Marcos.

Usually for family gatherings I do all the cooking but since it's my birthday she didn't want me to have to do anything but enjoy the party with our kids and grandkid in their swimming pool. I figured pizza would make a good late lunch for the group since everyone loves pizza. Only thing is, I don't like the pizza from most of the major chains. I had heard about Brooklyn Pizza and figured it would be a good bed but we felt we should do an official pizza taste test first, so today we went over for lunch. We were greeted warmly by the folks at the counter, I ordered a 12" pizza with sauteed mushrooms and Italian sausage. My wife got a 12" with just the veggies she likes - onions, bell pepper, mushrooms and black olives. She also ordered a cannoli to go to try later. We got some drinks, a soda and an iced tea and took a seat. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated with a few TVs but they weren't playing loud which we appreciated. After about 20 minutes our pizzas came out. They were super hot having just come out of the oven so we had to wait a bit to try them. Overall we were quite pleased. My wife said she thought the sauce was what made them more like a NY pizza, I figured it was a combination of the sauce and the thin crust. Thin crust is what we like, the only part that was thick was the edge which made it easy to hold. In the end, we sampled both pizzas and got a box to take the rest home; we basically ate a half each of the 12" pizzas! And we think their 12" is more like 13" so a generous size. We decided this will be where we order our pizzas for our party. When we got home, my wife tasted the cannoli and said it was also very good!

The restaurant is located in a shopping strip so the parking was free. When we walked in the restaurant was empty. I ordered a large Classic Combo pizza, individual pepperoni pizza, wings (Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan) and a 2-liter soda. My grandson loved his pepperoni pizza. However, the Classic Combo pizza was very dry. The wings were good but the dressings they give you do not complement the wings well. The tea and Diet Coke was out of service. Also, one of the two restroom stalls was also out of service. The service from the cashier was okay. The ambiance was dull. They had TVs on the wall but none of them were on and I don't recall hearing any music. Overall, it didn't measure up to the Godfather's Pizza that I loved as a kid.
