When I called I asked for a side salad( $7.99!) then a medium pizza thin crust: $18.99 the delivery fee is $4.99! Then he told me the total with tax was $46! I said WOHA no way. They don't know how to add! So he said that's what the register says! I cancelled the salad and then he said it was $28. With tip over $30 for a medium thin crust pizza to our motel room and it took for--ever! read more

This was the best pizza and service I've ever had at Pizza Hut! Lisa took my order and was so nice and everything was perfect when the driver came, nice and hot and the pizza looked like the picture on TV! I wish I had this restaurant in my home town because it's terrible. Ironically I live in Forest City NC, and this one could teach them how to take care of customers. On time and delicious! Ordered from this location and it was horrible. We placed our order then waited 30 min past the estimated delivery time to call and find out where our pizzas were. When we called we got hung up on and placed on hold multiple times. Finally got a hold of the manager, by this time the pizza was 45 min. Late. The manager cancelled our order and placed it again, comping the pizzas. The new order arrived about 15 min after that call. But the pizzas delivered to us looked like they had been dropped on the floor. Worst pizza delivery I have ever experienced. I am not sure how the service is when you eat in but the delivery service for this Pizza Hut is awful! They do not care. There is no telling how the food will be including burned. They will not follow any delivery instructions. I have had had multiple bad experiences with the delivery service. At this point, I will no longer be utilizing the delivery service. read more

Delivery issues. Driver forgot the drinks. When he returned I gave a tip of 20%. I delivered for Pizza Hut when in HS and know working for tips is sometimes rough. While eating the pizza, I noticed there was a convenience fee of $2.49. I thought tip included. Then notice a note at the bottom receipt gratuity not included. I don't know what to think. Chris is the best server! My family and I were just passing through town and randomly decided to stop at Pizza Hut. We normally only visit a Pizza Hut once every few years, but Chris' service has us thinking we need to support this business more. As soon as we walked through the door, Chris greeted us and treated us like royalty. My first thought was, "Did we accidentally walk into a 5-star restaurant?" Bait & Switch - Gave an $11.00 price over the phone which turned into $13.00 when I arrived to pick up my pizza. reason: "the prices done changed". Complete Indifference - With at least 12 employees milling about the counter, no one showed the least amount of interest in helping me out as I stood at the cash register. Finally helped after 5 or 6 "excuse me's" by a girl folding napkins. Cleanliness - the floor was littered with napkins, cheese packets, random bits of pizza and unidentified trash. And that was out in the seating area. Cold Pizza - For some reason they keep the pizzas to be picked up stacked by the beverage cooler. Keeping them on top of the oven works much better guys. Showed up right as I was about to call and complain. Pizza box was crushed and the pizza was lukewarm. The wings must have been sitting in the bowl with sauce for so long that it turned into a soup, all the breading fell off the chicken and was just floating in the sauce. We were traveling and stopped for an overnight stay at the Hampton Inn. Pizza was sounding good, and Pizza Hut is our choice over all the pizza places. Even after reading the negative reviews, we both were in the mood for pizza. We ordered the deep pan, pork, mushrooms and red onion with extra cheese. We're in our 50's and this pizza reminded us both of how they used to taste when they first came out with the deep pan. Toppings were very tasty but it's the crust that makes the difference. Lightly crispy, not too soft, not hard at all, with that distinctive Pizza Hut flavorful taste. It's been 2 days since we had it and we're still mentioning how good it was. Which reminded me to leave a review of our own. We arrived home last night, both tired from traveling. We visited our daughter for Christmas and had been gone for 8 days, covering over 3,600 miles. Needless to say, neither of us were in the mood to stop and pick something up to cook. Going over the eateries in our town, Pizza Hut was brought up. We both agreed if it was like the one we had in Forrest City, AR then heck yeah!! we'd love to have pizza again. However, our Hut doesn't compare so we picked something else. Do not order from this place if you are at a hotel. We had to switch rooms after ordering. We called and told them. 90 minutes later we called to see where our pizza was. They said they came back because we weren't in the first room. Who doesn't even attempt to ask the front desk. They had our name. Also....they had our phone number and didn't call! No excuses for this. We will be telling every hotel of our experience. Oh....we just found out from the front desk they never even tried to deliver a pizza. I must say the building itself is not in good shape. Had a horrible smell inside as if it was a restroom. I get when people are busy but once I paid they dropped the pizza in my hand I barley caught the top pizza and the guy didn't even care that he did that this was after being ignored waiting at the register. I ordered Boneless Garlic Parmesan wings and cheese sticks and they both were cooked in the same grease in which tasted like it hasn't been changed in forever. If I could give no stars I would have. Horrible service. Had delivery to a hotel. Said 50 minutes. 20 minutes later pizza arrived but no breadsticks. Driver called store and told manager situation and said he would be right back. After 3 other phone calls (and being hung up on once) they delivered the orginal breadsticks very cold and chewy. Michelle the manager has no customer service skills. Will find district manager tomorrow to talk to them and comment on pizza hut webpage. Stay away from them read more
