Been in line for 45 minutes. There are 6 cars behind. 2 vehicles have left the line, I assume to go somewhere else for food cause this restaurant has horrible service. Oh, and as I'm waiting for my food to be brought to me, I can clearly see a cup on the floor, and whoever the man is that is taking orders, has walked by it several times, one time hitting it with his foot and yet hasn't picked it up. I'm not sure why we continue to try this Pizza Hut. Gas station pizza is much better. We ordered a supreme with extra cheese and it didn't even have regular cheese. The ingredients on the cheese were sparse and the crust was hard. We got two to go salads and after I had to have them replace the brown lettuce with new it was pretty good. Also, we ordered cinnabons that were too hard to eat with literally one drizzle of icing. I'm not smart enough to add a picture or I would. Th only bright spot was the young man who sold me the salads and refilled the lettuce. He was very polite, helpful and busy. read more

Amazing how poorly managed a place can be and still survive off of brand recognition alone. If it weren't a franchise even the random out-of-towners that trickle in wouldn't be there to support it. I grew up going to this same Pizza Hut and loved it. Lots of great memories of going there after baseball/basketball/football games, etc. The new managers either don't care or have something they deem to be more important than paying attention to the slow-motion train wreck that is their business. The 16-year-old kids running the place might help you when they're not on their phones or laughing with each other, nothing is in-stock because no one understands how to do inventory. We just tried to order some pizza but at 6 PM on a Sunday (Labor Day weekend of all times) they are out of stock on ALL bread types except thin. They're not just out of one, literally all of them. Even breadsticks! We asked the guy if they had a plan or a shipment coming in tomorrow or any clue about anything and he had none. I asked who owned or managed the place and he didn't even have that answer! Fascinating. I've never hoped a business would fail but they deserve it more than anyone. read more

Went to pizza hut in Cassville mo. This evening. Probably be a long time until I go back. PIZZA HUT WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU? Pizza hut was THE place to go after a ballgame after a movie, kids birthdays. I admit I had not been to pizza hut in a long time, but planning made my mouth water for that fabulous pan crust, that was my favorite was that pan crust, just enough oil to make it crispy and tender inside. The crispy crunchy veggies on my pizza. I loved getting to go there. I was appalled at what I saw tonight. When we arrived we were the only ones in the restaurant. There were 2 of us. We were greeted by a pretty young teenage girl, seemed very sweet, she came to take our drink order. Came back with drinks and took our food order. We asked what time will they put out the salad bar? She informed us they no longer have one due to Covid, that whole, " due to Covid" line has really been run to the ground and I'm sick of hearing it! However, she can bring us a salad made with all the stuff from the salad bar. My head wants to explode. Ok, she will bring us a salad. When it came it was a bowl that I've seen baked pasta in and these 2 bowls still has some of the baked food stuck on the bowl, she brought us new salad in a salad bowl and told us she thought the stuff we thought was food was just brown marks from the tool they get them out of the oven with. It was not a mark, you can't scrape your finger nail on a mark, marks are normally smooth not chunky. Our pizza came and to my disbelief, the pan crust was something that resembled cardboard not their pan pizza crust, while we are sitting waiting on our food it sounded like the boys in the kitchen (unfortunately making our food, were having a belching contest and we're quite amused with their abilities.(disgusting) my pizza had chicken and the chicken was little oblong pieces the size of a Andes Mint. Not very many but every one exactly the same, a piece of some form or slightly edible food matter molded into something to resemble sliced chicken, dry not even hot, dry, did I say dry, 6 or 8 pieces on the entire medium pizza of some factory made product to resemble chicken. I've seen cat food that looked more like chicken, this stuff was pathetic, just pathetic!! When my kids were younger if you went to Pizza hut on a Friday night it would be packed with kids and coaches and parents lots of noise and excitement. Ball teams football teams coaches Pizza hut was THE place to go. By the time we left there were 3 tables and I had seen a group of four leave before they got their drinks. I asked the waitress what happened to them, she said she didn't know,but those people should understand they'd have to wait because she's only one person! Good grief, she only had 3 tables. It was very clear what is happening with Pizza hut, like most everything else GREED had taken over any kind of business sense and it's just sad it used to be good food and great service and fun. Just SAD! I won't be going back unless someone makes it good again and I see no chance of that happening all that is important is the dollar and that's pretty plain and really sad, I use to love the Hut!! read more

Where to begin. Firstly, I don't take pleasure in writing this review but what I would ENJOY is food delivered to me that isn't (very) cold, that isn't missing toppings, or isn't missing items from order. Listen, I live 4 minutes away (with traffic) and I keep ordering thinking "maybe this will be the time that we get warm, decent food!" but everything has just been such a mass disappointment. To the point where it's blatantly obvious that nobody at this chain cares. Anyone who gave a care in the world about their store would not serve people as badly as I've been served, repeatedly, back-to-back. I think I'm on a streak of maybe 5 deliveries that are either cold, messed up, missing items or all the above. Literally all I want is decent service and it's gotten so bad that "decent" isn't listed on the table anymore. Had an issue last night where after waiting over an hour for my delivery I was notified that somehow I magically "cancelled" my order. Think about that. I seriously don't know how that's even possible when I'm paying cash at delivery. ‍ When the mistake order arrived, with a generous $50 store credit, I kid you not my food was cold. Wings, grade above ice cold. Breadsticks didn't even have any seasoning on them. What good is a store credit going to do when I'm getting served COLD food. Remind you, I live literally 4 mins away from Pizza Hut. Seriously what is it? Bad manager? Employees who don't care if they serve cold food? -Extremely...disappointed, hopeless read more

Great service consistantly, not alot of choices on the salad bar but everything is fresh. Regular checking to see about your satisfaction with the food, bring napkins... and clean bathroom. You can ask them for a custom pizza if you are not interested in whats on the pizza bar (which is available during luch time). read more

They ruined this place. Long time/many year customer. New management refuses to allow any selection on the buffet. They will not make any request pizza for the buffet. Buffet pizza was cold and dry. Spinach on salad bar was slime coated and icky. Sad to see a good restaurant ruined by new management. read more

This place just keeps getting worse just when I thought it couldn't get any worse. They did some remodeling so we thought we would give it another try. Went for the buffet that they now have during the week. The buffet is more limited than before and they were slow to bring out fresh food. The salad bar, if you can call it a salad bar, has iceberg lettuce, onions and beets. Oh and some pudding or something. I guess any other vegetables would just be to much to as for. Save your money. Go buy a frozen pizza and a head of iceberg lettuce and call it a day. read more
