This store is not up to Chick fil A standards! We travel a lot and CfA is a regular stop wherever we are. We know our food will be good, service is friendly and the store clean. This store has none of this. The store was dirty, the counter where we ordered had spills all over it, the floor was sticky and the tables semi wiped off. The ladies' room was worse. The counter workers were loud and boisterous. Two females were arguing over someone cheating. The boy that refilled my cup, only after being told to do it by another worker, never said a word, just walked over and stood in front of me. NOT 1 WORD! Walked from my hotel and got put on the spot and questioned once for having my 3 lb chihuahua with me that was in a harness and not visible or loose. This has got to be the worst Chickfila in South Georgia. We spent $19 for a dry Chickfila sandwich and Chicken Tenders. The waffle fries were not freshly cooked either. Just bad service. I've visited this CFA before (Bainbridge native), but I never truly appreciated it until November - December 2018 and January 2019 when I practically lived at Archbold while 1) my mom was diagnosed with cancer and soon passed away, then 2) my grandmother was admitted to Archbold for health complications of her own. Numerous days, I'd pass through the CFA drive through, often in tears due to the myriad of things happening in my life. Each visit, I was greeted with a smile and told that everything would be okay. When did Chick-Fil-A start burning sandwiches? I just spoke with the manager, Shalasha. I went to this location on the way back to Tallahassee. Thank you mgr but I don't think it is worth my gas to drive from Tallahassee to Thomasville for a replacement sandwich. Please do the math. First, they charged my mom for extra cheese which she did not order. Drove back around to the guy and told him and showed him my receipt. He called someone in the store and told me to drive around to get a refund and the correct sandwich. The wanna-be Ariana Grande gave me my refund and then asked for the other sandwich back. Yes, she did. By the way, is that a Health Code Violation to pass back food? Maybe I should call the Health Dept there to find out. I felt this was really petty but oh well no biggie. I forget to give them back the used ketchup and mustard that was on the sandwich. Mrs. Mgr let me know if you need me to return this as well. So, once I got home, I decided to eat my sandwich which I never looked at. Well, it was overcooked and crunchy. And anyone knows when it's crunchy it is overcooked. Initially this visit was going downhill quick . my order was simple. I ordered a number 4 combo without tomatoes or lettuce. the cashier spoke very softly to the point that she was almost inaudible. She asked me if I wanted everything off the sandwich except for the chicken and cheese . I told her no that I wanted the pickles as well. Then she asked me what kind of cheese did I want. The number 4 comes with pepper jack cheese there's no need to ask. thankfully and Manager stepped in and saw that she was having difficulties and I receive my meal within less than a minute. As I sat there thinking this was not one of the best trips I ever had to chick-fil-a, I noticed how the franchise owner, Mike Zolt, and the manager your quickly taking out orders to each table. the place ran like a fine oiled machine with these two at the reins. Delicious - just like every other Chik Fil A. However the workers here are incredibly nice - like the nicest people you'll ever meet at a Chik Fil A. I loved coming here every day for lunch (but didn't love the calories). I highly recommend the southwest chicken salad - it has a kick of spiciness to it. read more

It's a clean place to eat. The food is good. The employees are friendly. The service is excellent. I've eaten there every couple of weeks for 16 years. If your food is not ready a few seconds after you order, they will bring it to your table. A sweet lady will come by later to ask if you need a refill. Even when they are busy, you will get your food quickly and as ordered. The drive thru is amazing too. It's crazy how fast they are. read more

I have eaten at Chic-fil-A all over Georgia and Florida. It is the only fast food I will consider. I lived in Milledgeville, GA forever before moving to Thomasville in March. The one in Milledgeville was by far the best, the owner made sure of it by hiring the best workers possible. The food was always fresh and service outstanding. The one in Cordele was the worst by far. I would stop there on the way to my place in Florida. THEN I moved to Thomasville, wow!, what a shock. This is the worst one I have ever been to mismanaged , disorganized, hit and miss food quality, poor service, consistently out of items or bottom of barrel items. I told my friend and owner of the one in Milledgeville and he could not believe it. Now I am a regular at Zacadoos. The staff and service are always outstanding. I know the food is not as healthy but have made the change based on overall dissatisfaction with Thomasville's excuse for a Chic-fil-A.
