Our pizza orders have always been correct and right. The taste is always on point and the deals are awesome.

I'm not sure what to think about this pizza. It was ordered as a large, thin and crispy with double pepperoni and pineapple on half. I have never seen such a pitiful excuse for a pizza.We are traveling through town and staying at a hotel. It's not worth calling the store. I just hope someone who cares sees this. Horrible service!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE!! We ordered on phone paid for order, we wanted delivery service at our hotel Fairfield Inn - guy did t know where hotel was located! So we said we'd pick it up. When it was picked up they didn't have our order!!! SIL waited for the re-order and yes they charged us again!! Totally screwy place 2hrs late 11 staring people (5 children) finally ate literally orders at 5:10 ate at 7:25! Worst service! Papa Johns, Dominos & Gondolier are better choices. read more

I ordered the pizza at 2pm. It's now 4pm and the pizza still has not arrived. I called them to find out where they were and they said they tried to deliver to a Jezebel and had no clue on the address. 1st of all my name is Rachel Westmoreland - I work at Nourison and the phone number I called from was on their caller ID... I purchased the pizza with my debit card... the name on the debit card is Rachel-why would they not call the number on the caller ID & ask for the person who purchased the pizza ? surely the crew has a brain... I ordered a pizza on the app and accidentally selected the wrong crust, but quickly realized it so I called to see if they would change it for me. I called not even 5 minutes after placing my order and was immediately put on hold, just to be told by the incredibly rude manager that she wouldn't change it. Definitely disappointed by this pizza hut. Been eating the same pizza from various pizza hut locations my while life but this was by far my worst experience with the staff of one. They always have my order ready when I go to pick it up. It's always hot and correct. Never had any reason to complain. When I was unaware of a special that had expired, they gave me the deal anyway. Now that's great service. read more

How badly can you mess up pizza? Ordered a thin crust with sausage and pepperoni...I know it cooks on a timed conveyer belt but I think they cooked it on the pan pizza setting bcoz this pizza was burnt...cheese was crunchy and brown...I believe Little Caesars kicks Pizza Hit when it comes to thin crust...wait did I just say that? Was told they'd accept coupon that says it is valid for ANY LARGE PIZZA in advance and confirmed over phone in advance it'd be acceptable with an online promo, but when paying at location, denied. Last time to get hoodwinked from this location, buyer beware. read more

I couldn't get a $5 coupon code to work one day on my online order that I was coming in to pick up. I called the local store to see if THEY had a correct coupon code for that Friday's coupon deal... The guy who answered was like, "oh that's online stuff - we don't honor that here" -- i'm not having it delivered by drone, am I? Clearly you have some sort of authority, I'm ordering online to be picked up at YOUR STORE. He kept acting as if pizza hut.com and his store were completely unrelated and wouldn't help. I filled out an online customer service inquiry... they emailed back and said someone from the store would contact me. They never did... so clearly the store has detached themselves from Pizza Hut and pizzahut.com - they're rogue. They don't get my money for overpriced junk anymore. read more

My husband and I eat out often because we work doubles at another store in calhoun so going home for lunch isn't an option. We were at this location recently and were sat quickly and received drinks quickly. I wish we hadn't ordered sodas before looking at the menu because the new menu prices are extremely high. We did stay and eat, but we won't be returning anytime soon. Our waitress was decent, but for what we paid the pizza was not very good read more

They have terrible customer service. They refused to honor a deal that was well before the expiration date and the store manager of the pizza hut in Calhoun, Georgia named Tom complained openly to his co-workers about me. Then he told me he was wrong and I could have got the deal but because the order was already paid for, he would not make it right with any coupons or more deals or vouchers or partial refund. The first thing we got when we entered this restaurant was some lady yelling. No greeting, no hello. Just sit down and I will be right there. Next we ordered, after I nearly stuck to the menu, we ordered. We received our breadsticks! COLD! RUBBERY! We ask for new ones and the second set was ok. Pizza arrived. Waitress never asked if we needed refills, she was to busy twirling some little girl around while handling food. So then we have to get our own silverware, our food service wonder was much to busy. pizza is same as all other pizza hut locations so no surprise there. wasn't really expecting something special. service was shitty. counter lady was speaking some weird redneck hillbilly version of English so was extremely difficult to understand. she didn't get off her Facebook page to acknowledge us, and was rude as hell when she finally did walk over to the counter. once my take out order was ready, they didn't even bother to give it to me. just stuck it under the counter until I came up and had to ask for my food. if you like being treated like crap this is the place for you. read more

My family used to love Pizza Hut! It was one of our favorite pizza joints in Calhoun. Unfortunately, our view of Pizza Hut has dramatically changed. Just a couple of weeks ago we ordered 3 pizzas for delivery and received exactly what we had ordered. So we called just a couple a days ago for another pizza and a young man picked up the phone and began to take our order. He was very rude towards us and at the end of the order he said "oh, uh we were actually just in the process of deleting that location today.." then proceeded to rudely hang up the phone. I used to love Pizza Hut Pizza, and I was once a regular customer. However, I won't be doing my business there any longer...this was just unacceptable. read more

Ordered a personal pan pizza. Nowhere in the menu mentioned how much a topping costs. I asked the waitress. She did not say either. Personal pan pizza is a lot smaller than it's used to. Plus, they add $1.50 for every topping on it. She should have told me how much a topping was. read more
