Every time I eat here I promise myself I will not go back. And then months pass and I forget. And I try it again, only to be disappointed again. Recently I ordered pick-up. 20 minutes, they said. I gave them 30, and then went to pick up my pizza. I sat in line for 50 minutes. Unacceptable. The food is ok. Even good. But not that good to be stuck in line for almost an hour waiting to pick up. This place is dirty employees are not trained on customer service at all! My family tried to order a pizza we waited to get drinks for ever we finally ordered wait 1 hour and finally manager told us or order was not turn in! Wow then she told us it was not her fault I she was worried about was two boys waiting on her get off work. It was only 6:30 pm and no one was there eating there were only one other table of two people there. I would suggest locking the door and going out of business!!!!! read more

Never will I go to this Pizza Hut ever!!! I have been twice in the last few weeks both times I waited to get drinks for at least 15 minutes. Have order as soon as I have the drink order waited 45 minutes to get my pizza. The manager came over and said she didn't get our order so she could take some off of our bill or we could leave. No I'm sorry for the mishap. She said it's not my fault we are just busy. No one was in there except people who I heard complaining that they have been waiting on their call in orders for 30 minutes remind you CALL in orders!! Went for the buffet. The pizza part of the buffet was mostly fine, although the breadsticks were pretty hard and dry. Our issues were with the salad bar: slimy cucumbers, tomatoes that were wrinkly as though maybe they had been frozen, and pineapple that had started to ferment. That's way too many food freshness issues for a buffet visit. I worked at a pizza place when I was a teenager and we threw away the leftover fruits and vegetables at the end of our shift. Clearly they must think they can reuse the vegetables from the day before, which, by the way, violates food safety laws. When I told the cashier about the pineapple she said they just opened the can that morning. I'm sorry. That's not possible. Unless the canned pineapple was expired when they opened it. I've ordered from this Dominos for 5 yrs on a regular basis. They don't read special requests you add to online orders like slices-not squares. The come without drinks because"they were out". Never picked up phone to ask if I wanted to change type of drink since they were out of others. The manager tonight arbitrarily decided they don't deliver where I live. My order was at 7:23pm; 8:50 started trying to find out where order was delivered and PayPal accepted. Kept being put on hold. Manager never spoke to me on phone or in person at drive up window. I finally drove the 3.1 miles to restaurant. They never offered to prepare order while I was there Eli my delivery and was already paid for!!! I will never.ever. ever order from a Domino's again. We only get delivery from Domino's or Pizza Hut. Guess where my deliver orders will be made??? Will post on FB as well! read more

Spent my 30 minute lunch at Pizza Hut for their lunch buffet. There was NO pizza on the buffet my entire lunch time. The waitress was super nice, but no pizza was not her fault. read more

Called the store to order take out, and was put on hold immediately. This is fine, I understand places get busy. After 10 minutes of holding I realized I could have driven down and ordered faster, so got in the car, while on hold. Walked into the store, still on hold, and noticed there were no people even dining inside and employees were sitting outside smoking. They even glared at me as they got up and walked into the store as if I were interrupting their personal time. Inside the building is atrocious. There was a spilled soda of some sort on the counter that had been there for so long it had dried, leaving a huge sticky area that their phone appeared to be stuck to - no wonder I was put on hold and left there, the phone is disgusting. One can't help but wonder just how long a drink must sit, spilled, for the whole area to become dried and sticky... Chunks of meat all over the floor everywhere, salad bar was a joke. Not sure why we still ordered after seeing all of this, but we did. Total was $13.01, I give the girl $20.01 to make things easier on both of us (who wants $.99 in change?) and she stared blankly at me for a solid 20 seconds before calling someone over to help her with the transaction because they didn't know how to give me the right change for what I paid. To the person's credit who was called over, they asked how on earth said employee was passing her math classes. I was wondering the same thing. Stay away from this place unless you want to get very, very ill from food poisoning. We will definitely never be going to Pizza Hut here again. read more

