We had quit going to Pizza Hut long before Covid because the quality has slipped. We decided to give it a try again, and I am very glad we did. They have great food that is served fast by a great staff! Our pizza was perfect and our breadsticks were the best we've ever had! Our waitress was just fantastic and the place is clean. I love this place because there are slim pickings when you come out to Beatrice. This place did not disappoint and I ate here twice while staying for the week. I miss finding a Pizza Hut in my city that is a sit down. They seem more and more extinct these days. The buffet was closed but most buffets have been during the pandemic. I ordered the new edge with beef, onions, black olives and green bell peppers. It was pretty good. The second time I came I just ordered a small personal cheese, black olives, and mushroom pizza on hand tossed crust. It was fresh and not too greasy. The staff at this place were very chill and talkative which was nice. It seemed like they were happy so I had good service. I could not find coke so I had to buy some from the local Walmart and store it in my hotel fridge. I would have to say after Runza this but pace was my second favorite fast food joint in Beatrice. read more

Service was fast and friendly. Interior was clean.... dirty dishes promptly removed. cozy atmosphere. Prior review was spot on about the buffet. Arrived at noon and the pizza on the buffet looked like it had been there for some time. A bit dry and lukewarm. Left at 12:40 and no additional pizza had been brought out during the entire lunch "rush." They have a problem here in that there is not enough traffic to justify bringing out fresh pizza so they just let the remaining pizza age a bit more through lunch.....salad was pretty good. I think they need to change their business model. Perhaps some background music might help as well. read more

This Pizza Hut was much better that the Plattsmouth one. The toppings were fresh and abundant. The dough didn't taste like it was from the day before. Glad we stopped in. Wish they had Diet Dr Pepper or Pepsi Zero Sugar. read more

Their side salads are great. The cheese breadsticks are pretty good when paired with the marinara dipping sauce. The pizza and pasta bakes are hit or miss. I miss their consistency of having good ratios of toppings, cheese, and sauce. Lately, things seem skimpy, except for the meaty marinara pasta bake. It was swimming in sauce, but had areas that were missing the cheese topping. It's sad to see the change when I know they are capable of really good food. Every couple weeks we try again, but it's wearing thin to not know if you will get a delicious product or not. I hope they turn this around soon. read more

You know the pizza places in town it's probably slightly lower than the others their Buffet is not as good as Valentino's or Godfathers and if you're new to the area and you've never had Godfather's you should try that first instead of Pizza Hut read more

Staying over night and needed a quick serve meal it was after 9:00pm and we were traveling with our puppy so a dine in restaurant was out of the question.. the in room advertising with menu was a no brained for the kids and wife to agree on what to order... the person who took the order was very patient and made sure the order was correct said the food should be ready in about 15 minutes. We got to the restaurant in about 10 minutes. Promptly greet and offered a complimentary beverage while we waited... the rest was very clean and the manager (so sorry I didn't get her name) was super friendly and nice. Promptly checked on our order and arranged for paper plates and plasticware so we could enjoy our meal. First class service very nice to see someone who seemed to enjoy doing their job on a Friday night! read more

Ordered from them online last Friday and wasn't too impresed. I ordered two medium pizzas. One was the bbq pizza the other was a pepperoni and mushroom. We got it delivered and when it got to us the bbq pizza looked all sorts of slopped together. I understand Friday's can be hell but still part of eating is visual as well as taste. read more

We were waited on fast and they have several people working only one other table here and they were already eating. We still have not received food and waitress never returned to our table to check on us. Been over 30 minutes now . Do not seem to be very concerned about customers. read more

This Pizza Hut needs a whole new crew. The last two times I've ordered from here, it was incorrect. I placed an order with 2 pizzas - both were supposed to add 1 ingredient and neither pizza came out even remotely correct. They act like they are mad at you that they made your order wrong. It seems to be very difficult for the workers to give good customer service and pay attention to detail. When you go inside to pick your pizza up, you get ignored by everyone you see. There is no eye contact and no greeting. Eventually someone will come to the counter to see why you are waiting. It's really pathetic. I love Pizza Hut and I've given this location several chances since they are the only one in town, but they constantly forget items I've order or simply don't read the ticket and make my food incorrectly. Something needs to change here. Think twice about getting food from the Beatrice Pizza Hut. read more

TERRIBLE! We were say and ordered quickly then nothing else was fast about the service AT all. There were four of us and this is what we ordered: Chicken alfredo with cheesy garlic bread, buffalo chicken sandwich with fries, spaghetti wroth garlic bread, and a bowl of soup. The sandwich came out first WELL BEFORE any of the other dishes. It had no buffalo sauce on it and when I went to ask for some they gave me the wrong sauce. I took it back up and asked for the right sauce Finally after arguing with me that it was the right sauce I got it. When I got back to the table the chicken alfredo was there with burnt bread and the spaghetti was there without the bread. The soup still wasn't there and the spaghetti was not even hot. After awhile longer the garlic bread for the spaghetti came and still no soup. Finally about five mins later the cheesy garlic bread came out and a cup of soup as well. The soup was supposed to be a bowl, not a cup and was sent back. Everyone finished what they ordered and still NO SOUP! I don't know what kind of ignorance goes into hiring people who can't do the job they are hired for at this place but I would seriously consider firing the lot of them and getting people in there that know what they are doing. First off we were supposed to have gotten all the food at the same time and yet didn't even get the soup at all. Secondly there was no attempt to rectify the situation and we left without the soup. I will be contacting the the head manager tomorrow and letting her know that something needs to be done about this. It's not that hard to do your job and if you can't then find another one. We order about every other week. The last few times our order was done perfectly and in the time specified. The counter help was courteous and helpful in every request we made. I do believe that something has happened in order to bring about such a wonderful change. It is nice to look forward to our order with a smile on our faces. read more
