In terms of food, it is Pizza Hut. I have never had any awful food experience here besides for some slightly questionable wings one time. Service has always been wonderful and the workers are very friendly. My biggest complaint is that the place feels kind of dirty and 2 of the times I dined in there was a smell of leaking sewage coming from the bathrooms. Not ideal. read more

ordered a pepperoni lovers large pizza to picked up and when I opened it there was hardly any pepperoni on it. I told the girl it was not a pizza lovers pizza due to the fact that half of the pizza had no pepperoni at all. I told her I would only pay for a regular pizza. she refused because the pizza had more CHEESE on it? that doesn't make sense. I did not order a cheese lovers pizza. I spoke to the one in charge there and she was very rude. I will never go there again. I don't know how they stay in business treating people like that. I told them to keep it by the way. Awful. I have no clue what is happening with this place. It has been awful. Just awful. The service is bad. The place we stopped eating here last couple months because the tables were always sticky and dirty. It went downhill this year because previous years we always loved ordering. I have no clue but today was the final straw. We ordered at 6:20 they said 15/25 minutes and we are now finally getting our food at 7:51. I believe in giving more than one chance to a restaurant but after that many chances we are done. The food is good but the service and wait being longer really doesn't make it worth it anymore. I started just making the pizza at home if I'm being honest. It was just sad because Pizza Hut is my childhood place. My mom always took me to eat there and for the buffet back before Covid. I still love Pizza Hut but I won't be getting it here anymore I'll have to go farther now. read more

I always love the taco pizza but we ordered one today. They had no flavor. There was hardly anything on it except lettuce and tomatoes. It was like eating a cracker with a salad on it. We were very disappointed because we wanted one of the good taco pizzas. I even asked for salt and she said oh it's in there and it was not in there. Sunday, 7/11.... approx. 6pm. ... waited with several other people to be seated. No one ever helped us. They were informed we were there. Plenty of tables open. After waiting for nearly 15 minutes, all of us waiting in line walked over to Dairy Queen. If you can't seat people, is it too hard to put up a sign instead of just ignoring everyone? I have fond youthful memories of this Pizza Hut. Whenever I would stay with my Godparents for a couple days or a week we would usually eat Pizza Hut at some point. I still remember the anticipation as I held the hot box in my lap on the way to the house to eat it. Mmmm. I went there tonight with my kids and dined in. We ordered two large pizzas. Both of them had been made incorrectly and all we got from the waitress was an "I'm sorry." Our pizza tasted fine, but it wasn't what we ordered. And our drinks were tasty. I highly recommend the raspberry lemonade. But our server took far too long to get us refills. There was also a small group of elderly people who walked in and stood until they literally could not tolerate it and decided to seat themselves.
