We were in town and needed a food delivery option. Not many delivery options in town and no Uber etc. we had this and another pizza chain as an option. The order was fast and delivery was perfect. The food was hot and perfect and you could tell they took pride on what they made. All three of our party acknowledged this. We ordered two of the pizza specials and a brownie. This is a small town-- so expect small town service. It's slow, and the quality of workers isn't great (see synonyms at "lazy"). HOWEVER, the food is GOOD! The wait was pretty bad (almost an hour for a pan pizza) but in their defense, the place was pretty busy and there were tons of take out pizzas rolling out! I like Pizza Hut, and the quality is equal to all other Pizza Huts I've been to. Suck it up, people. No food for miles around-- eat your pizza and be grateful, lol! read more

This Pizza hut has changed their Canadian bacon to a strip of ham and it's disgusting!!! When I order Canadian bacon I want it not some pressed ham that tastes like s---!!! And my husband and I both got sick from it, the workers could care less about getting orders right or in a timely manner, it's horrible!! I suggest you get better management in there or your going to see it closed down! It would be nice to have a good one because Pizza Hut has always been my favorite by far but not this one, I agree with lady above that said dominos is the best in town!! Do something!! I did an online order before 7 pm to pick up at 9 pm. It was 10 pizzas for work and I had to pay an extra $8 for ranch. I showed up at 9 pm and was told it would be a while. 20 minutes later they were ready. Some of the pizzas were not made as ordered and I never got the ranch. Also no one was in the restaurant when I showed up so not sure what took so long. read more

This place is horrible. I ordered a pizza as a cookie on a Monday night. I was told it would be 45 mins. An hour and a half later I called because the pizza hadn't arrived. I was told the woman who took my order should have told me it was 1.5 hour wait (same woman...) and I should be patient it was out for delivery. After waiting 2.5 hours (total) I called again and was told my pizza was accidentally put in the "pick up" box and the cookie had not been made. But it will be out for delivery soon. I asked if the pizza had been remade.... to my dismay she told me it was warm from sitting in the "pick up" box. I canceled the order. There is s Dominos pizza in Fort Stockton. I ordered there and was pleasantly surprised by a 30 minute wait and my order was correct (not the first mishap with this Pizza Hut). Save yourself some grief, order dominos or go to bed hungry. This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever experienced. Passing through on a Monday at 8pm. Observations: tables, booths, floor and the kitchen were FILTHY! NO adult supervision or management. Several unsatisfied "to go" customers stacked up at counter waiting for re-orders. Visibly angry pizza handler slamming pans around as various pizzas piled on top of one another at end of oven belt. Recommendations: Hire a manager for the 18 year old workers who dont care and need leadership. CLEAN the darn place. Despite the other yelpers complaints I only have a couple. The restaurant must be under new management because I had a great experience. Upon walking in there were several dirty tables however this was most likely due to understaffing as there were 'now hiring' signs all over the place. I was quoted a 10-15 minute wait time for my large super supreme pizza on a Saturday night and it was around 20. That's it for the complaint department. The manager who took our order was extremely polite and prompt. Once we received our order it was hot and delicious. Not too greasy and full of fresh ingredients. Overall for passing through Fort Stockton I give the food a 5 and the seating area/cleanliness a 3. read more

While stopping on our road trip in Fort Stockton, we were looking for Gluten Free restaurants. I knew that Pizza Hut has a gluten free menu at most locations, so we went here. Unfortunately, this location did not have any gluten free options (which is why I took off one star), but we decided to splurge anyway and got a stuffed crust, veggie lovers pizza---healthy right? This location has a dine in option. I haven't had a meal at a Pizza Hut in close to 15 years but this location made me wonder why I stopped. The staff was so sweet and friendly. The pizza was far better than my usual Pizza Hut deliveries and you could tell that this was the "it" spot with the high school kids. Their names on graduation caps were all over the wall. It was a very kind gesture to know how much the employees cared about their usual customers. read more

