Pizza Hut used to be our favorite pizza place. Now the toppings are lower quality, the meats used have much more grease than quality meat, the grease soaks all the way through the pizza and then through the bottom of the box - we literally had a puddle of grease under the box on our table. If you have leftovers, you have to be sure not to put the box on something that will ruin if grease gets on it. We had stopped going a while back because of the poor quality of the food, but decided to give them another shot. The pizza had improved (new management), but after a few weeks, it had gone back to the poor way it was and we quit them again. Yesterday, we tried again. Mistake. The pizza was greasy and it tasted like a cheap frozen pizza from the grocery store - not even as good as DiGiorno's (which sets a pretty low bar). We need a Domino's Pizza. Or anything. Just not Pizza Hut. read more

Once again I have made my once every 6 month journey to pizza hut. While ther was improvements, they didn't help . New floor and new holding cabinet. Still have boxes stacked to ceiling in eating area and not just pizza boxes, any boxed they can find. Sorry to say the pizza was the worst I have ever got from tbere. What's going on with the buffet? They had it loved it know it's gone really upset the employees told me and a lot of my co worker's that he buffet is broke and are just waiting on a part well two weeks later came back still no part no buffet.. What's really going on? Talked to the manager she said her DM will not fix it bc of the price it's going to cost to fix it! She said that the top oven is broke along with other stuff and it hasn't been fixed. Worst pizza hutt by far. Rude staff and management. Late delivery orders never on time. They claim to never have "pizza dough" they close the store early before it's even time for the day to end. Stuffed crust pizza is never made properly with the right dough or ingredients. They charge you an arm and a leg for delivery and their subpar services but they cant deliver or give you what you pay for. Sometimes when I'm craving pizza this is the only option in town. Somebody really needs to take these guys out and show them how to properly run a pizza joint. read more

My local pizza hut consistency delivers excellent evening service, but their lunch service is honestly pathetic. Particularly the customer service I experience. They are rude and always in a rush to avoid interacting with customers. I've attempted to resolve my dissatisfying experience, via customer service/phone call, to no avail. I was promised a refund for one of my experiences, but never received one, despite multiple attempts to contact customer service for my refund. Their delivery service is sad, despite attempts to provide fast deliveries, they fall considerably short with the lack of friendly customer service. If you decide you'd like to order delivery, you'll undoubtedly be disappointed. 7 out of 10 delivery orders, can't even be delivered due to supposed, " call ins", car problems, etc. If you're lucky enough to score a successful delivery, the drivers are usually late, rude, and/or irritated, and fail to filter their emotions from their customer interactions. Examples include; eye rolls, refusing to speak, or make eye contact, dodging questions regarding order items, and or specifics. Do yourself a favor and stick to local/"mom and pop" pizza spots. This place does not deliver so thougjt what the heck why not dine in big big mistake service is non existenI waited at least 5 mins for service. Server was unprofessional but friendly. I really dont complain about food much. I used to eat cold military MREs with dirt on them. But I just had the worst restaurant experience ever in my life. Im not going to mention any names, Cuero Pizza Hut, but the waitress didnt know which drinks they had, tea was horrible. They got our table confused with the one other table occupied in the entire restaurant and took him our pizza. Then brought it to us. It was not cut. It didn't have the right crust flavor. The dude brought the chicken wings and pretty much threw it in front of me. Then they started to walk off as I was staring at them. He asked if we needed plates. No kidding? I asked for ranch and also forks for the table also and he brought one ranch packet and some sporks. They didn't bring the parmesan cheese. Then a few minutes later dude yelled at us from the counter all the way across the room to check on the table. Absolutely ridiculous. They must be wanting $15 an hour so bad because of the lack of tips they earn. Geez. read more

Absolutely horrible. We have had their pizza before and should have learned our lesson but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. BAD idea. Pizza was sloppy. Garlic knots were burnt where you couldn't even bite into them. The cookie was very burnt. And the wings were hard and no sauce was on them at all. I'm done with this pizza hut. It needs to be shut down. And don't even get me started on the staff. Threw away over half our food. Thanks for wasting my money Pizza Hut. Don't even deserve a star. read more
