Called the store multiple times and told I was "harassing" them because I kept calling to confirm my order was not paid for. The reason I was calling is because I wanted to be given a reason to the rude behavior and that I was not charged for my order since I didn't receive it. (I was not aware of their drive through police and they closed the window on me without explanation). I called and called them a names, yes, but also asked them to have them tell me why I was refused service, which they did not do, I continued calling, I was hung up on. Multiple times until I was told I was harassing the business for calling them. In what world is needing an explanation for refusal of service harassment? I'm not sure but I know that this is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. If they had just talked with me instead of accusing me of being drunk (which I was not) I would not be writing this review.

I don't usually like McDonalds, for oh-so-many reasons…read more But I like this one. It probably helps that it's located in a sweet, small town in Southern Wisconsin. With a need to eat somewhere quickly, we stopped here. When I sat down at a table (my husband was ordering), the manager (or someone similar) walked over and asked me if I wanted any newspapers to read. He also addressed me as "Ma'am." After he walked away, I noticed that nearly every seat and booth was full. Elderly ladies were eating together, mothers were chatting over cups of coffee, and little kids were quietly enjoying their meals. It seemed like the local spot for Sunday morning breakfast and coffee -- hardly what I'd see at a regular McDonald's! There are also some nice, flat-screen televisions around and a brick fireplace in the middle of one of the dining areas. The floors and seats were clean and modern. All the employees were extremely nice and friendly. I'm still baffled that it was a freaking McDonald's! (Four stars because... well... It's McDonald's. Four is the highest I'd ever give one.)

I asked to speak with a manager and explained that I regularly order a pup cup at this location. The manager said he would ring one up and explained that the employee was unaware this could be done. I noted that, as a matter of common customer service courtesy, she should have asked for clarification if she was unsure. The manager then slammed the drive-thru window and dismissively gestured for me to leave. He opened it again and rudely handed me my order. When I asked whether he had just slammed the window, he replied, "Yes, I did." He then gestured for me to leave again. The customer service was appalling, particularly from a manager who appeared quite sloppily dressed so early in the morning. This store is a complete joke. I'd give zero star if it was an option. I wouldn't go to this location again because of Jacob.
