Road trip happiness. I was passing through and needed a chicken fix. Everything I ordered was provided and the fresh fruit bowl was perfectly ripe. Thank you chick fil a location. read more

Food is not that great, mediocre AT BEST, being generous and has a lazy employee that I won't name but he looks like an alpaca. But to be honest I would either go to a Zacadoo's or Zaxbys which have good chicken and more variety. read more

This store is not up to Chick fil A standards! We travel a lot and CfA is a regular stop wherever we are. We know our food will be good, service is friendly and the store clean. This store has none of this. The store was dirty, the counter where we ordered had spills all over it, the floor was sticky and the tables semi wiped off. The ladies' room was worse. The counter workers were loud and boisterous. Two females were arguing over someone cheating. The boy that refilled my cup, only after being told to do it by another worker, never said a word, just walked over and stood in front of me. NOT 1 WORD! He brought back my refreshed lemonade and turned around. We should have taken the YELP 3.5 seriously! This store is a mess and needs corporate oversite. read more

Drive thru was very fast and efficient. Staff were friendly, and food was great. Love the new drive thru with two lanes. Makes it a lot more convenient when in a rush. read more

Always great food. And fast service. Hard to find something wrong with chick fil a. Very clean restaurant

Food was hot. Line was typically quite k for a chick fil A. Awkward location. We witnessed a few cars come from a different direction and cut into line. Clean restaurant. Walked from my hotel and got put on the spot and questioned once for having my 3 lb chihuahua with me that was in a harness and not visible or loose. Restaurants don't question if the dog is that tiny and inside a cross body backpack attached to my body, but whatever. I don't go in anymore. Food was good. read more

Great fast service and the great taste as Chick-fil-A should be. They have Mac n' Cheese! I know, it's a chain thing but had to add that comment. It was busy on a Friday night at 8pm which is kinda unusual for that time of night but busy is good. More busier than most at that time is all I'm trying to say. No disappointments. In and out. read more

I was on the way back from my honeymoon in Florida and we came through Thomasville Ga to get a bite to eat. We stopped at chick-fil-a and the service we outstanding! The food was to die for. I would definitely recommend eating here if you ever pass through! read more

Well - said I would be back soon & was not disappointed Total of 6 minute wait time was in line even with the D/T window @ 5:49 @ order was completed @ 5:55 PM Got the Cobb Salad again with Avocado Lime Ranch dressing- It is the best Fast Food salad I have had - got the chicken fried The chicken soup was hot & had plenty of stuff in it. Not a fan of saltine crackers - the club cracker option would be good Employees did a great job Tried to use the mobile app but it did not work right - just spun - You now have a frequent customer Thank you read more

Came here after another place got my order wrong. Food was good. Service was fast. No issues here

This has got to be the worst Chickfila in South Georgia. We spent $19 for a dry Chickfila sandwich and Chicken Tenders. The waffle fries were not freshly cooked either. Just bad service. After smelling the chicken sandwich I didn't want to mention that it smelled a little spoiled. To the owner please come up to chickfila standards. read more

The girl at the window was rushing us through our order and we were literally the only ones there. also there's no pickles on my #1.

By far the worse chick-fil-a when it comes to getting your order correct. They forget to put your sauces in bout 50 percent of the time.

I've visited this CFA before (Bainbridge native), but I never truly appreciated it until November - December 2018 and January 2019 when I practically lived at Archbold while 1) my mom was diagnosed with cancer and soon passed away, then 2) my grandmother was admitted to Archbold for health complications of her own. Numerous days, I'd pass through the CFA drive through, often in tears due to the myriad of things happening in my life. Each visit, I was greeted with a smile and told that everything would be okay. CFA, your food is always delicious, but the compassion your employees show is top notch. Thank you! read more

I usually get good service but not today. My tenders were not in my bag. So I went back to tell who was in the drive thru. the girl named Shae begins to tell me that I was wrong she prepared it herself. I told her I would report her to the manager, she said I don't care. She said go ahead. Terrible customer service. I reported it to customer service and no reply. I wont be back. read more

When did Chick-Fil-A start burning sandwiches? I just spoke with the manager, Shalasha. I went to this location on the way back to Tallahassee. Thank you mgr but I don't think it is worth my gas to drive from Tallahassee to Thomasville for a replacement sandwich. Please do the math. First, they charged my mom for extra cheese which she did not order. Drove back around to the guy and told him and showed him my receipt. He called someone in the store and told me to drive around to get a refund and the correct sandwich. The wanna-be Ariana Grande gave me my refund and then asked for the other sandwich back. Yes, she did. By the way, is that a Health Code Violation to pass back food? Maybe I should call the Health Dept there to find out. I felt this was really petty but oh well no biggie. I forget to give them back the used ketchup and mustard that was on the sandwich. Mrs. Mgr let me know if you need me to return this as well. So, once I got home, I decided to eat my sandwich which I never looked at. Well, it was overcooked and crunchy. And anyone knows when it's crunchy it is overcooked. Not to mention the sandwich was shriveled up. I guess this is the new McDonalds which means that I have to start checking my food. The fact the employee actually decided to still give this to a customer is baffling. read more

Chick-fil-A - ows a hand grabbing a piece of fried chicken - Fast Food Near Me - Thomasville, Georgia

