Last time for Pizza Hut. Hard to give a good review when you don't get all your food. Order was 25 minutes later than the estimated time. We did not receive three of the dipping sauces we paid for. I called within a few minutes of receiving our order and was transferred to a supervisor and I hung up after waiting on hold for 11 minutes. I called back and was asked if I wanted a refund. I said I would rather have the sauces that we ordered to use with the pizza. He said it would be thirty minutes. It has now been 2 hours. I should have asked for a refund since it doesn't look like we are going to get the sauces. I just called for the 4th time and was told if the local store doesn't answer the call center answers, but the call center can't issue a refund they can only issue a credit against a future order. I guess I am out of luck since there will never be a future Pizza Hut order. This is the worst service and system. read more

Great pizza. Bastards won't draw the PornHub logo on the box for me, even when I offer a very generous tip. At least they aren't Domino's where they will write "no" on the inside of the box. DO NOT ORDER ANY PIZZA FROM PIZZA HIT.... I ordered 1 pizza on a Sunday night and ended up getting 12 pizza's. It was an honest mistake and called the store but they said they didn't care and charged me over $200 for them. I spent almost 3 weeks trying to talk to someone about this and in the end they didn't give a crap. All they want is your money. This could have been a write off easily, but according to the guy under the vise president didn't give a crap either. They said I messed up and have to pay. I never eat Pizza Hit, but for some reason felt like having it today. I placed the order at 5:27pm. I was told about 50 minutes. A hour and a half goes by still no pizza. I call back they can't find the order. I spoke with Pat the manager and found out the cashier closed the order with out submitting it. She puts the order in and tells me they are slammed and only have 4 drivers and doesn't know when it will get to me. I call back at 7:36 still no pizza they can't find the order then the young guy said it's out for delivery..oh wait there is no driver name on the order. He cannot tell me if the pizza is still on the rack waiting to be delivered. I ask for franchise # or corp # didn't want to give it to me. Put me on hold Pat gets on the phone for the second time. She said it is out with Will and there is nothing she can do. She gave me corp # and very apologetic, but that doesn't help when you haven't eaten all day and it's 8:15 pm and still no food! Management obviously does not know how to properly schedule employees to be sure to cover their rush. Pat had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to cancel the order...Really she was just trying to get rid of orders, because I am absolutely certain I am not the only one waiting for my food that has called in multiple times. Needless to say I won't be calling them again. I gave 1 star because I had to give something. The young kids answering the phone could give a crap and it shows. Thankfully im just passing through and wont have to come here again. For starters they knowingly gave us the wrong ctust, when i questioned them about it, they said yes we ran out, but let me make you two box pizzas instead its comparable. I said ok, then i here the girl saying you want to tell her? They had a huge pizza bubble in the new pizza and the cheese ran off and went everywhere, they wanted to know if thats ok. Called in an order for carry out after coming home from a long flight. When I arrived I was told my order had been given to someone else and it would be an additional 10 minutes to make a new pizza. Didn't want to wait and asked if the pizza could be delivered to my house and was told no.... very bad customer service in my opinion considering they gave my pizza away. My experience was on 3-14-17. To start with, I was on hold for 8 mins, the girl gets back on the phone with me- no apology. I was placing my order and the girl was not paying attention to me, rushed through their specials and had me repeat my order several time. By the time I was going to give her my card number I was trying to be helpful and anticipate that she would need the usual exp and code on the back so I went ahead and told her. She yelled at me that she does not need the code on the back she needs my zip code. I was so shocked at the way she just spoke to me that I went silent for a moment. When I got my order it was so greasy it soaked through the slices and was DRIPPING off of it. Very unsatisfied with this experience. I will not order from this location again. read more

I order this pizza for delivery. The worker on the phone said it would be arrived around 20-30 minutes. An hour goes past and he says it's on the way. I'm just sitting there waiting. Another 30 minutes go by. I am a single father of two. I hear a noise and i go check on my 2 year old. He was fine then I get a call from the store saying that the driver was outside of your gate and had already left. I proceed to be nice for he already had an attitude with me. I ask hit to try to get in contact with the driver. He says that I can not he is not to be on his phone will driving. I say is there anything I can do to get the pizza. He says I can't try my best to get in contact with the driver. Then a couple minutes go by and I get a call from the place and he says the driver did not answer. He said that I could cancel my order and get my money back, so I did. Not a good place for customers. The people there are super rude. read more
