The food is good here, (great cookies:)! )and they deliver, so that's a HUGE plus for our town where noone else does. So we order from here often. However, they have gotten our drinks mixed up a few different times . They did go back and get the correct drink, but of course we had to wait for the drink. Also am not able to get through on the phone many times when they are supposed to be open. Not sure what that is for, I've had to drive to order because spent hour+ trying to get through and never could. The phone is busy busy busy, then just rings. But on the times we do get through, and the drinks are correct, lol I highly recommend trying this place.. -we have only eaten in once or twice, but waitress was good and food was as well. read more

I'm from Des Allemands Louisiana. I know my gumbo & I'm very particular. Lou's gumbo is absolutely great. Shrimp, chicken, crawfish, okra, smoked sausage. Even the rice was good, a real treat in Arkansas. Big bowl, good price. I was full when I left. Got a real good pizza to go. Thanks y'all. I'll be back. If you stop in, try the gumbo!! Some of the best food in the area. They have expanded their dining area and it has more of a sports tavern feeling. Multiple tv's to view various sports programs. The food is very good! My wife and I have eaten here several times food is good, but management/owner is rude and disrespectful! We went in on Monday instead and tried their Monday night special for $21.99 for a large pizza with 8 toppings, breadsticks, and 2-liter drink. When the bill came it was $27.88 we paid, then started asking questions and our server had us talk with Amber (Manager/Owner) she explained we were charged $1.50 for the extra cheese on the pizza and $1.00 for cheese on the bread sticks the rest taxes. I explainded to her that when our server was taking our order we asked if extra cheese was considered one of the 8 toppings and he reied yes. Our bread sticks came out with cheese on them. We only ordered what was on the Monday night special so assumed cheese came on the breadsticks. To make a long story short Amber became very rude because I didn't believe I should have been charged extra for the cheese on the pizza or breadsticks! Returned our $2.61 with attitude as if we did something wrong. When we returned home I called back up to discuss our bad experience and get the manager/owners' names to report our bad experience to. This is when I learned Amber is the Manager/Owner. I was shocked to say the least! Her behavior and attidue towards us as customers was uncalled for....She said we ordered the pizza and breadsticks and we eat it. She also said that she felt as if we were trying to nickle and dime her over the cheese. When in reality we were just ordering the Monday night special and that is all we wanted to be charged for. This is not how business is conducted! As customers they have lost our business over a hot tempered manager!!! This could have been settled in a whole different approach. read more
