I very slowly and concisely read off the 3 orders from the list and the person kept repeating it back to me incorrectly. Finally there was a time when she repeated it correctly and I thought I was safe. When we arrived to pick up our food we were slowed down by the cashier having to add all the orders together to be on one bill. I do not know why that took so long, while it was holding up a group of 8 behind us. My Chile Colorado was horrid. It was not chunks of beef simmered in sauce. It was hard strips with some canned sauce thrown on it. Looks nothing like the picture on their Door Dash. My partner, whom I specifically asked for fajitas tejana, no vegetables, flour tortillas, and only rice and beans, none of the sour cream , lettuce etc.; he got fajitas with all the vegetables, no rice and beans, and no flour tortillas. But we have truly never had bad food there. The chips, salsa and bean dip which they serve complimentary upon arrival are enough to fill up on, but save room for your entree. The staff is so quick. No sooner do you get seated than you are served the chips, salsa and refried bean dip along with water. The wait staff quickly arrives to answer questions and take the drink order. The menu is extensive, so make sure you look it over. If you have questions, the wait staff is able to easily answer them. The food always arrives very quickly. The kitchen staff must be magicians because the food always arrives in a very timely manner (even when they are incredibly busy) and it is at an appropriate temp and looks delicious. We were greeted as usual. When he returned with our drinks, he said he was not trying to hurry us, but he warned us that they had a couple large parties coming in. He offered to take our order as soon as we were ready because the large parties' might delay our orders a bit. We were ready to order, so we did. Our food came out quickly. One of the large parties came in. They were treated in the same way we always have been. What's interesting is that they received their food before we were ready to leave. That's impressive! They were pretty empty for a Sunday afternoon. We were seated immediately. They have an outdoor seating area which is dog friendly. Because it was raining, they allowed us inside right by the exit. They were super nice. And even brought our dog a bowl of water. I ordered a sangria. It was white sangria and delicious. Not overly strong, a good balance served in a pint glass. Salsa, chips and beans dip were brought out. Salsa was nice and spicy. One of the best we've had since moving home to Nebraska. Bean dip was also delicious and tasty.
