Absolutely anyone with an IQ higher than that of a boulder knows that McDonald's has always had terrible customer service but this locarion in peticular is so beyond horrendous, I could be given 3 days and still not have enough time to write all the things wrong with this place. First and foremost, there has never been a time I've gone there and the fast food actually be fast to any extent. Coming here is something you literally have to plan for because you will have enough time to watch a entire episode of Dragonball Super. Going inside of this place feels like you need to buy tickets because those employees literally do more gossiping, laughing, and socializing more than doing their job. I can't could the amount of times Ive been standing at the counter, looking at them dead in their eyes, and they turn around and continue talking a out whatever they felt was more important than doing what they're hired to do. All this really does just come down to the type of people the manager is hiring and because this location is a franchise, the owner most definitely doesn't care because he knows that no other fast food place is competing with McDonald's so even if the people working there are bottom of the barrel, bare minimum quality, people will still eat here. So while I cant recommend this place, if you're craving McDonald's then you've no choice but to come here lol. read more

I went to open the restaurant door and it was locked around 830am. Some of the staff were sitting outside in their vehicles smoking. I asked why the doors were locked and they said because we were out here. You can order through the drive thru. Map shows they open at 5am. Gotta say, they were polite and my food didn't take long but surprised to see people inside working but the doors locked. I'm sure McDonald's would not be happy with this. read more

I'm not from Cairo but if you all have to wait 40 minutes for your food to come out, you're better off throwing something together at home. How hard is it to make 2 cheese burger meals this was a waste of $22 dollars for me, while the manager telling her employees that they had off all weekend, and to do their jobs, when what she should do is ask if you "want a refund or can we make your order fresh." They can improve their attitude bc when I asked for a Oreo McFlurry they gave me a coffee and I said I didn't ask for that and they said "ugh yes you did" and I said no I did not and then she shut the window and was talking about us. They NEED to fix their service and how they speak to people McDonald's, fix your service and how to speak to other people and another situation my grandma went there and ordered a large frozen coke and they said she ordered a small but she didn't and another time was she sat at the speaker and waited for like 15 minutes and so she pulled around to the window bc she was tired of waiting and they told her they can't take her order so she heard the girl in there say "she is so inpatient people need to learn how to wait" and so my grandma drove off. And im an 11 year girl and im smart enough to know that you are not supposed to treat your customers this way, so McDonald's please do better about the way you guys speak to people. read more

Can someone please explain to me WHY the shake/ice cream machine was down at this McDonald's at 12:20 pm??? Seriously, what is up with this establishment? Was on my way back to Tallahassee from Camilla; first choice was to stop by Dairy Queen to get a blizzard, but the line was too long; so we decided to go to McDonald's to get a McFlurry; however, we were "out of luck" there as well. At this point, I shouldn't be too shocked about the McDonald's issue. Even in Tallahassee, I've gone through the drive-thru to order hot caramel sundae's on multiple occasions, only to be told each time, "the machine is down." I have simply given up and don't even bother anymore. But, it appears this issue is company-wide! LOL! Perhaps McDonald's needs to include a time frame on their menu regarding the availability of their cold treats!!! Or, if the machine is too cumbersome for anyone to bother to keep clean (hence it is always down), then perhaps someone in the company can come up with a better idea/make a better machine; or, STOP INDICATING MENU ITEMS THAT YOU HARDLY HAVE AVAILABLE! Literally all fucking idiots. Takes 35-45 min to get my order taken and ready, then they don't even get my whole order right and completely fuck it up. I watched probably 6 or 7 people leave because of how long they took to take order and get shit ready. Terrible experience and they deserve to work there forever. read more

Appalled!! My fiancé and I pulled into the Cairo McDonald's drive thru around 9:45 pm ( 1hr. 15 mins before close). We sit there until 10:05 and at this point I'm looking online for store hours. The lady tells us that it will be about 20 minutes before she can take my order. We pull off and see her get out of her car to go inside. But we notice she took the next persons order,so we pull back through. She takes our order (less than 5 minutes after telling us it would be 20). Our fries were not fresh at all! I've had time to look up McDonald's on Yelp and construct this rating and still have not received fresh fries from the manager sitting outside. Get it together people!! I give 1 star because there is lowest i can give but 1 star is way too much for this place. This is worst McDonalds i ever walk in. I order Mushrum Swiss, when i got them i open box and all i can see inside is BLACK ROCKS. Mushrums burn 100% ne cheese at all and bread is like stone. I return to counter and i ask her to try eat. She tell me how i was stupid and no one going to eat burn like that. I ask her then why you serve customers like that she say if you dont like throw away and be hungry. The customer service here is absolutely awful. This is the worst I've seen in a while. Me and my daughter stood in line for 15 minutes waiting to be served. At one point i made contact with an employee in the back asking for a cashier but to no avail so we left and went to Dairy Queen. I observed employees grumbling, and dragging around. Recently went to McDonald's to get ice cream cone but put in a cup for our dogs it turned into a nightmare taking over 5 minutes so they could go back-and-forth between their headsets to discuss that it was a sundae. We ended up driving off. This is not the 1st time we have had extremely awful service at this McDonald's in Cairo, Georgia. The funny thing is even if you complain about it to the management group they don't care they won't even bother to call you back. They should actually pull their franchise because it's giving McDonald's a bad name. There was a longer than normal wait here with only one vehicle ahead of us. The employee never said hello and never said thank you when she handed our order out. Tip of the day, drinks are all 1$ inside. Not so w drive through, only sodas are 1$ and tea is 2$ something. So if your only wanting tea and have the time. Go inside and get your tea. read more

McDonald's - McD's - Fast Food Near Me - Cairo, Georgia

Do not go to the McDonald's in Cairo Georgia. I place an order in the drive thru and thought somebody ask me if that was all. It very difficult hearing anything on the speakers here most of the time. I drive around to the window to pay for the order and the female employee said you didn't place an order, I let her know that I did and her reply was "I cannot take your order right now". I asked why she couldn't take my order, she told me the manager told her not to. I let her know I would not be back to this McDonald's again. She said that's all right. So I drive away and decide to go around to park and go inside to speak to a manager to let her what happened. The manager didn't offer to take my order or care about me as a customer. I asked for the number to call their main office. I received a phone number, she told me to call it tomorrow because nobody was there today. This restaurant had the worst service of any McDonald's I've ever been to. read more

I have been coming here for about 10 years and for at least the last 2 years the ketchup machine has not worked. It seems like the service gets worse every year. Almost every time i order they forget the sauce for the chicken nuggets. There burgers are pretty good but when the ketchup machine isn't working like it has been for so long and you ask for ketchup for 2 adults and 2 kids you get 3 little packets its pretty frustrating. read more
