Ash flat pizza hut is straight nasty ,I ordered pizza for my kids an it had long strings of hair on their pizza not just 1 but many and when i called to complain they said no one works there with long hair and gave me a credit to my account $18 and i could not use it any where but there, there was a guy across the way at the station asking for money for food i used the credit to feed him , No one there wears a hair net and the person who was making the pizza has the hair type that was on the food, I will be contacting the health department, DO NOT EAT HERE! read more

If I could give this place negative stars, I would! We have been coming here for 20+ years and the service has always been sub par, but last night takes the cake! We waited for an hour and 20 minutes and the waitress came to inform us that our pizzas had still not been turned in to the kitchen. The reason being that they had too many online orders. It would have been nice to know this before trying to pacify our children for over at hour with no food. We asked the waitress if we could speak to the manager. She went to get the manager but said that the manager claimed she was too busy to speak to customers and refused to talk with us. We tipped our waitress because we knew it wasn't her fault and we walked out. We drove down the road to El Palenque (which was packed with customers AND employees) ordered, ate, paid, and walked out within 40 minutes. We won't be back to Pizza Hut. At least until they learn how to manage a restaurant. They have had crappy service for years, but we love their food and it is convenient, so we kept giving them second chances. Forgot to mention they got rid of the salad bar and buffet. One more reason to not go back. read more

We had a cross country meet at Salem. We called our order in and when we arrived the pizza was ready. Friendly staff met us at the door and seated us quickly. We had 4 adults and 7 students. Excellent service from our waitress, Stacy! We were very impressed with the food and service. Best Pizza Hut that I have been to in a long time. Worst buffet ever!! What pizza was there looked like it had been there for a long while! We were there for around an hour & they only brought out 1 cheese pizza for the buffet. Would love to leave a Zero. We walked in and were immediately handed a waiting time without even receiving a hello. When we asked why there was a 45min to 1 hour wait with no one in the restaurant....the server proceeded to tell us that dine in is no longer a priority over take out. They also do not serve salads, have a salad bar or any buffet what so ever due to Covid. Which is strange since the rest of the world has moved on from that excuse. We considered staying to endure the wait but the server seemed to insist it's a bad idea since we had children.. strange to be pushing away business and money in a recession but maybe they think carry out will carry them through. We will not be back until they have addressed their issues and find someone to actually manage their restaurant like it used to be. We have been patrons for 30 years starting at the original site where a Mexican restaurant currently sits. The Mexican joint honestly has better service, food and hospitality! Pizza Hut in Ash Flat is officially awful, and it's a shame. read more

After waiting over 10 minutes to be seated, another couple walks in and gets seated instantly while I'm still standing there. I helped myself to a seat, two were available. Only one table was occupied by a party, all others were just filthy with dishes that had not been cleaned. At 6:30pm this should not look like it is end of the night. Horrible. I will not be dining with This Pizza Hut any time soon. Please hire more staff or train the ones you have. read more
