The food was was not bad. It took forever for them to bring new pizza. The place was kinda dirty, but the bathrooms were ok.

LOVE THIS PLACE! AMAZING PIZZA! Friendly staff! Had the large supreme and it was perfect. Even though it was overflowing with toppings, it was cooked through just right. Many times with a loaded pizza like this it's undercooked or burned, but they definitely know what they're doing! The cheese is just browned,but not dried out! The crust was light and crisped on the outside but soft, light, and flavorful. Plenty of cheese, pepperoni, sausage, onions bell peppers, and olives. We couldn't finish it, but we sure wanted to! Also had a decent salad bar! Love that they have pickled okra, and green leaf lettuce instead of iceberg. If you're ever on I-20 near Cisco, this is the place to stop! No big chain pizza place can come close to this! read more

Pizza was okay. Restaurant was dirty. I would not recommend. Maybe if they'd clean the restaurant and salad bar up, it would be better. Understaffed. I don't like leaving bad reviews but maybe if owners see this, they will do something about it. read more

The location in Eastland needs cleaned it's dirty, employees not wearing masks which are teenagers much younger crowd , the salad bar was old food looked like old lettuce and warm lights shinning on the food which at one time was the Buffett for warming pizza totally disgusting I will not return to this place ever at one time it was decent place not anymore not for me . read more

Looking at their menu online called while driving (using blue tooth) order a med with the two drinks, but since I did not say #3 I did not get my drinks and paid the same price. Today's visit: No Plates, no napkins, cold pizza on the buffet, trash everywhere, poor employee attitudes, and employees talking so loud "in the back" that patrons could hear every cuss word even when sitting out by the window The price of the buffet is the only reason this place gets 1 Star. I get it...keep costs low by never cleaning nor providing adequate dining necessities. I guess their business model works though. They have multiple locations that are all (somehow) still open. Rating stays the same. It's still a piping hot delicious pizza. The value meal was a personal sized pizza, salad bar and drink for under $6. I must point out that the salad bar is awesome! A bowl of good looking greens, carrots, diced ham, cheese, boiled eggs, croutons, bacon bits, and more. But I must say it's the ranch dressing that seals the deal. It is creamy goodness. Excellent pizza. The best in the Eastland/Callahan county area, and I think the best in a much wider area. We have a lake house at Lake Cisco and this place has been around for quite a few years and are loyal customers. We have only had pizza for carry out, but they have dine in and I'm sure it's just as great. It's right off the exit for highway 183... just north of I-20 on the left. Perfect for hungry travelers , IMO. The "Heaven's Special" is supreme and to die for. Enjoy! read more

We like Pizza Heaven during the buffet hours for its convenience, they'll make anything you want and are pretty quick. We've never come during non-buffet hours until tonight, but we found that on non-buffet hours, the pizza is so much better; so good. Great quality. The salad bar is fantastic, especially for a small town pizza place. Lots of topping choices! Their ranch dressing is some of the best I've ever had. The personal pizza is the ideal size for kids and my husband and I shared a medium with a couple of pieces left over. read more

Pizza was not very good. Price was great, and it was a all you can eat buffet,and they will custom make a pizza for you for free as part of the buffet, but if the food isn't good...all that doesn't matter. I only went there once...it could have been a bad day or something, but it was bad enough to were I won't chance it. I don't know how you can mess up pizza. CiCis pizza is just ok and this quality was below that. I am from out of town and I travel a lot. This might be the worst pizza I have ever ate. I go there on a regular basis. You can also ask for any pizza you like and they will make it and put it out on the buffet. They have a thin crust that you can ask for and that is really good. read more

Place usually good on customer service and everything. I placed order to go and we there to pickup and order was wrong. So they remake pizza and have to wait another 15 min in restaurant. Wasn't very happy about this. It was one pizza w 3 toppings, not difficult. This why you don't rush order's and call order's back to people on phone or at register. One couple in restaurant, so not busy. Haven't even tried pizza, writing review from truck in parking lot. I didn't expect anything for free, but did expect a discount for there screw up they admitted. When paying for pizza the guy at register said "she" wrote order down wrong and then charged me full price. Like I said, didn't expect free, but a discount. Customer service not satisfying this trip. Plus while waiting because of them, sitting watching tv and one of the workers, just starts changing the channel as if it is his personal tv or something. Customer service very lacking tonight. Going to probably leave a bad taste in mouth for me. The little things piss me off more than bigger things usually. I just had the worst experience ever with this business at their Eastland location. I ordered a pizza with a chef salad and the first salad had so many onions on it that you could smell it across the room and it was inedible. I called them back and told them about it and told them I did not want onions on the second one that they are sending out. When I open it there was onions. I called back to tell the manager and he called me a liar and told me I never asked for no onions and what did I expect him to do about it. I called the owner and this joke of a human being tells me that there was only six little onions on it and he don't understand why I couldn't just pick them off. His employee was the best employee he had and we were wrong for complaining about six little onions on a salad that I asked for NO onions. Worst place ever. My suggestion would be to never eat there and if you do don't expect good customer service or good food because you will not get it. read more
