5/5 Stars The Pizza Hut in Cozad, Nebraska is an absolute gem. They still have the original sit-down layout, which is awesome and instantly brought back memories of going to Pizza Hut locations around Omaha when I was a kid. That classic dine-in experience alone is worth the visit. Even though it was busy, we were helped right away, and our food was out within about 10 minutes, which was impressive. Huge shoutout to MAKYNZI, our waitress--her customer service was outstanding. She was enthusiastic, genuinely excited to serve us, and incredibly polite. You can tell she really cares about the experience she gives customers. The pizza was absolutely amazing--honestly better than what you'll find at many Pizza Huts around Omaha. You can tell they care about food quality here because everything was made perfectly. If you're anywhere near Cozad, this Pizza Hut is 100% worth stopping at. Tried to place order through website. Said it was $21.38, but it wouldn't place the order. Called the store and told them about it and they said it was 26.00. This isn't the first time their website hasn't worked. Very angry and dissappointed. read more

The place looks great. Not a single terrible thing. Long waits aren't my style and I hate waiting but waiting for the delicious food was perfect. The workers are really nice. Don't get why people hate this place so much but in my opinion it's the best.! read more

The wait was extra long after that we finally ordered for the salads that we ordered then ordered one of there special pizza and they don't have part of the stuff so they bring it to us then when asked it's no big deal to them yet the part they didn't have was the main thing on the pizza tried to say it's fine no it's not it's a plain pizza with tomato without pesto read more

I would give no star no one in the building had gloves on. I seen The manager making pizzas and wiping her hands on her pants with no gloves on. It was repulsive. read more

Pretty dirty in the dining area and bathrooms. Half our order was barely warmed. Save your time and head to the one down the road in Gothenburg instead. read more

I emailed Pizza Hut in Cozad, NE at the address they provided when the owner requested I do so following my review on Yelp of their poor service but did not receive a response. It must be a computer generated response that goes nowhere. It appears all the reviews have the same response from the owner and no one is actually responding to the emails. I bet I get the same response to this review as well. read more

Came in close to closing time. Was only Patron in the restaurant. Bathroom is okay. Place a little dated, but amusing. Staff was very friendly and cheerful. Waitress was pleasant. Pizza was good, not unusual Pizza Hut standard. read more

I ordered online and came to the store to pick up and waited several minutes before anyone waited on me. When I finally got service I gave her a coupon. She then tried to tell me the original price was more than it was when I ordered online! Some how she managed to charge me more AFTER I gave her my coupon! After I told her that she then got help and he couldn't figure it out ether. By that time I just told him to forget it and left. Got home had pizza was not made correctly and cold! Messed up orders cold food and a half hearted effort on trying. If you want some good stuff for your money go with Casey's if you are in the area. In the last 5 attempts have not had one satisfactory effort on their part. read more

Probably the worst pizza I have ever had from this place. They were so skimpy on toppings you could see the crust underneath in multiple places, no cheese, no pizza sauce, no toppings. It uses to be a supreme was a great pizza, not anymore. read more

Worst experience ever. Holy heck, how does this crudhole stay open. I showed up right at opening time today at 11am. There were only two people shuffling around. The lady said the buffet doesn't open until 1130 which is okay, we would order from menu. 1110 am, she came out to bring menus. We put or order in knowing that things may get worse. 11;38 breadsticks finally came (in this ensuing 28 minutes, 4 people came in, sat down, not served, got up left). Pizza never arrived by 1146 and I had to get back to work. Went to Cesars on way back to work, spent four minutes inside, picked up pizza box, left and made it back to work at 1200. Horrible, horrible, horrible service. The air conditioning is not working, the bathrooms were locked. I'm worried I'll get Ebola or something from this food. Never, ever, ever go here. We don't eat here often (Casey's is better), but we decided to get Pizza Hut. If you like to eat pizza with pretty much no cheese this is the place to go. For the prices you think they could put more cheese on the pizza. read more
