Pricing has increased since my last visit. Serving size for both the burger and fries was generous, even for the "Little Cheeseburger." The fries were just as good as I remember. Gotta love peanut oil fried fries! I absolutely love the malt vinegar and ketchup for the fries, too. The inside was clean, and they had someone constantly checking the dining area and cleaning up. We opted to sit outside, which was equally as clean. Very good 5 Guys location that delivers the expected great 5 Guys experience.

Freddy's is my absolute favorite fast food restaurant. I have visited many different locations…read moreacross lots of states. This is without a doubt, the worst one ever. My cashier was new, but the person helping her also appeared to be clueless. I had to change my order (increasing the price) to work around what I initially wanted. Despite ordering large onion rings, the cook gave me a small and insisted they were large. The custards my kids got were frozen solid. The chili I got was super watery. Fortunately, there should be other Freddys around. This is the only Freddy's that I can say I will never return to.

You order and pay in the front and they give you the food at the counter. I ordered ribs with green beans and potato salad. My spouse ordered brisket Our orders were ready within 90 seconds. In some places this would be good. But not for BBQ. And it showed Both dishes were covered in BBQ sauce. Maybe ¼" of sauce. And it was not a good sauce. It overwhelmed the meats. The green beans had been sitting in water all day. They were limp and no flavor. The scoop of potato salad was ok The meats themselves were barely passable. Much fat on the ribs. No sauces on the tables nor wet wipes. I'm sure there are better places to get BBQ in Cleveland

No issues with the taste of the food -- my issue is the price versus the portion size. You can…read morebarely get a full scoop of meat. When this place first opened, you used to get two scoops per bowl. This time I was honestly shocked because I didn't even get one full scoop. Same with the sides -- I had to ask for more corn and cheese. On top of that, a few employees didn't speak English, and the woman at the end of the line is consistently the most unfriendly person in there. She acts like the food is coming out of her paycheck and like she's determined not to give you anything extra -- at the very least, spread the food out across the bowl. It also feels like portions depend on who you are, because some people seem to get more than others. We tried Chipotles a few wks ago and were amazed at how much meat they gave in comparison but didn't taste as well as this ... so here I am back here today but it's Disappointing, because this place started off so good.

It has been several years since we have been to a Steak n Shake. And in the past it was a treat to…read morego it's just not very close to where we live. So we wanted some nostalgia and stopped at the one in cleveland and we were shocked. What a change! In the past you waited to be seated when it was busy, a hostess brought you to the table, a waitress took your order, you had menus and condiments there at your table, your food was brought to your table, then you paid at the register and the tables were cleared after you left. Today's experience? Order at the counter before you sit down and pay upfront, it asks you for a tip when you pay, they take your name and hand you cups, you pick up everything condiments forks napkins and fill your drinks at a condiment counter, you wait for your name to be called and carry your own food to the table and clean up the table yourself. The decor is 50s. But they have completely lost the 50s vibe that made this place great. Several toy kiosks in the corner, self order screens and while they've become completely self serve service they still ask customers for a tip (rude), none of that speaks to the era. Now the part that really peeves me off is that when it asked for a tip I expected SOME sort of service. We did all the work while the cashiers did nothing but chit chat at the counter, the food was wrong they left off the chilly cheese fries and we had to flag an employee down, the chicken strips were cold, and the burger patties were 2mm thick no joke. And the lobby area was nasty.. every surface was sticky. We peeled our feet off the floor with each step (eeww). I mean... What happened to this place? Really really sad to see what it used to be and what it is now. Don't get me wrong I blame our culture too there's probably been some terrible dine and dash thieves but.. did we really have to stop ALL customer service? No workarounds?
