We arrived at 8:05pm, they had at least 3 empty tables and the host said they are closed for the night. Will never attempt to visit this place again based on the attitude and lack of customer service. Either answer your phone or change your hours from closing at 9pm to 8pm. Will advise others at our resort to avoid this place since we ended up having to drive to Kensington and end up eating a pizza and sub. Thanks for nothing.

To the person who put carbs on our favourite carb, I salute you! Famous peppers is the most well known pizza joint in Charlottetown with a few locations including their newest spot in Founders Food Hall serving up some fantastic wood fired Za, sammys, and some boujee tacos. I can't speak too much on the location or service bc my BF was the delivery boy for this but WOW the Spud Islander could put me in my grave. The maple cream sauce, with chunks of sliced potato, caramelized onion, and smoked bacon were the party flavour town didn't know it needed! The dough is pretty good, not quite thin crust or Neapolitan but a solid tasty fortress holding in all those toppings. This was a white pizza with lots of cheese and salty sweet deliciousness that will have you reaching for more (and probably some water... or beer bc they offer that for takeout too) We also got the tropic thunder (where you at my pineapple pizza lovers?!) which is a red sauce pizza with cheese, jalapeños, red onion, pineapple (like real pineapple, not those weird canned chunks) and pepperoni. So good and nice spice! Definitely will order again, highly recommend anything with the maple cream sauce or potato's on it! Cheers to carbs on carbs and good pizza!

He was super loud yelling on the phone we could barely talk to each other while sitting across from one another, when the food came out we barely got even 2 bites down before we felt the need to have to ask for a takeout dish and throw it out outside the restaurant, the food was undercooked and not made at all how we ordered it. The best part of the food was the drink which was a little ADL bottle of chocolate milk. The restaurant itself looked very run down like he hasn't had anyone come in a long time and like he wasn't expecting anyone to come anytime soon. Unsure how it is still in business, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We quenched our thirst with a taste of the Island in the form of sparking Apple beverages. We started with a bruschetta, which had hearty toppings and a drizzle of balsamic. Four fresh pies arrived and we moved onto the main event. The pizza was very thin crust done in a wood oven. The toppings were flavourful and transported us back to Italia! If there is an area for improvement it is in the distribution of the toppings. They were unevenly distributed which resulted in some of our party not getting their fair share of the delicious toppings. The service was bright and cheerful, much like the lighting in the restaurant. Our server had an upbeat demeanour, which matched the tempo of the music. A wonderful evening out and we would return!
