Nicest pizza hut I've ever seen. Clean and updated indoor seating. Extensive menu. Excellent service!

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - Large Supreme Pizza which comes with the toppings of beef, pepperoni, pork, green bell peppers, mushroom, onion, and black olives. Pleasantly surprised at how good the pizza was as it had a fluffier crust and generous toppings. Service: 5/5 - very friendly and quoted us a fairly accurate time. Ambiance: n/a - ordered food to go but the restaurant looked cozy to sit in. Value for price: 5/5 - the paper menu stated that the pizza was going to be close to $18 so we were very happy to hear about the $12 deal for large pizzas with any toppings! read more

WORST PIZZA EVER!!! Asked for extra cheese, didn't get it. Crust tasteless and like cardboard. And COLD!!! Barely there sauce... don't waste your money, definitely go somewhere else!!!! read more

Traveling through this small town, not much but franchise food, and we know Pizza Hut is decent. They don't deliver. What??? So, we ordered a pizza for carry out & was told 15 minutes for pickup. Pizza was ready when we got there, and bc the Hut was within spitting distance of our hotel, it was piping hot when we got to our room. Well.....the pizza was a sloppy mess and the hand-tossed dough was practically raw. It was gross. I had a few bites decided to eat some vending candy instead. My husband said it wasn't that bad , but he only ate 2 slices. Enter at your own risk. read more

This place is flat out terrible. I ordered to pickup. Was there in exactly 20 minutes. I walked across the street. The pizza was cold. I wondered if it was kept from an afternoon buffet. The pizza was like cardboard. No real taste. Just a flat out disaster. The salad bar looked like it was there all day. Never restocked. Dirty. Dressing splashed all over. Until this place gives a damn, you shouldn't even think of giving them your business. read more

I'm done with this location! They habitually fail to get detailed orders correct. On my last visit I ordered two pizzas, one with lite sauce, one with extra sauce. When I got home, both pizza's had light sauce. When I called, the man who answered indicated that they could redo the one pizza or give me a credit for a future replacement, then put me on hold. After a couple of minutes a lady got on the phone and at first acted as if she knew nothing, then revealed that she knew about the issue, but said they couldn't give me credit without proof and I would have to bring the pizza back to the store. I said I wasn't bringing it back tonight. She said, "Then we can't do anything." I said, "I'll handle it through the corporate office." She said, "Okay!" So I hung up pissed, with a pizza I couldn't eat. read more

Food was good! Customer service, well that is a different story. I am not sure if it was because I stopped in on a Saturday night or what but the place stayed busy the entire time I was there. The entire place was ran by what looked like teenagers. I didn't see one grown adult the entire time. With the crowd it was hard for the staff to keep up with the customers. The salad bar looked destroyed. I didn't see one person try to clean it up or restock it. Like I said the pizza was good but then again with a restaurant comes customer service......... read more

Facility: New and very nice. Food: Good (it's pizza hut, exactly what you would expect) Service: Not bad. Took a little while to be seated (would have appreciated a "welcome to pizza hut, we'll be with you in a moment"). Server took order correctly and kept the kids drinks refilled but did take a while to return to the table. Cleanliness: Not great. When we were seated we weren't sure our table had been cleaned, some crumbs still on table and chairs. Later I saw one of the servers wiping off the table next to us and understood. She basically took a napkin and slid it back and forth wiping stuff onto the floor with no attempt to catch or sweep later. This explained the food found all over the floors (crunched croutons, pizza sauce, etc). Overall: okay experience but if they don't take pride in keeping their nice new building clean, it will go down fast. read more

We just ate there, and I would not recommend this place at all. We had to ask for menus, silverware, and our check. I got the salad bar and it looked like it hadn't been wiped down all day. Another table went to the counter to order their pizzas and drinks. They sat at a table and the waitress finally brought them out in to go boxes. Another table stopped the waitress as she walked by. Her exact words were "What now." Needless to say my jaw dropped. What happened to hospitality. The only helpful worked looked to be a young kid in elementary school. He ran circles around the waitress. This is the only reason I gave them the small tip I did. I definitely won't go back. read more

Not been here for a while, & when someone mentioned Pizza Hut, I had mixed feelings. BUT, all was good. The hostess facilitated my Carry-Out order, by greeting me, LISTENING to my need, & making suggestions. The food was ready, exactly on time, HOT, & "Ready to ROLL." My friends were quite pleased with the food, and I was quite pleased as they made my job work out. read more

Ordered a carry out meat lovers on march 6th around 4pm worse pizza I ever got from pizza hut , very little toppings it should had been called a cheese pizza and tasted like made from trash scrap, from now own I will call God Fathers ! read more

Poor service. Servers ignored us until my husband asked if anyone was working, then one of them showed us to a table. One server finally took our order but never saw her again. Another server brought our food to us. Very poor customer service. On a positive note, the food was good. read more

It had some really good pizza, and the service was a little slow but friendly. It was also kinda small.. but in a cozy kind of way.

The place was manned by 4 chatty kids. The attitude of the whole staff was if you are BROWN don't come around. They refused to seat us or serve us we finally left after 15 min of waiting. read more

I'm at a loss on how this can continue to not be good,..it's a Pizza Hut,..the big dog of the dough world, but after several attempts I've yet to get a pizza I'd want again. I went with my kids today. Service was prompt and courteous. Food was normal Pizza Hut food (very good). Probably One of the cleanest Huts I've been to. I'm glad we didn't not come here because of the reviews. Not discounting them. The previous patrons may have come on a bad day or maybe the manager was not at the location. This is a pleasant surprise in the tiny tourism town, we paid $43 for 4 adults and 2 kids, the pizza is really delicious and our kids really like the Chicken Alfredo Pasta, and they finish every last piece. The waitresses are super nice and attentive as well, overall, a great experience for a memorable family vacation in Mammoth Cave. read more

We ate here. They were so very unprofessional. They barely seated us and then didn't take our order forever. Then, a waitress came to the table. We already knew what we wanted but she didn't even bother writing it down. We ordered a large pizza, an order of breadsticks with two cheeses and two personal pan pepperoni pizzas. She brought out cheesy bread and the wrong drinks. When it was time for our pizza, she brought out our pizza which was fine and one personal pan cheese pizza. When I told her everything except for the large pizza was wrong, she got a little crappy and then tried to lie to us that the second pizza was taking a long time to cook when I could clearly see into the kitchen that they were just making it. She also argued that we ordered only one pepperoni and one cheese. She gave us free cheesy bread to placate us and make us happy. If she wanted to make us happy, she could have simply written our order down and gotten everything right. I was a waitress for years and it's really not that hard to get an order done right when you take the time to write it down and convey it to the kitchen. Needless to say, she didn't get a tip. I always leave tips. Plus, the place was filthy. read more