Initially this visit was going downhill quick . my order was simple. I ordered a number 4 combo without tomatoes or lettuce. the cashier spoke very softly to the point that she was almost inaudible. She asked me if I wanted everything off the sandwich except for the chicken and cheese . I told her no that I wanted the pickles as well. Then she asked me what kind of cheese did I want. The number 4 comes with pepper jack cheese there's no need to ask. thankfully and Manager stepped in and saw that she was having difficulties and I receive my meal within less than a minute. As I sat there thinking this was not one of the best trips I ever had to chick-fil-a, I noticed how the franchise owner, Mike Zolt, and the manager your quickly taking out orders to each table. the place ran like a fine oiled machine with these two at the reins. The food was very delicious. It's incredible to taste the difference in what Chick-fil-A has to offer versus other so called fast food chicken establishments. read more

Love Chick-fil-A but this one is not that great... service and staff is good but the food is terrible. Whatever oil they use to cook the food is old and makes the fries and chicken taste bad. Upset stomachs every time we eat here... read more

The best go to place for lunch in Thomasville if you have kids. You can't go wrong with chicken and waffle fires and if they are good...icecream. food and family fun. read more

See all

Very clean store, employees were nice. Got our food very quickly and everything was hot. Passed through traveling but would definitely come back! read more

Had a rare bad Chick-fil-A meal here and won't return to this location. My chicken was cold and soggy- yuck!

Always excellent food and excellent service. Always my go to spot. Whether I go for lunch or for dinner, I never wait more than a few minutes for my food. Even the drive thru is super speedy. And I've never had an issue with my food being wrong or cold. I could eat here every day and would definitely recommend! read more

I love the lemonade here but lately it has been bland and weak. I don't know if the owner is cutting corners but please make it taste great again!! read more

We stopped in at the Chick-Fil-A in Thomsville, Ga. To our surprise most all the tables were dirty, and both of the buns on our sandwiches were cold and stale. Something we are not accustomed to at a Chick-fil A. read more

Nah mate this ain't it see I usually like this place but when they don't say my pleasure it ain't it chief Plus I've been waiting for a milkshake for 10 minutes. Plus this is the second time this month that they haven't used proper manners. read more

Delicious - just like every other Chik Fil A. However the workers here are incredibly nice - like the nicest people you'll ever meet at a Chik Fil A. I loved coming here every day for lunch (but didn't love the calories). I highly recommend the southwest chicken salad - it has a kick of spiciness to it. read more

Order was correct which is unusual in my experience with this particular location. However, if the girl taking my order was happy to be there, she managed to hide it well!! Staff at window were a little nicer. read more

Very subpar service for a Chick-fil-a, which is still better than most. Wouldn't accommodate to a very simple modification I asked for (like giving me a small drink in a large cup). The food here is always always fresh though. read more

Waiting over 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich and 8 ct nuggets is a little more than ridiculous. The girl taking our order wouldn't let us finish a sentence before she butted in with her questions. Seeing people that came in 10 minutes after us leave before we even have our food is just plain sorry. Told the girl wanted it to go instead of dining in..still waited even longer for that. If we ever come through Thomasville again, chick fil a will not be on GPS again. read more

The drive through at lunch feels unsafe. Don't like people approaching my car and asking for money or my credit card. Not safe!!!

The food is always great but check your bag before you leave. They Always leave something out.

It's a clean place to eat. The food is good. The employees are friendly. The service is excellent. I've eaten there every couple of weeks for 16 years. If your food is not ready a few seconds after you order, they will bring it to your table. A sweet lady will come by later to ask if you need a refill. Even when they are busy, you will get your food quickly and as ordered. The drive thru is amazing too. It's crazy how fast they are. read more

I have eaten at Chic-fil-A all over Georgia and Florida. It is the only fast food I will consider. I lived in Milledgeville, GA forever before moving to Thomasville in March. The one in Milledgeville was by far the best, the owner made sure of it by hiring the best workers possible. The food was always fresh and service outstanding. The one in Cordele was the worst by far. I would stop there on the way to my place in Florida. THEN I moved to Thomasville, wow!, what a shock. This is the worst one I have ever been to mismanaged , disorganized, hit and miss food quality, poor service, consistently out of items or bottom of barrel items. I told my friend and owner of the one in Milledgeville and he could not believe it. Now I am a regular at Zacadoos. The staff and service are always outstanding. I know the food is not as healthy but have made the change based on overall dissatisfaction with Thomasville's excuse for a Chic-fil-A. I still look forward to visiting other Shic''s because of the healthy food, just not in Thomasville. What will it take for this one to improve? Mark read more

Customer service is great, always friendly. Great food and quality. Convenient location. Always busy. They have the best milk shakes.

Experinced outstanding service today from owner Mike Zolt! Our family is frequent guests at Chick-Fil-A stores throughout the Southeast U.S. and Mike and staff far exceed the slogan " going the extra mile" by walking patrons to/from their cars with umbrellas during inclement weather, expediting the drive-thru with Ipads, and ensuring abundant staff for lightning fast service inside the store! Fantatstic service, always hot food, and clean facilities. We have dined at this store many times and his staff exemplifies the Chick-Fil-A brand of quality & service. read more

Have always had good experiences here. Staff is usually friendly and the service is fast.