Dined in here a few nights ago, and I was very impressed, especially with the one star rating. The service was fast and friendly. Our server was on top of refills and was very polite. We ordered the fried mozzarella sticks, buffalo wings and a pepperoni pizza. The mozzarella sticks were crispy and hot, the wings were juicy and saucy and the pizza was good. I'd definitely eat here again. read more

First of I would like say, I love Pizza Hut but this transactions with this particular establishment has shed new light about eating out at Pizza Hut. I frequent traveler of Hwy 84W. I stop in Cairo quite often to feed the kids at any restaurant. I called the store and it ranged several times with no answer and then when it was finally answer I hit a dead spot for phone services. So I drove until I got there and walked in and bells go off in my head. Usually when come into a place of business you would be at least greeted with smiling faces(none). Proceed in not yet until Mr. James comes out the back smiling. I thought since he is here maybe service will be good. James proceeds to take my order and after finishing he told me to have a great day. the dedication of his work put my mind at ease but the whole time while he is taking my order this young server kept interrupting him while he is taking my order. Until I got feed up and told him could he wait until we were done with my order. I felt it was quite rude of this young man to interrupt me to talk about something not pertaining to the job. I m in a particular rush but I sat patiently until order was ready. 25 to 30 passed before my order was done. the whole time waiting I watching and observing employees and night manager on their phones texting. Right before my order come up this older gentleman come out the back and pops some of the toppings in his mouth with no gloves on. He sees that I'm watching he quickly stops chewing and retreats to the back. Upon leaving asking can get some paper plates and napkins and was told they don't have any. About ten minutes out from the restaurant tried to break a slice that was suppose to be cut. The pizza was not cut all the way through so by pulling it made it worst. Finally breaking pieces giving the kids some and instantly the kids faces turn up by not liking it at all. A pepperoni and beef pizza the kids usually eats but this time only one piece and they were done not even finishing the first piece. I called back and spoke with the manager and told her of the dis-satisfaction. She has this nonchalant attitude and tells me it happens. This attitude and treatment makes me feel that my money is not good enough. So I will not be back at all. If I could give a zero I would but the old thing good about the service of the establishment was the driver James. Too bad they don't have more employees like him. read more

We came to our local Pizza Hut here in Cairo, Ga for my son's birthday lunch. We had the worst service ever and the food sucked, and then they tried to charge us $5 for my son to eat for his buffet. I understand there was 1 waitress, but she had 4 tables when we got there and they all left like 10 minutes after we got there, then it was just us, a couple and single guy. She never came and refilled our drinks, cleared the table once and never asked if we were alright or if everything was alright.The managers can say they were short staffed if they want but when you have about 5 people standing around in the kitchen twiddling their thumbs not doing a thing, someone could have helped the girl clear off tables. When we arrived there were like 3 slices of pizza on the buffet. It took them like 20 minutes to bring out more food and it didn't taste good at all. The salad bar looked like it was out all morning or left overs from days before, the pickles and cucumbers were slimy, the pineapples were dry, puny and no juice in them, they looked like they were opened last week; the veggies were wilting bad and the pudding tasted chalky. I've had bad service there before and have issued with their salad bar but that was last year, figured it would have changed in a year, but this time around was the worst ever. Last year I came with my son and a friend that use to work there. It took the normal time for her wings to come out but then took 45 minutes to an hour for my personal pizza. My friend went to try the salad and had what was suppose to be french dressing but tasted so sickening. They wanted to charge for her salad after she went up there and complained to the manager about it. We asked for a discount for the pizza since it took longer then it should have and the manger refused. They weren't even busy at all that day. I think the employees should learn some ServSafe because if anyone eats from that salad bar they're likely to get food poisoning, I mean that's how bad it is here. It's as if the staff doesn't care about the product they put out and just about that pay check. People are going to get sick and people are going to get charged for killing someone one day. NEVER EATING THERE AGAIN! When someone mentions Pizza Hut, I'm telling them to go to Dominos down the street, at least there the food is fresh and not going to get you sick. read more
