What can you say about Jimmy Johns. Should be a pretty consistent product. I've been to many but Fort Atkinson WI location is one of the worst. Tried to call in an order for pickup several times and no answer. Stopped in on my way out of town. This s a be if the worst Vito sandwiches I ever had at Jimmy Johns. Bread was dry and hard. Inside of sandwich was dry too. No oil or vinegar I would avoid stopping at this establishment. Not many good options for sandwiches in Fort Atkinson. But choose another chain. Subway, Arby's etc. skip this Jimmy Johns. read more

We went in tonight. There were only teenagers that were working. we got greeted after 2 minutes with "yo". They(3 in totaly all just stared at us, until I got the "yo". Then nothing else, I began ordering and asked for a lettuce wrap and the 2 boys making the sandwiches made smart remarks about how I ordered a lettuce wrap. My fiancé ordered regular bread, and the girl behind the counter advised us they just made fresh bread and it would be a short wait. However, when we got our food, the bread was hard as a rock and cold. Pretty sure they didn't give us the fresh bread to just get us out of there. read more

I'm a big fan of Jimmy John's. But, I have to say this is not the best location. When using the app to order for pick up they never send a notification that my order is ready. And twice my sandwich was made wrong. Like others here have said. It seems like the employees don't care. The one time I had it delivered it was 30 minutes. I placed an online order to be picked up and sent someone to get it. The first thing she told them upon entering was that she was picking it up for me and she had more to order. They forgot to give her my entire order and she didn't realize it until she returned to work. We called the store to see if they would deliver it since it was their mistake and they said "no, we don't deliver there, you will have to come back". Seriously? It was THEIR MISTAKE! We work for a local health care organization and taking a lunch is a luxury alone so going back was not a great option! Another co-worker offered to go since she had an errand to run and they didn't even offer so much as an apology. read more

I love Jimmy Johns. A lot. This one - not so much. Their bread is constantly too hard. My kids love Jimmy Johns but we will be avoiding this one from now on due to regular issues with hard bread. And by regular - we've been there at least 4 times over the last year and every time. I've had to peel off layers of the bread so my kids could eat it with their little mouths here. We don't seem to have such an issue anywhere else. I will say - staff is very nice here and the restaurant is very clean. read more

I love Jimmy John's but their delivery sucks. It does come really fast, but more often than not, I'm always missing something from my order, whether it be my mayo packets or most of my meal. They need to be more accurate with their delivery, because I'm getting fed up with it. read more

Good food, HORRIBLE customer service, Screw up orders, you call and place a order and they don't put it in the system so you never get your food. Takes forever to get food when you place a order and they do deliver it. Very poor time management. Need to get better staff that is more accurate and that knows what they are doing. read more

30 minutes for a delivery in fort Atkinson?? I know there's only one driver today, but that's not really acceptable for the "so fast you'll freak." Subs not so freaky fast today. And then the driver didn't even apologize for taking 30 minutes. I have two small children who i had planned to put down for a nap but less than 5 min after I placed my online order the delivery notification came through. After 20 minutes I called to make sure they had the correct address or that the driver wasn't in an accident. That's how I found out there was only one driver. And it was still another 10 before she got here. Didn't say anything, wasn't friendly, or personable or apologetic at all. She did take out 4 deliveries but it still shouldn't take 30 minutes, and if it does there needs to be a warning, or an apology or something. Some people's lunch hour would be over with a wait that long....i also ordered no cheese ,& they added the cheese. Messy to try to take it off. Of course, there was only a tiny dollop of avocado to get around. Tips to improve: pay attention to details. Hire more or have at least 2 delivery drivers working; especially on a weekend. Where it looks like your reviews for delivery are not so freaky good. Hire friendly delivery drivers. read more

Always a good sandwich. Consistent, tasty and QUICK. Service while dining in is quick, but I am way more amazed at how quickly they can make a set of sandwiches and deliver them. Last time we timed them it was less than 10 minutes and there were 4 sandwiches - WOW! read more

I love Jimmy John's food! However, their delivery times seem to get worse instead of better. Although I work only a few blocks away, there has been more than once that the delivery was 30+ minutes and my patient and I almost always end up with soggy subs. For a restaurant that advertises "freaky fast" delivery, this particular one is more "mossy sloth". read more

I ordered online yesterday at this Jimmy John's, I made the mistake by putting in my wrong address, I did not like the customer service I received, the delivery person had an attitude and a horrible tone in his voice, now I work in the food industry I know how frustrating it is, but I can't give my customers the kind of attitude that this person gave me, I apologized for my mistake but I still got attitude, I felt like shit after I got my food, I WILL NOT be ordering from this Jimmy John's again, I think they need to work on customer service. read more

This is the 3rd order that we have made for delivery and had to call the store after waiting an hour for our food. I don't think there are any weak areas in a JJ sub, but the bread is awesome! Sometimes I cannot get away from my desk, or I'm doing an open house. JJ to the rescue! Nice fast delivery most of the time. read more

Today will probably be the last time I order from Jimmy Johns. I order the same thing every time and the price varies more than not. The whole wheat bread is many times stale and hard.