My family and I were staying in Fort Stockton for my husbands work. My son and I were home by ourselfs so I decided to order a pizza for lunch. I have an account on the pizza hut website so I pulled that up and ordered a pizza. The website said they started delivering at 11:00. I ordered around 11:15. I get a call a few minutes later and was told they don't start delivering until noon. Well okay just push my order back to noon. The lady that called me acted very reluctant and put out to have to do that but she said they would. So noon rolled around, then 12:30 and then finally 12:50 the pizza is finally delivered. The young lady that delievered the pizza was very nice. The pizza itself was really good. If it weren't for the time it finally took to get the pizza I would of rated this place better. Me and my aunt were driving from Arizona and we were hungry so we decided to eat here in Ft. Stockton. The service was great and our waiter was super nice and got our order out as fast as he could. We ordered a medium size hand tossed half pepperoni pizza and half cheese with a black ham sandwich with chips and spaghetti with marinara sauce. The waiter kept checking on us and made sure we enjoyed our meal. We were tired from the long drive and grateful that he was super nice to us and filling up our drinks. Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. I would have given it a zero star if available. I only wish I would have read the reviews on this restaurant before going in. I walked in to see crumbs all over the floor. The cook had to seat me because the waitress was waiting on all but 3 tables. I think that should have been clue number one. I sat down at the table in front of a tv that was playing a football game. The waitress came up to me and was very friendly and asked for my drink order. I didn't want to drink out of the glasses they had there so I requested a bottled water. I ordered a medium thin crust pepperoni, mushroom and onion pizza and salad. she mentioned that the plates for the salad were at the salad bar. I got up to the salad bar and found that the salad dressings were not even cold. I don't know if the bar was just not cooling but the vegetables were room temperature and the salad dressing looked like it had already began fermentation. I managed to get some items on the salad bar that didn't make me think of some thing I scavenged from a garbage can. waited at my table for my pizza. Finally the pizza arrived and looked fine until I looked at the bottom of the crust. It looked like they had made the crust a couple of days ago and just used it. It was chewy and hard. Like i was chewing on a BMX tire. I was so hungry that day I hadn't eaten anything all day because I was on the road. Normally when you are hungry anything would work, but this just didn't. I would have preferred a can of beans to that meal. The waitress came around to ask if everything was ok. So I asked her if they make the crusts daily or did they use the ones from yesterdays batch. She quickly gave me an attitude and insisted they were fresh and walked away from me. I didn't understand why she was giving me so much attitude especially when she greeted me so pleasantly. Once she walked away I told myself I had enough of this place and went to pay for my below par meal. The waitress gave me my ticket and I noticed that the price on the ticket didn't match the price on the menu. I told the person behind the counter that the price for the pizza was priced at 8 dollars and the ticket showed 10 dollars. Now keep in mind that if the food would have been great, I didn't get any attitude from the waitress and my experience there would have blown my mind... then 2 bucks... come on. I would have never thought about it. But! its the principle. I asked them about the price difference and the waitress quickly jumped in on the conversation. She began to tell me how she does not own the pizza hut and accused me of taking the wrong menu to the table. (she brought it to me.) She gave me an 800 number to call and told me, not asked me to call and let them know they need to send menus. I told her that was not my job and the price that was advertised should be what's on my ticket. She mentioned again that she does not own the Pizza Hut and that there was nothing she could do. She stormed away angrily. After some obstinance on my part the young man behind the register adjusted my ticket to the correct price. My entire experience with this Pizza Hut was amazingly bad. So bad that it makes you say Wow...! I don't believe it. I left angry, disappointed and still... Hungry. Eeesh what an experience. Trust in these reviews.... You will be disappointed. We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and were originally told it would take 45 minutes.....after finding out we were paying with card the delivery time changed to 75 minutes. We placed our order at 7:45 and did not receive our food until about 2 hours later (keep in mind that it was only 2 medium sized pizzas...nothing complicated). An hour and 15 minutes into our wait we called to check in and the lady on the phone was very rude and basically told us there was nothing she could do. I've never had a good experience eating in a Pizza Hut but this was one of the worst. They were out of 3 of the 5 toppings for a supreme but still got charged for all of them. Pleasantly surprised!! After reading most of the reviews I was almost afraid to try this place. However, it was the only thing open in town when we arrived at 9:20 PM. We were greeted by a friendly staff, and the restrooms and dining room were quite clean. We ordered and sat down to watch Monday night football. Before I start, I'd like to say that this is a Pizza Hut. You don't go into Pizza Huts thinking "wow, I bet I'll get stellar service and really awesome, unique food." No. You go in because you're cheap and hungry and are in the middle of Texas on your way to Big Bend. The only thing I have to say about it that could be improved (and this is for Pizza Hut standards, not fine dining or Italian or even diners) is the bussing. Upon entrance I was told to sit where I could. This was not because it was slammed; it was because the tables were not being bussed consistently. I thought the people working there were kind. They were mostly young, seemed a little over their heads, but it is a place to start. They do well for their level of serving. They have a dynamic that is pleasant to be around and they are goofy. First time phone rang 15 times, then someone picked it up and set it back Down to stop the ringing.i then called two more times, ringing over 25 times each to no avail.
