This is the first time I have been to a Pizza Hut/Wing Street restaurant. This is a fairly new location in a still unfinished shopping center. I arrived just before 11:30 a.m. when the lunch buffet starts. My server was pleasant and seated me immediately. She was also very good about letting me know when the foods were on the buffet. The "salad bar" was very disappointing, as it consisted of large bowls of lettuce and small containers of very few salad toppings - cheese, onions, beans, peppers, and a few other options. Missing were any meats and eggs. They started the buffet with four different varieties of pizza plus a "dessert" pizza and one type of pasta with bread. All of the pizzas I tried had a good taste, as did the pasta. I did notice that all of the pizzas were sliced into very small slices, I am sure they do that so that the food can be available to more people, but I prefer a larger slice. Nice decor in the restaurant with lots of nods to the local pro and college sports teams plus the military in Goldsboro. Good number of HDTVs all on ESPN channels. read more

Service its great, the good is the normal Pizza Hut fair, but the best thing is they have free and fast WIFI, and folks, that's worth for stars right by itself! They have a unique setting with several quality flat screen LCD TVs. I don't know how many there are, but there isn't one single angle in that place whereas your left out of the fun - it doesn't matter what side of the table your on, you will see the game! It is a very "sports themed" dining experience. They have a lot of unique sports memorabilia from local teams like UNC, ECU, State, Duke, Panthers. You will enjoy your time here and like I said the WIFI is worth the price of the pizza, alone :) read more

Hubby and I stop in here on our way shopping maybe once a week. Wednesday we stopped in and the service was awful. Our pizza was burnt and the waitress didn't seem to care. She took our food back yelling to the kitchen, It's going to be one of those nights! She then began complaining about her schedule where the entire dinning room could hear her. Our new pizza was under cooked but we didn't get to tell the waitress. She only stopped back to drop off the check. I contacted Pizza Hut online and the general manager called me, apologized and offered me a $30 credit to use over the next three months. Hubby and I decided to stop in this afternoon after a movie. The place was packed. They had one waiter there working his tush off to serve all the tables. He was so busy someone from the kitchen had to come take our order. Our food arrived in a timely fashion and again the pizza was a bit over cooked. I mentioned to the GM on the phone that maybe he should check the temps or the height of the broiler settings, apparently, it wasn't checked. This time we just kept the food because after all it was free. Our ticket came to $18. We were stoked because that meant we had at least one more meal. We told the waiter about our situation and how the GM told us to just give them our phone number. The waiter explained it usually only works that way for take out. I went over the whole situation with him, he apologized and said he'd talk to his manager. As he explained to manager on duty, I heard the entire conversation. Apparently in Pizza Hut, they do not understand that sound travels. In any event, I over heard her say that it would take our entire credit for the one meal. She said did you explain that to them? The waiter said ok, came out and delivered a pizza to a table and started busing several of the back tables from the large group that had just left. He walked back to the kitchen to ask if we were square. He said, "Is that credit table good to go?" The manager replied, "Yes, you explained it to them right?" He said ok, and then came to us and said you're good to go. Needless to say, no one came and explained anything to us. Apparently based on the over heard conversation, Our $30 credit for our trouble was a medium pizza and some fries. The manager never came out, no one said anything. At first I was going to message Pizza Hut Corporate again, but really what's the point? It is really obvious that no one at that store knows how to work with customers, work in any conflict resolution or even provide the basic common courteously that should be given to anyone coming to your establishment to spend money. I realize it's Goldsboro, and it's Pizza Hut but for crying out loud could someone give two shits about their customers??? Stay home, make yourself a pizza. It's not worth the bother. This has got to be the absolute worst Pizza Hut I've ever had the misfortune of ordering from. Just tonight, November 10th 2017, I ordered a pizza at 6:26 p.m, and grew impatient and called at 7:36, an hour later with no pizza. After getting a hold of someone at the store, she told me "we never received an order from you", but my bank statement said the money had been pulled, and it double charged me at that. Decided speaking to the manager might help me more in this situation, and he told me he couldn't credit my account without receiving a bank statement to his personal email, and then the pizza showed up at my door as I'm talking to him about it. The pizza was smashed and lukewarm, and now I have to wait to get my money back. The customer service was atrocious, the wait time was ridiculous, and if I could rate this location a zero, I would, because unfortunately this is the 5th or 6th time something like this has happened.. The stuffed crust pizza is good though, when they don't mess it up! read more

Pizza is good. Customer service is poor. Every time I go or call the workers have attitudes and don't seem to be happy about anything. Each time I go I seem to catch a rude worker. I only go back because the pizza is good, better than the one that was on Ash. After calling today and getting the same attitude I think I'll start ordering papa johns. The lady had an attitude the entire conversation, especially when I asked what the specials are and then hung up on me when I said, " thanks, I'll call back", because of her already very noticeable attitude. 1st time I visited ,came in paid 6.99 for buffet, no salad bar, it said due to lettuce recall, But that was for Romaine lettuce there are other lettuce, spinach, they could have used , nothing was out, I was charged for a full buffet price,, rip off... ill not go back, Harris Teeter supermarket has a salad bar and it was up and working, but not Pizza Hut..
