Ordered a pizza to be delivered..it was the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. The crust was less than 1/8 thin, hardly any cheese & sauce was rank. I call and complained & the manager refunded my money. So disappointed w this pizza...don't know if I'll ever go back. read more

ok i almost hate to do this but i think i need to the food was the best pizza hut ive ever had and i finally was able to sit by the fireplace now its time to leave she brought the check and then asked for my card ( that seemed odd) i usually take my receipt to the register my self oh well she brings my card and i leave i get home and check my transactions pizza hut swiped card 3 times once when i was there and 40 minutes later 2 more times tuesday 31st 7:13. and again 7:56i wonder how many people they did this to check your transaction people oh yeah i want my money back read more

Our party of 5 went to this location to eat after browsing around in Kraynak's. Very clean and looked new. Our waitress, Roberta, was super friendly and very efficient. We ordered the salad bar, appetizers, and pizza. She brought us all our own individual sauces. Everything was very good. When it was time to go she brought us our checks and said she did not charge us for the salad bar and wished us a happy new year. If we lived in the area we would definitely go back to eat. read more

The restaurant was really clean and the staff were excellent. The food variety on the buffet was lacking. The salad dressing on the bar was basic and no low calorie vingarettes were out. Most of the pizzas contained pork but the plus was that I did ask for veggie and cheese and they popped it in the oven. It would have been nice to see the chocolate chip cookie on the buffet instead of the fruit pizza and the cinnamon bread sticks. My daughter on the other hand loved the whole experience. read more

The renovated Pizza Hut looks pretty pimp. The staff is friendly. They don't have Diet Dr. Pepper though, so that's a bummer. read more

Everything was fine until our order showed up and our wings were missing. Called and she said when he gets back we will remake them and send them out. Asked for a time and she said she didn't know. And we weren't offered a refund on the wings or a discount. Nothing. Pathetic management. read more

I work for TCAP Headstart in Trumbull County Oh and on Wednesday​ March 22,2017 and Thursday March 23,2017 the children that attends the Hartford Oh Headstart Center went on a field trip to Kraynaks then to the Hermitage Pizza Hut, The servers and employees there were so nice and polite, the food was excellent, the place was very clean,and they made sure the food was hot and fresh there was one lady I didn't get her name but she was just pheno menal, she took our empty plates right away and asked us if we wanted refills on our drinks, she thanked me for taking the last piece of pizza at the buffet so she could take the empty tray, next time I am over that way I will definitely go back there, they were so warm and friendly to us! read more

They get the order right 90% of the time. Delivering it, however, is another story. Or family has had pizzas never come because "they knocked and nobody answered". We've also had pizzas not delivered because there driver couldn't find the house. read more

I ordered a pizza for carry out. It took 20 mins past the time it was supposed to be done. Then it was burnt I didn't have time to wait for another pizza so the lady at the counter said call tomorrow and we'll give you a free one. My experience from this Pizza Hut was nothing less than amazing. If I could complain about anything it would be that the cinnamon breadsticks were so good that they made me want to stop eating the pizza and just eat more breadsticks. read more

This is the only place I've ever had to walk out of because of the awful service. Unprofessional staff, wrong orders for both items that were ordered. Carryout usually wasn't bad here, but the staff makes me not want to come back, even with the free pizza coupon that was supposedly sent out by corporate. read more

This pizza hut makes great food and keeps their pizza bar clean and mostly filled. Sadly it is employed by late teen, early twenty year old girls who feel work is secondary to what they want to do. The service was terrible. It took forever to get refills, extra napkins and we never had our table bussed once. We were at the buffet and had to stack our dirty dishes on another table. The servers were very rude. The server who greeted us was very short and snappy with us and when I asked for a table, she rolled her eyes and stomped away. I asked for a buffalo chicken pizza on the buffet and was told they don't do special orders. When it was time to pay, I waited at the counter for 15 minutes while servers walked past me, completely ignoring me until I asked a server if my meal was free or was someone going to ring me out? And the buffet was constantly empty. We waited 15 minutes between pizzas being put out. BIG disappointment and we won't be back anytime soon. read more
