We never return food, but we had to send this back. I'm not sure what happened, but five years ago, the restaurant was great. Now it is honestly terrible and overpriced. They had brown gravy on request which is always a big plus in my book. (White gravy is just sausage stuck in flour paste in my book, but that might just be me) The eggs and toast were cooked perfectly and delicious. But the steak sadly was well overdone and the breaking burned black. As a result it was dry as can be and had a bitter burned taste. The gravy helped but we were 2 steps from cremation so not enough. The people I was with got an excellent omelette and a single pancake that was as big as a dinner plate. All great food on their report. I would go back in a heartbeat. Not going to hold 1 bad item against them. Plus for me the nostalgia was off the charts.
